Remove 'Explicit' tags from songs in iPod

Hi.
I managed to remove the 'Explicit' and 'Copyright' tags from songs in iTunes.
But when I sycn them to my iPod, the tags reappear.
I don't want any kind of additional tags in my songs (explicit, copyright, 'Mastered for iTunes'...).
Also, I want to remove them, not to hide them.

I'm guessing that the copyright owner does not want you to remove the copyright tag. - Just a guess...
If someone sets their choices so that they do not get any song, video etc. that's labelled as expilcit, then the last thing they would want is for you to be removing that tag. Either get the non-expilicit version or turn off your explicit restriction.

I have a requirement where I have to remove all the xml tags from xml element with banks, currently I'm using replace 4 times to replace all different types of xml tags, performance is really bad. is there any better option to remove xml tags from xml data leaving the actual data. please find the example data below.

How to remove html tags from a column

Hi
Problem is this: I get a column with a comma separated list of id's and I can successfully parse these id's and use them elsewhere. BUT, occasionally there are html tags within that id list like this:
1082471,1237423 
Is there a way to just automatically remove all tags from a column? Could do this with regex, but since there is no support, I don't know what to do.

Here's some code I cooked up. I have created an object that processes code so that it can be incorporated directly into a project. There is some redundancy so that the it can be used in more than one way. Depending on your situation you might have to make the condition statement a little more sophisticated to catch stray ">" tags.
I have also included a Tester application.

How can I remove people tags from MULTIPLE images in Organizer 13? The strategy for removing keyword tags does not work. It appears that keyword tags and People tags are considered something completely different in 13. I highlight multiple images, right click, and under keyword tags it says there are no keyword tags. There does not appear to be an option for people or other tags. Can anyone help? It is going to take literally hundreds of hours for me to do this one photo one tag at a time. ??

That CSS is complete nonsense. The correct way to remove borders from around links is here: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/417110.
If you want to get rid of dotted lines, they are almost certainly caused by the outline property. However, outlines around links are there for a reason: it provides a visual "you are here" clue to people who navigate the web with the keyboard, either through preference or because of disability. I'm also having this problem. I'm using Flash Builder 4.6, AIR 3.4 and I've made a DLL (e.g. ExtensionDll.dll) which needs to call functions in another DLL (e.g. DllUsedByExtensionDll.dll) . I've made sure my ANE is working with the ExtensionDll.dll already, so there are no issues with my actionscript code or my ANE packaging or my DLL compilation. However, once I start calling functions from the other DLL, it starts throwing me Error #3500. Even if I call this function (e.g. abc()) in ExtensionDll.dll, but I never actually use the function from actionscript, and I call another function (e.g. def()) from actionscript, the Error #3500 still appears, so it does not seem to depened on the whether the code is used or not.

Remove HTML tags from a text area

Hi, here is my problem:
I have a form with a text area item; this item is “Display as Editor HTML standard”. So it is possible to enter formatted text with tags HTML. Then I save the text in a table. In the column the text maintain the HTML tags. Afterwards I can put the text in a report, and I can see the formatted text with the tags HTML interpreted.
But I need also to use that text for other aims, (i.e. sending it in a mail) with the html tags removed.
Is there any way to remove HTML tags from a text item?

I'm using JSTL 1.2 with Tomcat 6.0.26. Does anyone know of a way to remove HTML tags from a page attribute, "${myExpr}". I would prefer a solution that uses JSTL only, but ultimately whatever gets the job done is fine with me.

I'm sorry, I don't understand your requirement. What do you mean by "remove HTML tags from a page attribute"?
If you are dealing with a value of an attribute, it is most likely a String, and should be treated as such. The best approach would probably be java coding.

Remove HTML tags from a string

I have a string that contains a couple of HTML or XHTML tag, for example
lv_my_string = 'Hello World!'.
For a special use case, I want to remove all HTML from that string and process only the plain text

Problem removing html tags from the text retrived

I am using jdbc to connect the database and retriving the data. In one of the columns along with the description there are some html tags in few of the recors of that column. is there a way to retrive the text only ignoring the html tags in between. Or can i retrive and then strip off the html code in the text to display only normal text.
example of the data retrived which are pipe seperated and one of the columns has html tags in it:

Did you read the documentation of the trim() method,
where it describes which whitespace it removes?I believe his problem is that
"Some text here
<blah>
More text"becomes
"Some text here
More text"... and he wants ...
"Some text here
More text"So, your problem is that your regex isn't matching whitespace as well.

You can wait for some kind personal to post a complete code
solution... But if you want to fix this yourself (which is good
for the soul) here are some hints:
- You can use SUBSTR to get at chunks of text
- You can use INSTR to find particular characters.
- You can use INSTR as an argument of SUBSTR
Hence:
bit_of_text := SUBSTR(text, 1, INSTR(text, '<'));
chopped_text := SUBSTR(text, INSTR(text, '<'));
bit_of_text := bit_of_text||SUBSTR(chopped_text, INSTR
(text, '>'), INSTR(text, '<'));
will give you the first bit of text that doesn't contain any
angle brackets.
From this you should be able to work out how to functionalised
this (you'll need to store the offsets and use them in a loop
construct).
Note that this assumes that the text only contains the '<'
character when it's part of a HTML tag. If you can't guarantee
this then you'll have to explicitly search for all the tags e.g.
bit_of_text := SUBSTR(text, 1, INSTR(lower(text), ''));
bit_of_text := SUBSTR(text, 1, INSTR(lower(text), ' '));
This will be a bit of pain. And completely rules out XML!

One of the user is unable to remove obsolete Tags from new work items and search query

Hi I am new to TFS Administration, User has some obsolete Tags in TFS site which is removed on the Backlogs but user can see those tags when he is creating new work items and while querying the Work Items but he is not able to see any obsolete tags in Backlogs.
TFS version: TFS 2013 SP2
Steps followed:
we queried each tags, we see 0 work items associated with the tags
As per MSDN, we have to remove associated tags which automatically removes the Tags after 3 days
The user is facing the same from past week
Am i missing something? or will the list of Tags be available in new work items and querying WITs? Please help

Unable to Remove XHTML tags from reports

Does anyone know how to remove the HTML tags from displaying on a report? I've formatted the field to read HTML but when run, the html tags still display. I'm using XHTML to retain the formatting of the field and would like it to display correctly in the report.
Is there a solution to this and is anyone else experiencing this problem?
