Remote iPad App: can't access AppleTV, purchased music won't clear

I can't access AppleTV screen. My "purchased music" pops up on the iPad screen and I can't clear it to access the AppleTV menu using the Remote app.

Did you already restart/ reboot your Wi-Fi router?
Also execute "Forget this Network" on your iPad.
Once your router has restarted, try to connect again.

  • Logic Remote iPad app can not find my iMac.

I have tried every thing suggested on here to try and fix this but the Logic Remote iPad app can't find my iMac running Logic Pro X.
They are on the same Wi-Fi network, I've disabled the firewall, turned on file sharing, deleted and reconnected to my Wi-Fi on both my iMac and my iPad, removed all other CS's etc etc etc. Any thoughts about anything I may not have tried?
    Thanks!

Check your WiFi router (which one do you use?) has multicast enabled,,,,
    If it is...

Hi. I have shared an Apple ID with my children for some time.  As they are getting older they do not wnat me seeing all their messages, photos etc so want their own accounts.  How can they access their purchased music and apps on the new account please?

    Yes.
On their iOS devices, under Settings>iTunes & App Store, they should use your Apple ID. When they log into iCloud, iMessage and Facetime, they should use their personal Apple IDs.

  • Can I access my purchased music on multiple computers?

Whenever I buy music from the itunes music store, I want to transfer it to and from home and work. I generally make an MP3 disk because of a large playlist and so I don't have to tote/waste multiple disks, but you can't convert itunes purchses to MP3s. Is there anyway to access my purchased music through itunes from a different computer than the one I downloaded it on with my profile? Or do I just have to continue to burn audio CDs and/or email the songs to myself? thank you!
    Powerbok G4(home)/Windows ME (work)

Make a Data disk, not an MP3 disk. (iTunes prefs -> Advanced - Burning)
Click purchased music and then Burn.
It will burn the iTMS files (AAC) and you can simply take them home and Add to library.

  • Changed iTunes stores now can't access any purchased music

    Hi there
I recently moved from NZ to Australia and have had to change my iTunes store... I also have a new computer and iPhone but now I can't seem to get any of the old music I purchased in NZ even though I'm logging in with the same Apple ID.
I've tried plugging the phone into the old computer but it wont let me manually transfer purchased music from that either.
    Any help/suggestions??

Sorry if I'm asking the obvious but, have you tried reinstalling iTunes?

  • IPad apps can't access photos after iOS8 upgrade

I've got a number of apps on my iPad that used to be able to access the photos in my iPad Photos app but no longer can access them.  I checked under Privacy > Photos that they are enabled and I went to General > Restrictions and made sure all restrictions are off.  I changed nothing after the upgrade and all the apps could access photos before the upgrade.

Hold down ⌥ and ⌘ whilst launching photos and try repairing the library.

  • I can't access my purchased music because I can't deactive some computers.

Apparently, I have old computers still on my itunes account.  I have purchased about $750 in music and can't get to it because I can't de-active old computers.  How do I do that and access my music?

Use the Deauthorize All command documented in this article.

  • HT203167 Hi! I created a playlist mid Feb.  Since then the playlist is all I can see. I can not access my purchased music. Help please!

I created a playlist mid Feb. Some songs were previously purchased and some were new purchases. That playlist is the only thing showing up now in my itunes library. Hundreds of other songs have disappeared. Can you help? Thanks!

All of your media should be in iTunes.
Connect the device to the computer and sync it.

  • HT201272 i can't access my purchased music

I know that if you go to iTunes there is an option where you can redowload items you have already purchased. I dont keep them on my computer so when I go to look through my list of music there's nothing there. When i tried my ipod is said everything is already on it but it's not. What do I do to get my music back?

Use the Deauthorize All command documented in this article.

  • Can't access newly purchased music

I am thinking it might have something to do with iCloud but I just purchased 2 music videos and about 10 songs and I see everything in my purchased and recently added playlists but when I click on them, they are all greyed out and don't do anything when double clicked on. The music videos I downloaded from my iPhone. The music I downloaded from my Macbook Pro. I checked my Available Downloads and nothing was listed. Going back to the purchased playlist, next to the numbered item there is a dotted line circle next to it and I am not sure what that means. Prior to activating the cloud, my music was accessible as soon as it downloaded. The same with music videos and other content. I am not sure what the deal is now that I cannot see or listen to the new purchases.

For some reason after I closed iTunes and then opened it back up, it downloaded my content! This is the second time I had to do this! So my issue has been fixed!

  • After restoring my ipad 1 I cannot access my purchased apps

After restoring my ipad 1 I cannot access my purchased apps.  I am asked for my apple ID, and when I give it, it is not recognized.
    Does anyone have an solution?

See if signing out and restarting refreshes your account.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try again.
Can you download a free app by any chance - a new app - not a purchased app. Maybe that will help reset your account.

I can't access my purchased apps from the App Store. I tap purchased and it says loading after a while App Store closes.

    1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
    2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo.
    3. Try App Store again

Apps remains unclickable in iTunes and not accessable
That is because they only work on iOS devices.
As for the other issue, connect the device, select it in the left hand pane.  In the right pane, select the Apps tab.  Is Sync Apps checked?  Is the specific App(s) checked?  Is Automatically sync new apps checked?
Any errors in iTunes or on the device when syncing?
