Remove mass MIC from inspection plan?

How can we remove mass MICs from multiple inspection plan?
These are complete copy model MICs.
Can we use CWBQM? How?

  • CWBQM to remove MIC from Inspection plan

We have requirement to remove few MIC from multiple inspection plan. SO I wanted to use CWBQM trx for that purpose.
We maintain inspection plan with unique id of group and gp counter.
    Group 111 Counter 1
    Gp 111 Countr 2
.Group 111 Counter 110 and many more.
Q-1: From abouve list I don't want to update all inspection plan. I want to update for only few counter of each group. So how to enter these group and group counter combination in initial screen to do mass change.
Q-2: We wanted to remove MIC1, MIC2, MIC5 from all inspection plan. Where to enter these MICs in intial screen so system pull only those MIC list of insp plan? these are complete copy model MIC.
Q-3: As said earlier we wanted to remove MIC from inspection plan. Now after excuting CWBQM we are getting list of MIC. So do mass change I'm selecting MIC column and applicable row and clicking on Extra --> mass change. Then system is not giving me MIC in pop-up list. It gives me all other data including qnt and qualitative field of MIC, but we wanted to remove complete MIC from plan. how to do that?
    Please help.

    I'm following these steps:
    CWBQM work area - Q_OPR_000000000010
Entering inspection plan data in selection screen - Ctrl + F7
    Got MIC list
    Select Master Inspection chara. column
Select row to delete particular MIC
Menu > Extra > Mass change --> Here I got two pop-up screen
One with name Mass change inspection char -- but this screen is empty - no field on this screen
There is one more screen which says "select fields" - List of fields like, lower limit, upper limit, catalog type, selected set, info feild, inspection method, plan, insp qualification, long term indicator, item......but there is no field which says MIC
If I select any field from second pop-up then it pull that field to mass change screen, but that I don't want to do. My purpose to remove MIC, not its field.
Please let me know where I am wrong?

  • I need to remove a phone from my plan, how do I do that? I just see suspend service. The contract is up for that phone.

I need to remove a phone from my plan that the contract is up for. I can not seem to find anywhere to do that.

You can't cancel a line of service on-line; you have to either call Customer Service or visit your local Corporate Verizon store.

  • Mass assigning of inspection plans

    Hey everybody
Im new to SAP and Im handling quality module. I have around 1 lac material to whom inspection plan has to be assigned. Can anybody help me (except BDC) out how can i assign them in mass so that it takes lesser time.

There is no easy mass load for inspection plan assignments.
You can use the engineering change management workbench which does allow fast manual entry, (I usually set up an excel spreadsheet and then copy and paste into CWBQM or QP02 depending on the client and how inspection plans are to be assigned.
In CWBQM I can do about 24 assignments every 10 seconds for about 144 a minute or about 8500/hour.  With pauses or breaks about 6000 an hour is reasonable to expect.
In QP02 I can do about 14 per 20 seconds.  That's about 42 a minute or roughly 2500 an hour.  But you have to do them plan by plan so that can slow it down, especially if you only have a few materials per plan.  Realistically about 1800 - 2000 an hour with pauses and breaks.
So with QP02, about 15,000 a day is realistic.  With CWBQM about 50,000 a day could be done.  Buit if you have 100,000 entries to make and you have to do 2-3 mock loads in different test systems plus the final go-live load, you are probably much better off having a program to do this.  If it is  primarily a one or two time thing, you could hire a temp, do it yourself or train a handful of team membes to do it.  Using CWBQM and asking 7 other team members to do about 2hrs of loading would get your 100,000 done in 2-3  hours.

  • CoA results from batch, specs from inspection plan

    Hi there,
I've a problem with my certificate of analysis (coa). I want to do the following. I perform inspections on my semi finished. With the certificate profile i can print these results on the coa for a finished product. I select the results origin from production chain. But i now want to print the specifications that are present in the inspection plan for the semi finished. But SAP only allows inspection spec origin 03 here.
Is there a possible way to print results for semi finished products on the report of a finished product. For the result it doesn't matter if it comes from QM or batch classification. But the specifications are only stored in the inspection plans.
    Thanks.

I want to print the result and spec from MIC 50005 which is in my inspection plan for a raw material.
In my profile i've the follwing
    MIC 50005
Result origin 03 inspection/ batch from production chain
Insp spec origin 01 ins. spec from QM.
At the materials button. In the first tabel Data origin fro characs from insp i mention the material number from the raw material including the inspection type.
Still nothing is printed while there was an inspection lot for the batch of the raw material...

  • Re assignment of material from inspection plan group

    Dear Experts,
I have an issue, we got a material which has multiple groups assigned to it.
How to remove the materials assignment from the inspection plan group?
Since the group contains more than 1000 line items, it is very laborious to search every line item and delete manually.
Is there any 1 shot way to remove the assignment?
Please help me out in this, because of multiple assignment, the lot gets into the status of CRTD.
    Thanks in advance,
    Anitha Pauline.

    hi,
    Use CWBQM.

  • How to remove a device from my plan

I would like to remove a device from my Share Everything plan and lower my monthly bill.  How do I go about this?

Its simple.  Verizon specifically does not want customers removing devices by themselves because they want to get you on the phone and try to talk you out of it.
I actually stopped by a Verizon store to have my tablet taken off my plan, and the ONE person they have that is authorized to do terminations wasnt in the store so they couldnt do it.
I am a little annoyed to say the least.

  • How to progammatically get Inspection Characteristics from Inspection Plan

How do I programmatically get Inspection Characteristics from an inspection plan? I am currently getting inspection characteristics from inspection lots via a QM-IDI RFC call (QIRF_SEND_REQUIREMENTS_GET_DAT2), but if the Inspection Characteristic is not in an inspection lot, I don't get it via the RFC call. What BAPI/RFC/IDOCS mechanism can I use from an external subsystem (VB.NET app) to get inspection characteristics (Spec Limits, Target, Operation, Activity) associated with a material in an inspection plan?
    Thanks,
    Ed

The problem is the SAP system that my external subsystem (VB.NET application using QM-IDI) is interfacing with does not have inspection lots (and the customer is not willing to add inspection lots), so the QM-IDI RFC that I'm using (QIRF_SEND_REQUIREMENTS_GET_DAT2) does not return the inspection characteristics (spec limits, etc) that I require. My customer creates a reference (QP11) with inspection characteristics, then attaches the reference to a Material (QP01). When I try to get the inspection characteristics for the material via QIRF_SEND_REQUIREMENTS_GET_DAT2, I don't get the inspection characteristics because there is no inspection lot associated with the material and inspection characteristics.
The design is for my external subsystem to do the Material Inspection Characteristic valuation, and then send the valuation results back to SAP. Is there a way to get Material Inspection Characteristics and then send the results back given the SAP setup I described above?
    Thanks,
    Ed

  • Mass maintenance of inspection plan

    Hi,
    Guru,
How to  replace  MIC's of some inspection plan through workbench CWBQM.
    Regards,
    Rakesh Patel

    Dear Rakesh,
Even i was trying the same, could not find the reason for The "LOCK" symbol.
I used MIC with Complete copy model, And i did not made any changes to that MIC while using it in inspection plan.
    by the way,
If you want to replace MICs, which are locked
Use user exit QPAA0004 with FM "EXIT_SAPMQPDA_001"
    Set E_LOCK_INDICATOR = 'X'
in addition you have to activate EXIT_SAPLCQBM_002.
    regards,

  • Create PR from Inspection Plan

    Dear Gurus,
I have a inpection plan for Inspection type 01 with several operation.
    10 Visual Inspection
    20 Microstructure Inspection
    30 Hardness Inspection
Operation 10 and 30 can do by Internal QC Dept. but Op.20 cannot do by Internal QC Dept.
So we must send our sample to third party (vendor) to do Microstructure Inspection.
I already create inspection lot automatically when GR from PO
How to create PR automatically when we GR.

You can not create a purchase req from an inspection plan or inspection lot.
You can do subcontracting order from the production side.
If you are simply sending out samples to an outside lab, most places do not drive the process of creating a purchase order on an inspection lot by inspection lot basis.
I don't think you'll be able to do what I think you want to do.
The only way I think you might be able to capture this might be to create a Quality notiification against the inspectoin lot.  From the notification you can maybe raise the purchase order.  But I have never tried that so I can't give you much guidance on that.
But I don't see that as being an automated process driven by the inspection plan.

  • Is there a charge to remove a line from my plan?

I have several lines on my current wireless plan.  Will there be a charge to remove any of those lines and if so, how much is the fee?

KWildman, the more, the merrier! Why would you want to remove a line from your account? Let's talk about this.
When accepting a two year agreement, each line has it's own contract end date. If you cancel services prior to the contract end date, then you will be billed an Early Termination Fee. This fee varies based on the device that you upgraded to and amount of months that you've completed on that contract. • How do i remove a phone from my plan?

I have a phone device and associated number that I no l longer use. How do I remove these from my plan?

Yes, once your contract is completed you can remove your phone without fees or fear of "reprisal" from Verizon.
What plan do you have? Whose name is the account under? Whether or not the rest of the family will pay more will depend on those 2 questions.
If the account is in YOUR name and you need someone else to take over the account, they would have to perform an AOL(assumption of liability) for the remaining lines. Depending on their credit history, they may be required to provide a security deposit. If you are on a legacy plan, that plan may not be available for the new account owner and they would have to move to the More Everything plan. If you are on a More Everything plan and are receiving a promotional rate on data, the new account owner would only receive that promotional rate if it is still currently available. If not, they would only be eligible for the current rates.
Of course, if the name on the account does not need to change, there would be no need to change plans or to perform an AOL.
If the name on the account is yours, simply because you remove your line does not mean you have to relinquish control of the account. You can still remain the account owner. Of course, the average cost/line may increase by removing 1 line from the account as the base plan cost would now be split between 4 lines instead of 5 lines unless you were able to lower the base plan cost by lowering your plan.

  • Remove 1 phone from family plan

How would I remove 1 phone from a family plan that is past its 2 year contract?

The ETF for a smartphone starts at $350 and drops $10 for each month of you contract you complete. Basic phones would be half that($175 start, $5/month decrease).
Additionally, whether or not you have a smartphone or basic phone ETF depends on which type of phone you purchased at your last contract signing, NOT necessarily on which type of phone you currently have active on your line. For example, if you last purchased a smartphone when signing a contract but now have a basic phone active on your line, your ETF would still be that of a smartphone.

  • Default values for long text for mic in inspection plan

    hi,
Some long text are coming default when i am creating inpection plan for mic.
This is coming for only particular plant. For other plant it is not coming. Is there anywhere we can make it as default for a particualar line item . ie for particular characteristics i.e 10, 20 etc
    sathish. R

    Hi,
I am not sure , whether you are mentioning about Long text for MIC or Default insp char number (10,20,30..) in the insp plan.
If you are talking about Insp char number in the insp plan . you can specify the same in SPRO , QM->Q planning ->Insp planning -> General -> Maintain profiles for default values.
