Hi - Can you help me how to access my hp mini without typing password in rom Bios. Every single time I turn it on, i have to type password e9lo7gq79g. There is any way I can remove or chage it to the password that I would like to have. Thanks

You can remove the need for a power on password as follows. Shut down the notebook. Tap away at the esc key as soon as you press the power button to access the Start-up menu and then select f10 to enter the Bios menu. Use the arrow keys to highlight the Security tab and hit enter. Use the arrow keys again to highlight power on password and hit enter. Enter the current password ( e9lo7gq79g ) and then for the new password, just leave this blank and hit enter - do the same for the confirmation field. Press f10, select to save the new settings and hit enter. Regards, DP-K

We would like to know if a user opens a protected PDF (with 128/256 bits encryption) in Acrobat Reader 9.0,
can the user save a copy of the protected PDF and the new PDF is no longer password protected.
That means I would like to check if the reader 9.0 can allow user to remove the password (Of course, permission
should be granted when creating the protected PDF in Acrobat 9.0) from the protected PDF file.

You have to do this directly in OID using oidadmin (Oracle Directory Administrator)

Yes, the file is Reader enabled, and yes you have to create an unsigned copy of the file before you can remove the Password Security.
