Remove the ORACLE Logo in my MDI form

Dear Friends,
In my MDI form eventhough I give null for my menu Form module property, I'm getting menu with Window displayed and also the ORACLE Logo as below. I don't want this to appear. What I should do to make it disappear? I'm using Forms 10g Application server to run my forms.

Dear Friends,
I finally got it corrected without setting useSDI = yes property. Actually what I did was - just created a dummy menu with only one menu item in it and with the following menu item properties set to that menu item and attached with the login screen.
Menu item type = Magic
Magic Item = Window
Command Type = Null
Visible in Menu = No

I need to change the location of the Oracle logo in home page from left to right side. We tried to edit in common .css and failed. Please help.

The logo is in it's own table cell - so css will not work (can't change the order of table columns using css). You could possibly replace the logo image on the server with a single white pixel (create a custom skin if you want), then add a new background image to the table (class is HeaderTopBar) aligned right and no repeat using CSS. You would need to pad out that right side somehow to make it align (the last cell has class HeaderPageStatus and contains the status image).

In the All Pages window of the book click on the Options button at the bottom. In the drawer that appears click on the Settings button.
Then in the window that comes up uncheck the checkbox that says Include Apple Logo at end of book.

Does toothpaste remove the apple logo on an iPhone?

I have small scratches on the back of my iPhone 4s and one on the apple logo. I read that toothpase does remove scratches, which I'm happy about, but I've seen some before-after pictures and the logo and the text are gone! If I do apply toothpase to the back of my iPhone, will the toothpase remove the apple logo and the text at the bottom?

First let me say I don't agree with "Lordmeats" claims and opinions.
That out of the way - be very sure you want to try polishing the scratches out. The reason I am posting this "caveat" is to remind you that the glass is much like a coated optical lens in that it has an "Oleophobic" coating.
If you try to buff out the scratches you will damage the oleophobic coating and probably end up with something that looks much, much worse than a few mild scratches. !!!
Think of the oleophobic coating as something akin to the "Clear Coat" on your car's paint job.

Why has the ability to remove the Apple logo watermark from iDVD 7, been disabled from the preferences menu?

Not only did I have to buy iLife '11 just to get a copy of iDVD, I then find I am unable to remove the Apple logo watermark using the preferences menu. Why are Apple being so petty? This sort of controlling behaviour will only alienate loyal Apple custermers. Apple's still flavour of the month at the moment but...

Don't be so quick to blame Apple. The logo can still be removed. I'm still able to remove it in the iDVD/General preference pane. Try this basic troubleshooting fix :
1 - delete the IDVD preference file, com.apple.iDVD.plist, that resides in your
User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete IDVD'S cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.iDVD folder.
3 - launch IDVD and try again.

If by "iTunes logo" you mean the image below, you need to connect your phone to iTunes and follow that directions that appear (which will probably tell you that you need to restore your phone).

You can remove the logo and add your logo by doing the following
1. Create a new file named logo.swf of dimension 47 x 27 pixels that contains your branding.
2. Go to the templates folder under the Presenter 8 installation folder
3. Add your custom logo.swf file to the Templates folder.
4. In PowerPoint, publish the presentation to your computer.
5. View the output to see the new logo.
6. this logo will appear every time you publish any presentation
If you want to replace the logo in already published presentation
1. Create a new file named logo.swf of dimension 47 x 27 pixels that contains your branding.
2. Go to the publiahed folder >> data >> resources and paste the logo here
3. Go to the data folder and open vconfig.xml
4. Search for <uireplace name="logo" value=""/>
5. make value equal to "resources/logo.swf" and save vconfig.xml
6. Launch viewer.swf
There is no way to remove the logos completely. A workaround is to add an empty swf of dimension 47 x 27 pixels.

Firefox 4 places logo's before the titles in my bookmarks toolbar. I filled the toolbar with very small, abbreviated titles like grewhe, bank, bbclive, ns, hh, hhraw etc.
Have no need for logo's, on the contrary, they cause trouble because they use space.

Removing the Apple Logo from iMovie

Hello everyone, I have made some movies and use iDVD to make the final project. But in the DVD menu it has the Apple logo on the bottom right hand on the DVD menu when i use a template. Can i remove this somehow? Please advise....

How to remove the Orange logo on my 6230

My son has given me his old mobile which is a Nokia 6230 which was originally on his Orange network. It has been unlocked and I have my Tesco sim card in it which uses the O2 network.
The phone works fine except for a problem with Bluetooth which I will come back to later on after I get this matter out of the way which is when switching the phone off the Orange screen with their logo still appears and I would like to be able to remove this if it is at all possible.

I know exactly what you mean regarding Orange, ever since they were taken over by France Telecom they have been going downhill.
I ported away all of my Orange contract and PAYG numbers a few months back to o2 and Tesco myself.
I find the Orange branding on my old unlocked 6230 that I gave my mother serves as a reminder that they will never get a penny from me again. The branding does not affect any functionality as far as I can tell on Tesco.
I did have bluetooth issues with mine, so I had it updated at a Nokia service centre to 5.50 which cured most of the problems. If your handset is out of warranty they can charge anything up to around £20 for the firmware to be updated and depending on how you had it unlocked it could come back relocked to Orange, you could also have a word to see if anything can be done about the Orange branding if it still irritates you while you are there.

I created a video in iMovie, now I want to burn a DVD usin iDVD. I've done it before, but can't seem to find the button that lets you turn off the iMove in the motion and the apple on the main screen. Can you help me out?

If you select the button for your Chapter (movie) in you motion menu and then choose View>Inspector, check the "Still" box and the button will show a still rather than loop your movie.
The Apple watermark can be turned off in iDVD>Preferences>General.
