Remove unwanted data

I would like to remove all in needed data, cookies, messages,error readings to free up more space and hopefully increase operating speed.

Go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage. You can delete apps in there if that is what you really want to do. When you delete an app, you also delete the app data. If you choose to do this, backup the iPad either with iCloud or iTunes so that you can retrieve the data if you decide to download the apps again.
You can also transfer purchases into iTunes, backup and sync the iPad, move any files from apps that use file sharing into iTunes, copy the files to your computer's hard drive - then delete the apps and their data from the device and you can sync the apps back later - and have all of the files for transfer back to the iPad as well.

brarchive takes a backup of all offline redologs, then deleted them. this is done at OS level.
if you do not need them and you do not need archiving, a permanent solution is to disable archiving:
stop SAP first, then:
sqlplus / as sysdba
shutdown immediate;
startup mount
alter database noarchivelog;
alter database open;
exit
after this, you will never be able to do a recovery point-in-time, and won't be able to start online backups.

I have somehow got green underline in text ads, pop up ads that come in from the sides of the screen and ads that pop up selling similar products all over the page wherever I go. Its getting worse and I have researched and researched to no avail. I am really hestitant to download any software to remove whatever it is that is causing this problem. I have removed and reinstalled chrome. I have cleared Chrome and Safari cookies. Checked extensions, there are none to remove. I need to find an answer on how to get rid of these ads. Help please!

You installed the "DownLite" trojan, perhaps under a different name. Remove it as follows.
Back up all data.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

It's much easier to add the date/time stamp to a shot for printing then it is to remove it. You will need some editing software such as Photoshop Elements, or Gimp (free), to remove the date/stamp. These software's can do a pretty reasonable job to remove any unwanted elements from the photo. Canon also has their Digital Photo Professional software that comes free with the camera, but it's not as easy to get the nice results of the Photoshop Elements. The change you make with these software's will remove the date/time stamp unless you only mask (layer) it. Steve M.

Sm36 job with unwanted data

hi experts,
i am using the following functions in my ALV.
1.REUSE_ALV_FIELDCATALOG_MERGE
2.REUSE_ALV_BLOCK_LIST_INIT
3.REUSE_ALV_BLOCK_LIST_APPEND
4.REUSE_ALV_BLOCK_LIST_APPEND
while running alv thru se38 there is no unwanted data. while running the same prg thru sm36 and seeing in a mail (HTML Format) i am getting the following message.

I think u r using the FM REUSE_ALV_BLOCK_LIST_DISPLAY to display the report. In this Fm we have one parameter called
IS_PRINT. Check these fields : PRNT_INFO,no_print_selinfos,no_coverpage,no_print_listinfos for this parameter. Any one of the field is responsible for displaying this unwanted data.

Best way to remove old data from db?

I am looking some ways to keep my database small and remove old data from database and archive it somewhere else. the data may need to be put back to the database in the future. One of the things I am conserned is how to enforce constraints? In other words, when I remove data, all the related pk/fk data should be removed together. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Remove the data which is recently loaded, but not disturbing the original

Hello Experts!!
I have few tables in Oracle 9i/10g , and they already have data in them. I am trying to migrate the data coming from variuos source systems into these Oracle tables. There is a chance that after loading I might get some unwanted data into these tables.
How do I remove just that data which I have loaded recently, and do not distrub the original data it already has.
Lot of people have adviced me to backup those tables and reload the data back if there is any problem, but I am looking at a different approach. I just dont want to change the existing system, as lot of users use the system.
Could anyone help me solving this issue.

I had over 2gb of empty spac eon my phone to rent the movie. the movie started to download fine and I left it to download. Itunes continually wants me to download this rental but I can't with 190mb. I'm guessing the movie already downloaded and something went wrong and it wants me to download it again. I tried restoring a backup and emailing customer support and nothing has changed.

I have the App Store icon in the Dock. When there's an update a red number appears on said icon. Well, I went to check on the updates and it's for 4 different applications I either no longer have or use. One of them is an update for Lion OS users. I'm still on Snow Leopard, so it doesn't even apply to me.
So there they sit... I'm not going to download the updates... so how do I get rid of them?

If there are updates available for apps you have deleted, try this.
Go to ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore
Move the Cache.db and Updates files from the com.apple.appstore folder to the Trash.
Empty the Trash, restart your Mac.
For any apps you still have installed but do not use, the updates will still be available from the Updates top of the App Store window and show on the red badge on the App Store icon in the Dock.

Want to remove Technical data Tab from Work Center

Hi All,
I want to remove Technical data Tab from Work Center. I have Removed ''Technical data'' Tab from Plant Maintenance and Customer Service-->Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -->Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Task Lists and PRTs >Work Centers>Configure Screen Sequence for Work Center.
Still I am able to see Technical Data Tab in IR01, Work center.
Is there any other config to remove the same?

I have changed the config in following node as 0005 for PM
SPRO / IMG -> Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Master Data in Plant Maintenance and Customer Service -> Maintenance Plans, Work Centers, Task Lists and PRTs -> Work Centers->General Data->Define Work Center Types and Link to Task List Application
