Remove plug-in connections from document

I have an old document that was originally created using plug-ins. It has been completely changed, and the plug-ins are no longer needed to complete the task at hand, but due to som old history, I can't package the file (because I'm missing the plug-ins). I also get an error message every time I open the file, and everytime I save it, I have to save as...
I don't have a clue about plug-ins, but I wonder if there is a way to break the link to the plug-ins in the document?
I have InDesign CS6 version 8.0.1

How do I remove old bonjour connections from sidebar?

I have a Western Digital NAS drive connected to by network which I access from my laptop. For some reason I now have two connections appearing on by Finder sidebar one for the NAS drive called MyBookWorld and another called MyBookWorld-Backup which I can not get rid nor can it be used to connect. Anyone know how I can get rid of this and what caused it in the first place?

One of two places -- probably in your Library at HD/Library/Application Support/Aperture/Plug ins and delete it. If not there, look in Application Support in your Home folder Library.

I have a requirement where I have to strip out an attribute called "xmlns" at the root element of my xml document.

I tried using API's
1) document.getDocumentElement.removeAttribute("xmlns")
After this my xml document look like this

<ID>1234</ID>

</UserProfile>
Also tried this..
2) Attr att=document.getDocumentElement().getAttributeNode("xmlns");
att.setValue("");
document.getDocumentElement().setAttributeNodeNS(att);
After this my xml document look like this

Irrespective of all this , when I gave the new xml document to Jaxb for processing , Jaxb complains that

Though this attribute neither visible nor accessible using any DOM apis, still this attribute exists as part of this document.
Could somebody explains a little more about this behaviour or help me to resolve this..

When CSS wholly remove connection from internal cache

I use RPC over TCP between client and server through CSS 11500.
I have a question about when CSS remove this RPC connection from internal cache/connection table ?
and does CSS generate and send back RST if same connection come in CSS after removing ?
I do not change flow-timeout-multiplier parameter, so RPC's timeout value (Inactivity Timeout) is 16 sec.
I understand CSS marked the connection as idle after 16 sec elapsed in this case.
And, however CSS does not delete it from internal cache/connection table.
Does it mean that this idle connection went in a list of resource that can be reused when same connection
come in ?
That is, the connection which marked as idle does not need 3 way handshake again to get create connection/flow
entry because connection information remains on CSS in spite of the state is idle.
Is it correct ?
So when idle connection is wholly removed from internal cache/connection table ?
That is, after how much time CSS wholly remove it from internal cache/connection table ?

Your understand is correct.
Once a flow is marked idle, it is moved to a list of resources that can be reused.
While sitting in this list, the flow information can still be used to switch traffic belonging to this session.
The flow data will move inside the list and then will be deleted to be used for a new connection.
Depending on the number of connection/sec that you get, the flow data will move quickly or not inside the list. It is impossible to predict when it will be deleted.
Once deleted, if data comes in for the old session, the CSS has no information about the flow and it should send a RESET back to the source.

Can anybody tell me how to remove a wlan connection from my E51 phone?
I accidentally tried to connect to a neighbours wifi network instead of mine. Now, when I browse for an available network at home, the phone tries to connect to the neighbours network (that doesn't work) in preference to mine. In the phone's list of available connections, both our wifi and the neighbours wifi have the clover leaf symbol next to them.

Just go to tools->settings-.access points & delete what you think your neigbor's SSID.

If you open the Pages panel, (Window>Pages) you will see thumbnails of your master pages and your document pages. In new documents, there is usually a master called A-Master and one called None. If you drag the thumbnail of the None master onto the thumbnail of a document page, it will apply that master to that page. Presumably, you have made your page numbers on A-Master, so this will usually do the trick. If you have elements on A-Master that you need on the first page, but just not the page number, you can duplicate A-Master (which, by default will give you B-Master, but you can change the names if you like) and remove the page number on the duplicate and apply that to the document page.
It might also be worth noting that you can apply master pages in the fly-out of the Pages panel. Go to the fly-out triangle and go down to Apply Master to Pages…, then select a master to apply and the range of pages (1-8 will give you all 8, 1, 3, 5, 7 will be the odds, 1-3, 4, 6-8 if you want continuous ranges and individual pages).

Im now worried theres something wrong with my bios on my Mac and i don't no why my plug-ins would have vanished from where they should be installed? as they still work fine in the actual software itself.

If you are on a Mac the Library folder is hidden. You have to jump through some hoops to get there.

How do I remove the white space from the bottom and side of my document?

How do I remove the white space from the bottom and side of my document? (I'm not talking about printing, just viewing it on the screen.) There are about 6 inches of white space at the bottom and at the right hand side. I don't like this. On a blank new spreadsheet it's triple that amount of white space.

The infinite canvas convention doesn't make a lot of sense for Numbers. When I'm viewing a spreadsheet and mistakenly scroll into white, empty space I think, "this is ridiculous - all of my content is fits on one screen. there's nothing over there."
A (relatively) infinite canvas is logical for Microsft Excel because it's one big table. There are 256(?) columns by default and hundreds of rows on a sheet - there are cells outside what a user is looking at to see. However, when viewing a Numbers spreadsheet with a single 10 column 10 row table that fits on the screen, there's nothing else on it to scroll to.
Numbers should distinguish between viewing a spreadsheet and editing one. When I'm just viewing, when there's no content outside the window it shouldn't scroll there. This window behavior is beyond annoying for Numbers on my iPad and iPhone.
(Adding user-defined canvas size setting to my view mode / edit mode thinking would probably be the most complete solution to this now that I think about it.)
Until now the way scrolling worked in Numbers has defied logic. Actually it still does lol. That said, thank you Yellowbox for providing a clear explanation. Much appreciated.
