Remove Sched.for delivery from MMBE

Hi Experts,
We had a delivery document right before PGI but user decided to delete all items. Delivery was saved with no items.
Now, In the stock overview(MMBE) we are seeing a certain quantity of a material under 'scheduled for delivery'.
This quantity is not related to any document sales order or delivery note, i have checked VL06p for that batch number and there are none.
I have checked MD04 but our availability check is 02, so even if i have the quantity as a requirement for this day i have no detail of where it is reserved
i have run SDRQCR21 program but there is no results for any material.
do you have any ideas as to where this issue might be coming from or how to solve it??

Please recheck your delivery whether End user properly deleted it or either just go through VLO3N -Outbound delivery enter the delivery number & hit enter or go through VA03 T-Code enter the Order no - & go to Environment - Display document flow & check here you might get the whether delivery document number is properly deleted or not & also determine were you having excess quantity before deleting delivery documents.

As far as Repleinshment Delivery PGI is concerned, the stock can be seen only under Stock in Transit ( if two step is activated ) or it will be shown in the Receiving plant ( if one step is in use ).

Account Determination Error when doing GI for Delivery from Projects

Hi,
When we try and Goods Issue a delivery from Projects, we get the following error:
Account determination for entry 0 GBB 0001 ___ 7900 not possible
We are not sure why the Account grouping code comes through with no value. Please could someone assist with this issue.

Check in T code OBYC,whether the account determination is maintained against the valuation class for BPX.

REMOVE REASON FOR REJECTION FROM THE SALES ORDER

Hi,
When i am trying to change status of items 130+140 from net cancellation to "open" (remove reason for rejection), saving is not possible because of this error message!
Item 000130 :Target qty of reference: 1 PC (total referenced: 2 PC).
Also an information message: Subsequent documents already exist for item 000140.

I also realized that I forgot to add the SO Item # into the T_ORDER_ITEM_INX-ITM_NUMBER fields.

Remove Zero Vendor Consignment from MMBE

Hi,
We have history of a material procured through Consignment.
Now we have zero consignment stock and want to remove Vendor Consignment from MMBE (Stock Overview).
I have deleted Consignment Info Record, Source List, Contract, and checked that thereu2019s no open PR, PO, Reservation and Invoice.
But I still couldnu2019t remove the Vendor Consignment from transaction MMBE (Stock Overview).
Please advise if It's an SAP standard functionality or if it's possible to remove from MMBE.

As a default, SAP does not display any lines with a stock of Zero in the stock list.
However, you can control the display of such lines with selection parameter 'No zero stock lines'.
In the standard the selection parameter is supposed to be always set, so that the system does not display the zero stock lines.

Workflow for Delivery from Sales Order Creation

Hi All,
I am new to SAP workflow. There is a requirement to create a delivery through VL04 (in background) based on the Shipping Point of the approved Sales Order. How can this be done? I am assuming that I should be using BUS2032 for the Sales Order and BUS2015 for the Delivery.
The first step should be to send an email that gives the user two options (Approve and Reject) once a Sales Order is saved. However, I am unsure of how to pass parameters to VL04 and submit the program.
For example, if the order is approved the Shipping Point will be passed to VL04 and run in background to create the delivery. How can you determine the Shipping Point from BUS2032? I did not see any attribute for this within the BOR. Also, how do you create the step to submit that Shipping Point to transaction VL04 in background?
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,
You could try using a BDC with VL04 but first preference would be to see if there are any BAPI functions (search for BAPI) that can do this.
If BUS2032 doesn't have an attribute that you want (eg shipping point) then sub-delegate to ZBUS2032 and add the attribute, it's straightforward. You just have to know how to determine the value programmatically.

Removing Mail For Exchange from Nokia 5800

Hi. My Nokia 5800 is running the firmware version v.30.0.011 (latest available).
I installed MfE via the App. Update.
However, now, I don't need it anymore and have removed it using the application manager.
The problem now is that whenever I go to file manager and try to send any file, it shows the option "Via Mail for Exchange" despite it being non-functional.
Is it possible to remove that entry from my "Send" list?

Only E-Series can handle security policies. It might happen that a N-Series or other S60 devices supports one or more policies but all are only supported by E-Series.
Device lock might work on 5800 buit if there is a policy that is not supported by the device access is denied. MfE supports all 2003SP and 2007 security policies and a subset of 2007SP1.
Please check the TSG on www.businesssoftware.nokia.com.
There are several other things the admin needs to check. Please try it with a E-Series device.

Shipment for delivery from project

Hi experts,
With CNS0 I can create deliveries from projects. Everything goes fine, I can create the outbound delivery, pick and pack and do the post goods issue. But when I want to create a shipment for this outbound delivery I do get the following message: "number of deliveries found: 0". All seems like ok, I created lots of deliveries and shipments and I did exactly the same for the deliveries from project but somehow SAP cannot find any deliveries, what am I doing wrong?

Check when adding deliveries to Shipment Change the default status of goods movement from 'A' to 'C' I am sure this may be the mistake .

the BAPI returns success messages saying the item was processed successfully but the reason code is still there.
However, if i pass in any other reason code like 02 or 06, it works!.

Control for delivery from projects

Hi
Is there any way we can control the delivery of components from projects CNS0 using User statuses.
The components in project stock should not be delivered until the User status permits it.
Kindly advise.

Please create a user status with business transaction "Goods Issue Delivery" as forbidden , and assign the status to the WBS element.
It should work. I have not tried it out though.

Schd. for delivery quantity in MMBE - Vl09

Dear
We had one sales order which was having 375 quantity to be delivered. Also the same stock was available in the plant, storage location and batch. So we created delivery order through vl01n. Then for some reason we need reversed that delivery order, so reverse that through Vl09.
And then we changed the quantity to 1 from 375, so we can use it somewhere else.
But now I am creating new sales order with 375 quantity it is not picking in schedule lines. When I check the stock in MMBE it is showing as Unrestricted stock as 375 and schd, for delivery is 375.
In MB5B it is showing that document is revered through vl09 and balance stock is 375, I have also check that there is no open order for that material.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

MMBE is not a good t.code check the details. Check using t.code MD04/CO06 to see the stocks/allocation to sales orders/deliveries. Also check by removing the storage location at the sales order line item. If all looks OK, and still the system does not confirm the quantities, then run program SDRQCR21 in SA38 and check again.

Block picking from unrestricted use stock when it is in schd. for delivery

Dear Experts,
I have 50 units in unrestricted use stock of particular material for a storage location in the plant. I have made two outbound deliveries for this material. When I pick 50 units of this material, these 50 units i can see in schd. for delivery and in unrestricted use stock also I can see 50 units in MMBE. Now, 50 units are in unrestricted use stock, once again i will be able to do picking of another 50 units of this material from the same storage location. (there is physical variation in stock.) Now, when i will do pgi for one outbound delivery, the stock from unrestricted use will be debited and system not allow to do pgi for another outbound delivery. (we don't want to allong negative stock). Is there any way to block picking of the stock which are in schd. for delivery. Thanks in advance.

Maybe you should set proper availability check for your deliveries / materials.
SPRO > SD > Basic Functions > Availability Check and Transfer of Requirements > Availability Check > Availability Check with ATP Logic or Against Planning
Here you can carry out of your setings.
E.g.
.. > Carry Out Control For Availability Check (transaction OVZ9)
Here you should set for proper checking group / checking rule combination > "Include deliveries" (V_441V-VBBLP) field should be set.

Although I changed printers I never removed the software from my old one. Now this was never a problem until today. When I choose a printer I still had option to use the old one but always chose my new HP Envy 5530 and Adobe never had a problem printing from that new printer. However today I decided to remove my old printer from my computer and now my Adobe cannot find my new printer. How can I make it find the HP printer?
