Remove Link from image

Hi,
I have just converted an MS Word 2013 doc into PDF via the MS Word Export utility. This worked great, however, when I hover over any of the images that are part of the document, a yellow box appears showing a path to the location from where the image originated on my hard drive. I went back to the Word doc and removed all Metadata, then exported it to PDF once again, but again, the path still shows when you hover over an image. This is not restricted to the PC I used to create the doc. When I transfer the PDF file to another PC, the path still shows.
Does anyone know how to prevent this? I'm using the free Adobe Reader XI version 11.0.07

Reader can't create PDF files. You're using an internal function of Word, so your question should be asked on a Word forum.

ESS Who's Who - remove link from Org Unit

In Who's Who (web dynpro version for ERP2004), I want to display Organizational Unit in an employee's detail. I do NOT however want the link to the org chart from this field to be available.
Is there a way to remove the link from the Organizational Unit field?
If not, then my issue is that the link does not work. I get the error "Service EMPLOYEE_ORGCHART_SERVICE does not exist" when I click on a link to the org chart from who's who. Can someone point towards some documentation on how to implement this?
Bottom line is that I either want to remove the link on Org Unit or make it work.
Has anyone had success with this?

Remove link from User Display Name

Hi, there is the name of the user on top of the page, it has an arrow and when I click it shows me "About me" and "Sign out". I need to remove that link and leave only the text. Any idea how to do it pls?

Remove links from a Web Capture

Is it possible to remove all/disable links within a PDF created using Web Capture? This feature is so much faster than creating individual screen shots of every page, but my client is requesting that the PDF doesn't include web/hyperlinks. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Removing Links From Block of Text

Is there a method to remove all links from a block of text?
It's mostly plain text with many links throughout. I want to simply
remove all the links without doing one at a time.

or a hackish way to do this would be to highlight the entire
bit of text and then make one huge link, and then delete the a tag
as there would only be one a tag then.

Link from Image map to other dashboard or report

I have made a image prompt of the following picture:

At this moment i can only link to a value in a column with this code:

the link works but its just/still in the same dashboard/report and thats not what i want.
I want to open an other dashboard or report.
Anyone know how thats possible? i cant find something usefull

open the strap at the clip.
look inside of the strap and there are "buttons" on each link.
press the button and carefully pull the link.
repeat to get required size

Can I remove files from "images removed from" dir?

I have some duplicate files on my iMac, including some large videos in a "images removed from xxxxxxx" directory. Can I safely delete these?

Yes, you can delete this additional "images removed from ...." vault, if you do not need this backup of older videos. It contains all photos/videos, that have been backed up in your vault, and have been removed, because they are no longer in your Aperture library. remove this vault only, if you do not want to keep this videos or have other backups of them.

But I am puzzled: Why are these vaults on your iMac? Are they on your system drive or on a second internal drive? Vaults are best kept on a drive different from the drive where the library is kept. Otherwise they will be of no use, if the drive should fail and needs to be restored.

Linking from image in swf to another .chm

Here's my situation. I have a master .chm and the main intro
/ welcome page the user sees, contains an embedded flash file (.swf
file). Inside the swf there are some images that when clicked on
are supposed to jump the user to sub .chm files that are merged
into the master .chm. However, when I click on the link nothing
happens. I can link to actual pages in the main help file and to
pages on the web, but it won't open a sub .chm help file.
My work around for this was to create a redirection .htm
inside the main help that used this javascript code to push the
link to the actual .chm file:

This does work. However, because of the redirection, users
can't use the help viewer's "Back" button anymore to get to the
main page with the .swf, because clicking Back hits the redirection

Any suggestions on getting links to sub .chm projects work
from within a .swf file?

What are you using to create the .SWF? If you aren't getting
a .SWF to link properly, oftentimes it is because of security
restrictions that are set by the Flash control. I have a tutorial
on setting these that may help. You may view it by
clicking
here. Note that it has a link to the Flash Settings Manager so
you don't have to hunt it up.

A friend just emailed me this image and asked if the man standing by the car could be removed. His brother in the car is disabled, and they want to use it for a birthday party card. It's a Blackberry image and not very good quality. I use PSE3 (unfortunately!) What are the basic steps? Do I FIRST need to make another layer...or two? Then, outline the man and ? You can right-click the picture to save it.
Basically here are the steps:
1. Use Clone tool to replace man's legs with the ground.
2. Rear tire: Select front tire, copy/paste to new layer. Use Move tool to move this on top of rear tire. I had to do some resizing and rotating with the Move tool to match the original rear tire.
3. Replace man's shorts: Used Rectangular Marquee to select the front door, copy/paste to a new layer. Use Move tool to move this on top of the shorts. Also used Eraser to "open" the tire well and remove other excess from the rectangle.
4. Replace man's torso and head: Cloned the trees. Also used Clone to extend the ragtop over the torso.
5. Used Clone and Brush tool many, many times to hide the edges of the layers and clean up from all the previous changes.

Add a link from image in web app

I need to add a link to social media site in a static image in a web app detail layout.
I have thought this would be...

but this displays the link bedside the icon.
I have tried field type "Text string (Hyperlink)" and "Text string (String)".
any help appreciated.

Hey Liam,
Franchise list of stores added to a web app abd each store can have a different link added to the icon.
The icon is hard coded into the layout
The url needs to change for each
e.g. 15 Stores, some have their own Facebook page, some will link to a central Facebook page.
So the icon is static in the web app detail layout, but url changes.
When I add the code
<a href="{tag_facebook}"><img alt="" src="/_assets/css/images/social-facebook.png" />
the result in browser looks like...
