Remove account associated with router
Hi, I disconnected my comcast service and sold the router that I bought to someone else with Comcast, but he cannot activate the router until it is deactivated from my account, which apparantly is an additional step that I was never made aware of and must be done even though my Comcast account has been disconnected. Is there a way to disconnect the service associated with the router without going to a Comcast service center? It seems like since the service was set up remotely and nothing was installed on the router, it should also be able to be disconnected remotely. Thanks for your help. -Bill
First, you must mean modem, not router. Routers do not have to be activated.Bring the modem info to a comcast office and do it there. Calling will not work.

Our CS6 subscription was done with my spouse's Adobe ID and it is about to expire. The mail account associated with my spouse's Adobe ID is no longer available. It was a mail account provided to him by his university and it was removed recently when he graduated. He is able to log on with the mail address, but after login a message is displayed saying that the password needs to be reset and that a mail has been sent to his mailbox, which is, as I explained, no longer available. Is it possible to associate another active email address to my spouse's account, so that he can log on and renew our CS6 subscription?

You can change the email account associated with your Adobe ID, but the first step will be to have our customer service staff assist you with getting the password reset since you no longer have access to the email account.

I have two email accounts associated with one iTunes account with two passwords, I guess it happened when i changed my internet service provider.
Could be, but i do have an old email account, whis is not used, changed carrriers. I have noticed that some songs have a cloud with a line through it. I try to play it and a dialog box from Itunes pops up: "THIS COMPUTER IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO PLAY "THE THINGS WE DO FOR LOVE(SOUND TRACK VERSION, would you like to authorize it? THe apple ID haxe my old email address " and an empty block asking for my password. Well all i know is when you start trying to authorze with an old ID or something of that nature, the account is block and you need to do a new setup again. And who knows what other problems that will cause,
I just want the songs (i think there are several songs) assosiated with this old account to move to my new account.
Any ideas?

I tried to change the e-mail associated with my apple account because my school was closing and I knew I would no longer have accss to that e-mail account, however now all 3 of my devices ( 2 ipads & 1 iphone are screwed up as far as the e-mail accounts associated with each device and the passwords. I have tried all the on-line support/suggestions and took my devices to a local Apple store and no one/nothing helps.
Does anyone have a solution? I can purchase new apps but I cannot update any of the apps I have to any of my devices.

How can I change the iCloud account associated with my iphone
I changed my e-mail address a few months ago including changing my Apple ID to reflect my new e-mail. For some reason, my iphone and my ipad are both stuck with the iCloud username of my old e-mail address. When I try to delete these accounts like other forums have indicated to do, it won't let me because every password possible comes up as invalid and the "forgot password" e-mail never comes. I was wondering if there was a way to delete the icloud account associated with my old e-mail without having a password and replacing it with the updated iCloud information.

I have reset my apple id and password, but I am still getting an error message indicating, "wrong account associated with this id/password" !!!
Any thoughts as to why?What exactly do you mean by the statement that you have reset your Apple ID and password. I am not familiar with being able to reset and Apple ID.

Request to delete all the Lenovo accounts associated with my email address
Made the mistake of registering my Lenovo accounts on the US site which means that I cannot register any account information relevant to the UK (my address is one example) so can you either delete all the accounts associated with my email address so that I can create a new account on the UK site OR can you place all the accounts associated with my email under the UK site. Behance account associated with another Adobe account
I'm trying to link my Behance account with my new Adobe CC account via the CC App (Mac). When trying to sign into Behance, the notification that the Behance account is associated with a different Adobe account. This could be, as I started a fresh account when I changed to CC. Hello - I can help! So, when you got the new Adobe CC app, you registered for a totally new Adobe ID? If this is not the case, you should already be linked to the correct account. Can't delete an iCloud account associated with old Apple ID
I had an Apple ID that used an email address from an old employer. When I switched employers, I went online and changed the email address and password associated with that Apple ID. When I used my phone after that I was told that it could no longer access iCloud because the settings were inaccurate. It was still trying to log in using the older Apple ID and password. I tried entering the old password, since it always brought up the old email. Didn't work. I tried deleting the account, but am required to delete "Find my iPhone" first, which I ultimately did, but it still asks me to sign into that before I can delete the iCloud account.
Can't seem to either change the iCloud settings in the phone, or to outright delete it so I can start over. I am beginning to think that I am going to have to redo the settings on the phone entirely.

Can you have multiple iTunes accounts associated with one email address?
My current iTunes account is associated with my company email address that I am attempting to change to my personal email address that I share with my husband.The problem is his iTunes account is also associated with this email address. Is there a way to add my account to our joint email address?
No. Purchases made on each account are permanently tied to a unique email address and cannot be changed, and accounts cannot be merged. I think you can add an alternate email address for correspondence if/when you can no longer access email at the original address. My ipod touch has an old email account assoicated with itunes. I no longer remember the password associated with this email and since it is gone I can't retrieve password by sending to email account. When I try to retrieve by hints it locks up when i enter birth month and day. Is there a way to change my Ipod through my computer? I have searched and can't find it. Thanks
