Remote Web App Error 500

Question

Please see the attached images which shows the error message, I have tried removing the malformed XML element which is highlighted in red line 301, the site would start working i could login access email "OWA" but then get a shared folder error
unexpected error when trying to access shared files. I am then unable to view shared docs via web portal.
sorry microsoft not allow me to post images so i have copied the error string from the web.config that shows the error.
