Remove Mobil me Sign In

Does anyone know how to remove the Mobile me sign in (or join now) splash page that pops up every time I load the iweb program? I do not publish to Mobile me, but to my own hosted server.
I guess if you don't mind me asking two questions, is there a way to also eliminate the back end splash page when I exit the program which warns "Your page will not be published if you don't upload..." I did publish already, but to an external folder.

Dan, you might want to post your question as an original thread because no one seems to be answering my question on this thread. I can't give you the "technical" direction, but what I do know is to do what you're asking (like I am set up) you have to have a server host machine and upload your iweb directory files to that server, then point your URL to the index file within the iweb directory you uploaded.
When the iweb files are exported from iweb (via the Export Files to a Folder function) they package themselves in a nice, neat way to simply upload as a whole to that server I mentioned above and you're good to go. The key is having someone provide you the hard drive space to upload the your iweb directory files. Not sure if the service you are using will allow that, but there are plenty of web host providers out there that I am sure provide that ability.

You can use field level routine to achive this.

Removing mobile component in SAP NW Mobile 7.1

my question is how I can remove mobile component in SAP NW 7.1. These components were charged by SDOE_UPLOAD_ARCHIVE. In Mobile Component Administration can not find how to remove them.

I don't think it is possible to delete MCDs in 7.10 without getting into the internals of the DOE (since the UI does not provide the feature).
You should be alright keeping them. Except for occuping a little hard drive space, useless MCDs are quite harmless.
If you upgrade to a newer version sometime in the future, you'll be able to delete them.
By the way: If you want to delete (actually 'unassign') MCDs from a device, then that IS possible and can be done for example, from the Device Administration screens. This is what Vidyadhar is referring to.

Permission to remove mobile device from mailbox

I need to allow a tech to remove mobile devices from mailboxes. He is currently a Recipient Admin, but cannot delete devices. I do not want to allow him Org Admin rights. What can I do? Thx

You will probably need to create a custom RBAC role with only the appropriate permissions. You'll need something with more rights than a simple Recipient Admin but less extensive than an Organization Admin.

Yes, it is for wiping the devices (not for removing them from a mailbox) but the general procedure should be the same. I imagine you'll have to experiment a little to obtain the right combination.

I'm not sure exactly what you are seeing but .....
If you see a lock icon in the upper right corner of the screen - then the screen orientation is locked.
Try the side switch above the volume rocker first and see if that unlocks the screen. If that doesn't do it, double tap the home button and swipe to the right and look for the lock icon all the way to the left.
If the iPad is not responsive and you cannot slid to unlock the screen - try this.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

Can we remove the negative sign from amounts.

The payments wil be like 7000 - . There will be a negative symbol in the output generated in the layout.
Is it possible to remove the - sign from the layout?

SAP will understand the Dr and Cr on the bases of signs, that mewans all -Ve sign refers to credit. you can not remove this sign. however you can remove this sign once you export the same to excel and from with the help of CNTRL+FIND you can remove in the excel sheet.

Lync Mobile client signs out - Error- IIS reset on Front End - WAS Errors

I have a very limited understanding of Lync dependency's & how to trace the issue I'm now seeing. Would appreciate any direction or information to assist.
We have Primary & Secondary Pools - both pools seem to be effected at different times. The Mobile Clients will error & not sign in until iisreset
is done on the effected Front End.
This issue has started a few weeks ago. Before that this has happened maybe twice in a year.
A few weeks ago we did move the FileStore location of the Primary Front End only (off a Siffs Application store to the local drive of the Primary Front End)– AV scan
exclusion was set for FileStore location.
Also some Windows 2008R2 patches were applied.
The Deployment Wizard has been rerun incase something was broken by MS updates.
The Window Event log is clean apart from:
WAS events: (1 to 4 are grouped)

Web sites and Web applications depend on the availability of Internet Information Services (IIS) application pools. IIS application pools in turn depend on the Windows Process Activation Service (WAS). If WAS is not running or errors occur
during the startup or shutdown of an application pool, Web sites and Web applications may not be available.
And based on my understanding, if some program works sometime and does not in other times, RAM is the problem.

Mobile PDF signing

So I have been trying to create a "service report" for our company. I created a form with forms central, and all in all I just love the way it works. I tried doing it via excel and importing into reader to create a form. Maybe I was doing something wrong, but it would never read all my text boxes I had in excel. Then I would have to create text fields, which would be dozens! Forms has been really worth it now!
Anyways I am trying to iron out small details now. The PDF is built, and functions awesome except for a few "minor?" things.
1)This form is going to be distributed amoung a bunch of my workers, so they can fill out electronically on a tablet or phone. I do want to have signatures in there, which I can make happen. The few problems I am having is although the signature is created on the tablet or phone it never wants to show up when the office computer accesses the new saved file. I also want it to be able to be recognized on office computer in the actual signature space. Not just a "picture" that is displayed on the screen. Just for lockout pourposes mainly. We will have customer signatures on site, I want to be able to lock out all fields once it has been signed. So I am not sure if once I can get the desktops to recognize a mobile signature, if it will all just fall into place or not.
2)I have been looking into this whole echosign thing, but no matter how hard I try I can't find it anywhere on the mobile adobe reader app. Not sure if I am doing something wrong, but I am on the latest version. Just trying to see if it would be a better way for distribution. Basically now, the easiest way I can find of doing it is this: We have the "orignal" file on a google drive, that would then have to be saved to each device in order to edit of course. From there you would have to duplicate the file and rename it to your job and date. Then it could be uploded back into drive where the office can access it at anytime.
3)*edit* I also seem to have an issue when I try and put my signature options in. When I go to select the fields for read-only portion it won't select any checkboxes or anything. When I select select all it will select them, but as soon as I hit ok it all goes away and nothing happens!
Any input is MUCH appreciated. I tried doing a search but could really not find my answer.

You'd need a PDF library that can do this detailed, and rather
complicated, analysis. I think the Adobe PDF Library would do this,
but it would be awkward. You can't use Acrobat on a server, so its API

Mobile Me Sign In Window Doesn't Appear

I have no trouble publishing my iWeb website to Mobile me from my own computer. but when traveling, and trying to publish to Mobile me from a friend's computer, I get as far as the pop up window that tells me to sign in at Mobile Me, but when I click to proceed, no sign-in window appears. I can go directly to Mobile me and sign in, but this does not seem to matter to iWeb as I try to publish... because iWeb doesn't recognize that I have signed in directly. Why can I sign in directly by going to Mobile Me, but cannot sign in from iWeb when I am ready to publish updates to my website?

Flex Mobile: iOS signing issues

Hello everybody,
I got an issue (probably) regarding the iOS signing process wihthin Flash Builder 4.5.1 (Build 313231) mobile projects.
The signing and compiling process seems to work fine, but when I'm trying to check-in the application for the Apple AppStore, the process failed with the message it hasn't been signed correctly, or it hasn't been signed with an Apple Distribution Provisioning Profile.
I'm pretty sure I got the right certificate.
Are there some known issues? Can somebody point me in the right direction?

IWeb looping back to mobile me sign in page

I just changed my mobile me password and now when I try to publish my site, iWeb keeps looping back and asking me to sign in. What am I doing wrong?

Try this:
go to the System/MobileMe preference pane and log out of MMe.
login with a bogus username and password like "Ying" and "Yang". This clears the caches.
login with your correct username and password.
launch iWeb and try again.

Mobile me has been discontinnued. I still get the pop up when I start Iphoto. How can I remove it?

Delete any mention of MM from the iPhoto preferences and SystemPreferences.

Lync Mobile client signs out - Unknown Error- requires IIS reset on Front End

My Mobile clients are signing out on their own and do not sign back in until I reset the IIS on my front end server. i have a standard edition front end with IIS ARR as my reverse proxy.
Another issue that I have (this is sporadic) is that when a mobile device is connected to internal wifi it fails to sign and and the only way to get it back to work is to turn off wifi , sign in, and then you can turn on wifi and then it can sign in even
if wifi is on. This will work for sometime until the issue comes back again.
I would appreciate if anyone can help me resolve this issue.

Which version of IIS did you use? If you are deploying mobility, we recommend that you use IIS 7.5. The Lync Server Mobility Service installer sets some ASP.NET flags to improve performance. IIS 7.5 is installed by default on Windows Server 2008
R2, and the Mobility Service installer automatically changes the ASP.NET settings. If you use IIS 7.0 on Windows Server 2008, you need to manually change these settings.
