Remove Facebook From Camera - Symbian Belle FP2

Does anybody know how I can remove the link to Facebook on the camera interface? I don't want it there. There doesn't seem to be a way to remove it anywhere.
I have a unlocked UK 808 Pureview.

Think that it's written into the firmware unfortunately as Nokia raising Facebook accessibility across Support and devices purportedly responding to consumer demand.

If the machine was preloaded with Windows 8 and you upgraded to Windows 8.1 via the Microsoft Store then I can verify that you should be able to restore from Windows 8 by doing a Windows 8 Refresh. Check this guide to see what settings will be preserve and which settings will not be preserved.
Update to Windows 8.1: FAQ:
"If your PC came with Windows 8 you might be able to restore it back to Windows 8 by refreshing your PC."

Is there any way I can view / remove pictures from Camera Roll on the iPhone, on a Mac, without actually importing the files? I just want to view / delete files without importing them.
For instance I have 1200 photos on my iPhone Camera Roll. Some of these are shots, that I've taken multiple times, some good, some bad. I just want to clean up my Camera Roll, but going through the pictures on the iPhone's small screen is tedious. I'd much rather look at the camera roll's photo's on my Mac, and then decide which files I'd like to keep, and which to delete.
I don't want to import the files, as when I import the files, and delete them from Camera Roll, now the Photo's are not on my phone, and the only way to get them back on my Phone is to Import them back in using iTunes, and then they go into the Picture Library and not the Camera Roll.
In the same way as I can view Pics from my digital camera's SD card on a Mac without having to actually copy them to my computer, is there any app out there that will let me view my iPhone pics without importing them.

The short answer is yes.
Connect your iPhone to your computer.
Open Image Capture application.
Click on the 4 little squares at bottom to view them as photos, not a list.
Select the photos them click the No Entry icon at bottom to delete.

How can I remove Facebook from the iPhoto source list?

Lately when I use iPhoto it will not let me quit and I have to force quit. I recently moved to college where there are several separate internet routers. I realized I still had iPhoto sharing turned on from using it at home and thought that might be messing it up, but even after I turn off sharing it will not let me quit. I think it is a problem with Facebook because it asks, "still syncing would you like to stop and quit?" whenever I try to quit the program. I would like to just remove Facebook from my source list, but I can't figure out how. It used to ask me to sign in to Facebook if I wanted to upload pictures but now it doesn't so I have no idea how to make it quit syncing.

You'll likely need to read up on forums hosted by the developer which provided your preview copy of OSX. There are very few here using DP versions of OSX.
You may need to wait until FB integration is officially released.

I have nokia 603 and really it is better than android. After update it to belle fp2 it totally challenge the android platform except some bug should be repaired. I love the apps that nokia made its own. The most amazing app that i love so much is nokia city lens. After update to belle fp2 i lost it totally. It is a humble request to you make it available for belle fp2 also. Multitasking in my 603 is so so better than android. From these few words " long live symbian "..!!!!!!!!

hmmm have been aware of the new phones you would be talking about being released here for a couple of weeks. was told by a little birdy, that is in the right places to know, you might say, that they were coming. hehe. Be very interesting to see them when they arrive. I'm not to sure if i would leave my e7 at this stage to change to them, but am trying to keep an open mind.

i don't know that you can. there are a few preinstalled apps on the various droids that can't be removed w/o rooting your phone (which can't be discussed here and i wouldn't recomend doing unless you REALLY know what you are doing).

There used to be a dialog box that asked you how you wanted to sync photos from your iphone to your PC. It offered to create a dated file and leave or remove photos from your phone. I have searched all of the forums and the web and cannot find anything on this. My phone now has 300 photos on it. How do I save them to my PC and delete them at the same time? Thank you.

I think you are asking if you can delete the FaceBook app on your iPhone without losing it on your iPad.
If that's the question, the answer is "yes."
One way would be to hold the FaceBook icon down until it wiggles on your iPhone. Then press the "X" in the upper left. Stop the wiggling icons by pressing the home button.

When posting a video to Facebook from Camera app, how can I see the upload progress?

Normally I use the ProCamera app to upload photos and videos from my iPhone 5S but I'm having trouble with it lately so I switched the standard Camera app to post a video to Facebook. I know it successfully posted, I received a notification after a while but is there any way to tell the progress of an upload in Camera? ProCamera displays an uploading message at least but I don't see anything in the Camera app.

Did you have 'find my iPhone' activated on it? Because if you go to iCloud.com you can log in there and you can remotely lock or wipe your device. From what I hear, the police won't do anything about going and fetching stolen iPads and iPhones, but if you have find my iphone/ipad/ipod/mac turned on then it will give you a map of where it is.
Just keep in mind that sometimes iTunes does ask you for your password regardless, and only a few weeks ago apple brought in security questions, so everyone had to fill in security questions for their iTunes account to make it more secure If all else fails, ring Apple cusomer support and they might be able to bar your account or something, however you may have to make a new account (the might be able to set it up so you have all your previous information on a new account)

Can't remove images from camera canon t4i

Hello, I have removed plenty of images in the past. My last set of images rolled over img_9999.cr2. When I plug the camera into the pc I can see all the images up to img_9999.cr2 and get them off the camera. I can see images after that on the camera, but not when plugged into the pc. I thought the numbers would roll over to img_0001.cr2. Also new photos taken are not recoverable. Thanks,Glenn

Can't upload photos to facebook from camera app.

Until Friday I used a blackberry. On the BB I could snap a photo and the camera app had a posting menu that included facebook. Now on my iphone 4s the camera has a posting menu too, but Facebook is not one of the options. Is there a reason for this? In order to post to FB I now have to close out of the camera app, open facebook, click the upload photo toggle, search for the photo I just took THEN upload it. There's got to be a better way, right?

* Clear cache and cookies of facebook site
* Try safe mode [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode]] to make sure it is not an add on.
* Check you antivirus
* Make sure flash is up to date and the older versions are removed. Version 14 is the most current and make sure it is enabled.

My mother just purchased the E63 and There is a lot of applications that she will not need such as Email and Facebook - I have removed the Facebook/Myspace applications from her phone but there is still a facebook icon on the main/home page how do you get rid of it and put something else that you would want on it?

How do you remove Facebook from the Hub?

I don't use Facebook, so have deleted the app. In the Hub settings, you have the option of turning off unwanted apps, so I have switched off Facebook.
However, when I look at my Hub screen, Facebook is still there - and it's pushing a useful notification (Voicemail) off the bottom off the screen.
How come it is still there even though the app has been deleted and I have switched it off in the Hub settings? Is there anything else I can do to remove it?

To delete an account from your hub, you will need to delete it from your Accounts. From home page, go into settings, select accounts,click facebook account and click on delete. You can refresh your hub from five quick swipes from the top right hand corner of the hub diagonally down or just restart your z10 to rebuild the hub.
