Remove PO deletion flag

hi...
i deleted some PO by Mass Transaction...by mistake some processing PO is also deleted...how i can remove the delete flag...???
Thanks & Regards
Rekha Sharma

hi all,
to remove deletion flag from your PO you can use both the transactions ME22N and and MEMASSPO.
choose the line items that you want to undelete and press the undelete button.
NOTE-PO at line items will be successfully deleted if only-No MIGO and MIRO has been done.
OR both MIGO and MIRO has been done.
If only MIGO has been done No MIRO at that moment You will not be able to undelete the PO.In this case you will obtain a error message shown below.
"Quantity delivered differs from qty ordered(Function not possible)".

  • Impact deletion flag set process order

If i have "Set deletion flag for old process order" after the same any impact in Finance or production side.
    Chintan

    Hi,
You should set the deletion flag only for orders:
which are delivered or technically completed
for which variances have been calculated
for which you do not anticipate any further follow-up costs
If follow-up costs must be charged to the object, you can remove the deletion flag (DLFL).  Deletion indicators (DLT), however, cannot be withdrawn.
As long as the accounting period is not yet closed, data (such as from results analysis) can still be transferred to Financial Accounting (FI). The FI period should be closed before you can set the deletion indicator (DLT), since no more costs can be settled to FI after that point.
When the orders are deleted, the quantity information on the routing operations is also deleted.

  • Reset the Service entry sheet deletion flag.

    Dear all,
How to Reset the Deletion flag for the service entry sheet.(To remove the deletion flag)
    Thanks,
    Cherry

    Dear Cherry,
I am afraid I must confirm that the system is working as designed in
    this case.
It is not possible to cancel the deletion indicator once it has been
set in a Service Entry Sheet. None of the two currently available
transactions to maintain Service Entry Sheets support this functionality
(this is, the deletion indicator cannot be reset via ML81 or ML81N: None
of the two transactions allow this).
We had got the similar issue from the other customers and developers replied that:
"The service entry sheet is an accounting document, and once you
delete it, can no be undelete it."

  • Problem in unchecking deletion flag in MM06 using LSMW.

    Hi All
I am using LSMW to set deletion flag on various materials at material and plant levels (LVOMA and LVOWK) in MM06 transaction. The incoming file has the fields MATNR, WERKS,LVOMA and LVOWK.
We are checking and unchecking the flags as per certain condition of values from the LVOMA and LVOWK fields from the file. The LVOMA flag is getting checked correctly and in-turn the LVOWK flag gets set (as material is at a higher level then plant level). I am using the Batch Input Recording Method.
The problem that i am facing is that once set, the LVOMA flag doesn't get unchecked at all on the running of the script. If a blank value is coming from the file, i need to uncheck this flag at material level but in-turn i get the error " Field RM03G-LVOWK is not an input field" even though the value of LVOWK in the incoming file is blank.
Please help me resolve this issue.
    Thanks in advance.
    Harsh

I am not on my system yet, but if I remeber right, then
LVOMA is deletion indicator at material level
and LVOWK is the deletion indicator at plant level.
the standard SAP behavior is like this when setting the deletion flag:
if you only enter a material number, then you are aoolowed to set the deletion flag at material level
and SAP automatically flags all sub levels (plant -storage location - warehouse - valuation areas) ´for deletion too.
if you enter material and plant, then you can set the deletion flag at material level and the behaviour is equal to the first mentioned above. but you can as well leave the material level without deletion flag and set the deletion flag only at plant level. In this case the material is still active, and only the sub levels of the plant (all storage locations in this plant)  will get a deletion flag too. But warehouse and valuation level will not get a deletion indicator.
for undeletion you have to be very specific, as SAP does not undelete all sub levels automatically.
I believe that you did not specify the plant number, hence SAP did not allow to remove the deletion flag at plant level, it even did not open the field to undelete this level, thats why you get this error "Field RM03G-LVOWK is not an input field"

  • Customer Deletion flag

    Hi Gurus,
How to delete multiple customers (its not specified from 1 to 10 like, its like customer no: 2, 4,8,10,13,17,89,99,110 like)in one go, In XD06 we can enter only one customer number. I tried T. Code: MASS also, but could not find the solution.
    please help me ASAP.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Vamsi P.

    Hi Vamsi,
The CATT is primarly a testing tool and can also be used for mass upload of data. The CATT works as if an user is updating the values one by one.
The procedure to upload the data using CATT is done in four steps
    a) Creating the CATT Test Case & Recording the sample data input
    b) Download of source data file
    c) Modify the source data file
    d) Upload the data from source file
I have explained the procedure step by step and do note the following explanation is specific to your problem
    Creation of CATT Test Case:
    1)Go to TCODE [SCAT]
2)Create a Test Case by entering a name and clicking the TCD button in application tool bar
3)Enter the TCODE you want to execute [XD06]
4)Enter the customer number, company code and sales area data.
    5) Select the required deletion flag and/or deletion blocks
    6)Click on Save
    7)End Recording
8)Click on Save and save as local object
9)Press Exit button and save changes while exiting.
Now we have created a recording for deleting a customer with a sample data.
Ensure while recording the transaction you do not get an warning or error messages else you might have to redo the recordng.
    Download of source data file
1)In the [SCAT] screen select your test case and click on change
2)Click on choose button in the application tool bar
3)Click on field list in the application tool bar
4)Double click on the customer number and change the parameter name as &CUSTNO. Any field starting with & would be treated as an input field from a file. If you have to execute the customer deletion across multiple Sales Area you need to do the same for the Sales Area fields too
    5)Remove the default value
6)Press Exit and save the test case
7)In the SCAT screen select your test case and in the menu bar Goto -> Variant -> Export Default
8)You would get a text file.
Now you have downloaded a source data file
    Modify the source data file
1)Open the text file in Excel and load the remaining data
2)Remove the fourth line which starts with three asterisks
3)Below the customer number heading (&CUSTNO) load all the customers for which the deletion flag has to be set
4)Save the file as Text Delimiter
Now the data to be uploaded as been prepared.
Upload the data from source file
1)Go to [SCAT], select the test case and press F8
2)Select the processing mode as background
3)Chose variant as external from file
4)Click on choose and select the path of the text file
5)Press F8 for the remaing records to be updated
After execution press Enter to see the log. Any line highlighted in Red is an Error for which you need to do further analysis to find out the error reason.
    Hope this helps.

  • Deletion flags for equipment BOM

    Hi,
In equipment BOM header , there are 2 fields for deletion flag :
-one is set manually (the one on the right)
-the other set by the system (the one on the left).
Can someone explain to me how deletion flag indicator (on the left) work?
    Thanks,
    P.

    Hi,
To explain this i must say first there is a difference in the Deletion Flag (Right in Header) and Deletion Indicator(Left in Header).
In SAP term The deletion Indicator shows the item which has already been Deleted from the System and Deletion flag shows that the record has been flagged for deletion and will hence be Archieve (when, depends on the Archieving strategy followed in the company).
To explain the affect these will have is the Deletion Indicator will not allow you to use the and will show the error as the object has been deleted and is not in the system.
    Deletion flag for BOMs
Indicator: this BOM will be archived during the next archiving run and, if necessary, deleted from the data base.
Where as the Deletion Flag will show that the object is ready to be archieved and is set to be deleted.
    Deletion Indicator
Indicator showing that the BOM header or the BOM item has been deleted with reference to the change number.
Now there is another difference in the way we can amke the objects active from deletion flag anf the deletion indicator.
For Deletion flag you have to go to change mode and just remove or untick the deletion flag.
For Deletion indicator you have to go to Archieve table and pull the object back in to SAP system and it will then show only the deletion flag, which can be removed by the way explained above.
I hope this was helpful, if yes then please award points.
    Regards
    Anoop

  • Removal of deletion indicator in Production order

    Hi,
Can any one explain me how to remove the deletion indicator in production order.
    thanks and regards
    Murugesan

As I know we have delition flag status and delition flag in the control data tab page.
both are related, whenever you set the status as delition flag set, this indicator will come automatically, and visa versa. I am not sill clear which you are refering as delition indicator?
Is it some thing different from what I am talking about?
If so what is the significance of this indicator and why you are using this?
Form dlition  inicator many of he fuctions can be blocked. Is there any function which can be blocked after delition indicator than delition flag indicator what I am refferring?

  • Deletion flag on process orders - HELP!!

In order to speed up the CO Closing (WIP, variances, settlement) we want to activate the deletion flag on all the old process orders with the COAC transaction but it says that the ORRQ status is active.
In order to remove this status we mark in the COR4 the "No process data documentation required"  for every plant and order type.
We run the transaction COPA to archive the corresponding logs for the corresponding orders but when we mark all the orders that we want to archive the system says " Total Process orders archived: 0"
How can we mark the deletion flag on all these orders???
PLease we need to reduce the time of some process urgently.

  • Material Master Record - How to remove or delete storage location

    Dear all,
Is there a way to remove or delete a storage location accidentally extended via MM01 due to extending the general plant view?
    I've tried the following:
    1. I've used MM06 to flag the particular storage lcoation for deletion. However, when go to MM02 and select the plant view, the storage location that already been flag still exist for selection. I only get the warning prompt "The storage location has been flag for deletion".
    2. I tried MMSC attempt to delete and I get either messages with different material master record:
    a) "Material not fully maintained for this transaction/event"
    OR
    b) "Storage location 60BF already exists and cannot be deleted"
P/S: If this question has been asked before by others, please point me to that thread.
I'm grateful for any suggestion. Thanks.
    Steven

    Hi Jurgen,
I've gone through the data archiving project in the past. I was actually hoping I don't have to go through this big exercise for this minor situation.
The storage locations in the SAP system are fine. The problem is that when I came in to this organization, I found out that the procurement users have accidentally extended material master record to those storage location irrelevant to them. Those users don't post any stock to those accidentally extended storage location. They admit that it was a mistake. So, I don't really have to do stock movement or GI out from those affected storage location because there's nothing in them.
Now that I've initially flag for deletion (MM06) of those mistakes done by those procurement users over the few years counting to 2000+ material master records affected. But the standard behavior of the SAP system allows change to proceed in MM02 except for that warning message MM081. So, I was actually asking around to explore if there's actually an option to make it an error prompt instead and stop the whole change process at MM02 transaction level.
If I may re-confirm, what I've done so far via flaging for deletion of material master record at storage location level - is this the only correct solution available?
Hope this clarifies my intention of opening this thread. Sometimes, users are quite tough in accepting the results from standard SAP system behavior.
Thanks for the time in explaining.

  • RPRAPA00 program deletion flag update issue

    Hi,
I am stuck up with a specific company code whose deletion flag is updated for UPDATE variant(05001UDEMPVEN) when I execute PRAA tcode (or program RPRAPA00 ) and program writes to a file with the following contents:
    2BLFB1                         0002422000/  /         / /LISI03VEXT/   / /       / /       / /         /       V00A/   /  XA         A/              //               // /           /              /                             XX/  /         / / / / //  //
Marked in red , XX represents "Posting block for company code" and "Deletion Flag for Master Record (Company Code Level)" respectively.
Please advise from where deletion flag is updated and written to the file.
NOTE : Flag is not coming from LFB1 as I tried to remove the flag from table but still flags are written to the file.
    Thanks,
    Manzoor.

Flags are not coming FROM LFA1/LFB1 but are going INTO LFA1/LFB1 from personal Infotypes : from HR Master Record: Infotype 0000 (Actions) to HR Master Record: Infotype 0009 (Bank Details) and reference vendor master record.
