Remove suspension on my account.

Question

I am unable to purchase skype credit, I cannot use live chat because I am no eligible for premium services because I cannot purchase skype credit.. The account recovery page is a joke, there's no way I remember most of that information I've been a member here longer than I can remember. I've tried to fill it out in the past and I'm unable to provide enough information to validate my account. How can I get the suspension removed from my account?

@Nickjallday:  As far as any of us in the same situation can determine, you can't.  Whatever credit you have in your account is gone.  If you try to contact customer services you will find yourself in an infinite loop - since you can't remember the exact month & year when you created your skype account, or recite the exact credit card number used at the time, you cannot "prove" to their customer service team (or bot?) that you are in fact you.   (In my case, all I know is that I started using skype when they were still a little Finnish company, before eBay bought them....)
So you will keep getting emails in response to your attempts directing you back to the same form and asking you to fill it out yet again.  I quit after 3 tries.  Others have hung in for a few more rounds.  If you look through this forum you'll find a bunch of other threads detailing people's attempts.
I did report this to the FTC - but given that I personally am only out a bit over $5 I doubt if they'll do anything.  If a whole bunch of us reported this though, maybe they might take notice.
