Reminders app bug on iPhone 5s and Mac loses time/date.
I have the iPhone 5s with iOS 7.1 and my Macbook Pro with 10.9.2, when I click on another reminder or "Done", the time/date goes away. I have tried hard resetting, turning on/off the cloud, etc, but no luck. Sometimes, it even loses the reminder itself, and copies the reminder above it, so it is listed twice. Very annoying, seems to have started when I updated to ios 7.1, but I'm not sure. I did see a somewhat similar thread here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5373286 but its not exactly the same issue, and doesn't appear to have been resolved. Also listed here: https://discussions.apple.com/message/24675231#24675231 on a iphone 4S, but not resolved either. Help appreciated!
I just wanted to confirm if we are having the same issue. When I set a reminder and then try to set a time/day for the alert to go off, and try to add a location (meaning, when I arrive or depart a set location the alert will go off) as soon as I set those things and go back to the main page to see if the reminder is set correctly, the bubble that u turn on or off to set a time turns off, so my alarm time and day are gone and the location setting is off as well. So the only thing I see is the reminder but it won't allow me to save the time and day or location I set to go off. So what's the point of having a reminder, it just becomes the same as the notes app.

I'm using iTunes 11.0.2 on my Macbook Air running Lion, to sync with my iPhone 5. With this latest release of iTunes, there's no option to uncheck syncing of apps. For a while now, iTunes have been working fine- it didn't sync apps from my iPhone to my Mac... until this morning. I only have Podcasts sync checked and every day, I just plug in my iPhone and click Sync and it worked great- it only copied my podcasts to the phone.
Today, I did the same thing- downloaded new podcasts, plugged in my phone, and clicked Sync. It backed up my data, copied my podcasts, and THEN it starts to copy all the apps from my iPhone into my Mac. This is the first time it's doing this- I'm sure the team removed that feature from this latest iTunes and I think this is a bug. I unchecked the Apps checkbox from Library in Preferences- I click sync, and again it starts to sync all the apps, AND the Apps checkbox becomes checked again.
I've restarted iTunes many times and rebooted, didn't work.I have the same problem on both my iPad and my iPhone and it also started with iTunes 10.0.2.

I have an old iphone 3 that has all my music on it. The itunes library that had all the songs in it is on a laptop that died. Ive got a new iphone 5 and Mac and was wondering how i can transfer the music from the old phone to the new one??
You can transfer the purchases you made on your old iPhone 3 by plugging it in to iTunes and doing File > Devices > Transfer Purchases from your IPhone to the iTunes on your computer. This will get music you purchased in iTunes, apps, etc. (e.g., movies).
But for the rest you would need to restore a backup of your newly deceased computer. -

If so How??Depends on what you're saying...do you mean use the apps from your iphone on your Mac? That is a no.
If you mean can you back up your apps via iTunes and store them on your Mac...then yes you can.

I have the ESPN ScoreCenter app on my iPhone 4S and since I installed iOS7 I am no longer receiving alerts for my teams. I have not changed anything else, Notifications is on, all my team alerts are on.
Wow, just posting and it seems that there is a solution that is working for me...
What I've did is I turned off iTunes Match on my iPhone, then turned in on again. Now in my iTunes library on my mac I can get the duplicates to be matched or uploaded to iCloud with a right-click, add to iCloud. iTunes Match starts to check the songs and everything is done correctly. Pretty nice! -
I've downloaded some free apps on my iphone 4 and some of them have ads. I was just wondering, are those ads free as well, or are they using my internet when they pop up like that? i have to mention, i never click them.
Yes, they will use a very small amount of your internet bandwidth to display.

If the device has the same Apple ID signed onto the iTunes & App Store, then you can download any apps purchased under that Apple ID to that device.
I thought you were asking about a game and game statistics being shared between two devices with two separate players. What I said about that is that if it is under the same ID, then the game is going to have the same statistics on both devices, and any updates to those would be reflected in both places. So, two different players wouldn't be able to have separeate statistics if they were playing under the same Apple ID.

The Mac Pro - the desktop computer - does not support Airdrop, if that's what you mean.

I downloand app in my iphone 4s and are not in my Ipad 2 and vice verse.
I Bought the IPad 2 in Oct-2011 and just have downloaded the IOS 5.1, the pictures in stream photo are synchronized and contacts too but none apps downloaded in the IPhone 4s (bought 1 week ago unlock to be use in Venezuela) neither IPad 2 appears in respectively devices.
Anyway when I check the app store (purchased) I can see all the apps dowloanded in each devices and I saw the iCloud logo next to it. Usually both devices are in Venezuela, but actually I am in vacation in USA.
I really appreciate if someone can help me.

Reset your iPod (hold down home and power buttons until the iPhone restarts).
If that doesn't work, hold down power button only until the iPhone turns off, then hold it down to turn it on again.
if that doesn't work, then restore your iPhone through iTunes, but back your device up FIRST so you don't lose data. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766
