Remove license - bring Master Collection CS6 back to Trial mode?

We need to remove a license from a Mac that has Master Collection CS6 installed.
But we don't want to remove the software. How do we do this?

It saying your key is invalid seems like the essence of the problem, like the key had a time limit as being for a student version, or Adobe has blacklisted the key due to it being stolen or not authorized for use for some other reason.  Where did you purchase the key/product from, Adobe, or some less-than-obviously-reputable place?
As far as you’re getting hung up on, perhaps the phone lines between wherever you are and India are a little iffy.

    There is NO web chat for me - its always GREYED OUT.

  • Installing Master Collection CS6 -- "EAccess Violation" error message

    I bought a copy of Master Collection CS6 through my graduate school's online "bookshop."
    I have been running into problems installing it for about 3 weeks.
    I received a License Key for Adobe (but have yet to use it due to the inability to install my copy of CS6). I also received instructions on how to download the product (which I followed). I have a Window's computer and have downloaded both the .exe and .7z files onto my computer multiple times. No problem downloading. Free space on my computer is also not an issue. I have also tried to install the files in multiple folders on my computer (desktop, program folders, etc) with the downloaded files and the install-folder in the same place. I have tried to install the files as an Administrator (which I am anyway). But to no avail.
    When I go to download the program, the first error message that comes up is...
    Again, this is not an issue.
    Then I get:
    I have downloaded Adobe CS6 Master Collection multiple times in the past 3 weeks.
    Then I get this message (sometimes not always):
    I spoke to an individual in the IT department at my school and she thinks it is an issue with Adobe/ the download provided via my school from Adobe, not my computer.
    Suggestions?

    I will try doing the initial download to another location on my computer. Again, though, I've downloaded to a certain place on my computer (all downloads go directly to my Desktop), then moved the files to another folder (Program folders, Adobe sub-folder) in order to try to install it there to see if it works there instead.
    I've already defragmented my drive and removed stray temp files. I did this between either download 1 and download 2, or download 2 and download 3 (again, I've downloaded these files multiple times and have gotten the same results).

    That would seem to be the obvious solution.  I have tried it but the reason I am asking is the blank fill in the password screen which is the result of this action. 
    1.  open program. 
    2.  License flash screen appears with sign in prompt.
    3.  Sign in with adobe creative cloud activated. 
    4.  License entry required. 
    In a perfect world this would prompt an automated response which would read my adobe ID credentials and automatic sign in would occur.  So this is my problem.  I am stuck on this screen.  So here are the options as i understand them.  1. Uninstall and start over.  2. Request support.  3.  Search forums.
    What am i missing?

  • Unable to enter serial number for Master Collection CS6 Upgrade

    I recently purchased a Master Collection CS6 upgrade (from 5.5). My CS6 serial number was correctly recognised but it said it couldn't find any software eligible for the upgrade despite Master Collection CS5.5 being installed on my PC (running Windows 7 Ultimate). The screen to enter the serial number of the eligible software doesn't have Master Collection CS5.5 in the drop-down, only CS5. Using that option with my CS5.5 serial number doesn't work. I got no response to a case opened on the support site.
    In order to install the CS6 software, I then installed it as a trial version. I now get reminders that I only have x days to go but there is no option to enter my serial number. I assume it thinks I've got a trial version of Creative Cloud.
    Adobe Support keep closing cases raised on the spurious grounds that I haven't responded. It is they that are not responding! Anyone able to help?

    if the serial number has been used, you won't be able to use that serial and that's the only thing you purchased.

    I have Master Collection CS6 and I see that as part of the package I have Camera Raw version 7. However as per knowledge CC users have access to Camera Raw 8.6 and it's additional features.
    So i just wanted to know few things:
    1. Am I eligible to get the latest version of Camera Raw?
    2. If Yes then how can I get the same, as even I click on Updates it shows that "You already have latest Updates". Do I need to re-install the application?

    Thanks for your replay, but unfortunately this did not help me and the same error accord from a couple different computers i've tried for all the software links, though at one computer-only in Chrome browser the links worked and it downloaded the zipped file but the size where 1,568KB and it didn't work, in the same browser i tried downloading the Mac version and the file started downloading as well but this time the size where correct, but i own a PC with Windows so that's not helpful, so i tried downloading Illustrator file and it worked and the size where 100*.MB and the installer unpacked only language files with cd icon and no setup files.
    On all other computers i got the message in Chrome as well as Firefox and Explorer.
    Through Adobe Download Assistant i downloaded the Master Collection English version but i have no support for my native language and it's frustrating because It's not possible to download Middle Eastern versions through the Adobe Download Assistant so direct download is the only option but i think something is wrong with the links.

    You're not telling us anything about your system... I'm also not quite clear what you mean about the help files. Since the download is a compound archive, that part never comes into play until you install any of the apps... Clarify and provide more info.
