Remove white line in IWDGroup

Hello everybody,
how can I switch off the white horizontal line which appears in every design of an IWDGroup element below the header?
Is there a possibility?
Best regards,
Christian

I don't think it is possible !!
Yes, You can make visibility to none as Bharat said

can i remove white line that appears in between 2 videos when i am using video next to video

The easiest answer would be to just get a Friskars cutter or something similar. I have one like this that I use to cut my photos apart. I found mine at a Walmart in either the scrapbook aisle or the hobby aisle.
However, if you are determined to make a custom picture package you can try making a custom layout with a text editor. I know you can control the white space amount but not sure if you can totally eliminate it.
A simple text editor will work...notepad works for this on Windows...not sure what is comparable on the mac.
In PSE3, the layouts are found following this path Adobe<Photoshop Elements 3.0<Shared Assets<Layouts...note there is also a folder titled Layouts readmes which shows the formula to edit the layouts.
Here is a link that details how to create a picture package layout using a text editor:

Caution: Make sure you save your custom layout with a new name so you don't overwrite the ones that ship with elements.

  • How to remove white line that appears on background of flash file when viewing in powerpoint?

When importing a swf file into powerpoint with a background colour a thin white line appears on the top of the flash movie when played in powerpoint. The white line disappears when you click onto another slide and back again, but always appears when initially playing the slide. Anyone have any ideas why this is and how to remove it?

  • Removing white line in CSS layout

    Hello everyone,
I'm hoping that one of you experienced lot can help out a newbie (again!)
I've been getting to grips with CSS and building my layout with it instead of with tables, following the advice of some of you guys on here. It's going great so far, and I can see why you recommended it, but I've hit a roadblock.
At the very top of my page, in a div tag, I have my header image. Just below that, in a new div tag, I have an undefined list of words which I have arranged in a single row. Below that again, I have another image.
What I want is for each of those layers to flow from one to the other, without any white gap in the middle (my page background is white). There is no white gap between my list of words, which are on a green background, and the image below, but between the top image and the block of green background which my row of words is on, there is a white line.
I have tried everything in my limited arsenal of 'expertise', which amounts to trying margin=0 tags on the top image, and on the row of words, but no matter what I try, the white line won't go away. I've double checked to be sure and it isn't part of the image either. When you insert an image in html using src, does DW automatically add a white line underneath that you can't remove in CSS?
I can put up a screenshot if that helps?
Huge thanks in advance for anyone who can help me. This is driving my n00b mind nuts!
    Best wishes all,
    Jack.

For best answers here, please upload your test page & dependant files to your remote server and post a link so we can see it in our browsers.  Also, please tell us which browsers you're seeing this in.
My best guess without benefit of seeing your page is that you may have some default browser margins & padding appearing around one or both images.
In code view,  add an inline CSS style to your images like so:
    <img style="display:block" src="image1.jpg">
    <img style="display:block" src="image2.jpg">

  • Remove white lines in contact sheet ?

    Hi,
I made a contact sheet with 20 b+w  images but there are really annoying white lines in a grid between the pics.  I cannot find a way to remove them - short of drawing black lines over each of them.  I set the spacing to 0.0 cm  .  My sheet is 80cm square with 20 perfect size jpgs of 20 * 16 cm each.
I am stuck .  Even making a black canvas makes no difference.

What software did you use to make the contact sheet?
I assume the white lines are the image borders.

  • Can't remove white border/line on left & top of Swiftweasel [Solved]

As the title states; I cannot remove this persistent white line/border thing at the top and left side of my Swiftweasel (Firefox) web browser. I know there must've been a post about this before but with such familiar/vague keyword combinations such as "white line border swiftweasel / firefox", etc, I couldn't find anything in the Forum or on Google except something to do with certain webpages (which in my case is on ALL pages). Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about:
(Swiftweasel is at the top of the screen, in case you couldn't tell. See the white line/border at top/left?)
I disabled all my extensions and Stylish styles and the white line/border on top & left side are still there. This was an issue on my previous Arch installation as well (not that it has anything to do with Arch itself) but I'm just saying that it's been an issue before for me. Any ideas?   It's just very annoying.
EDIT:  Solved: read my last post.

Thanks for the response. As far as renaming ~/.mozilla, it kept regenerating itself each time I opened Swiftweasel, so I moved ~/.sw35 to ~/.sw000 and then opened it and there was no white line. So I went through one by one installing my add-ons again and, even though I had disabled it and restarted earlier, it turns out that if I don't install "NumExt" it wont have the white line. That's so weird that it didn't do it earlier when I disabled it. Sad, though, since I really liked that extensions. Maybe I'll see if I can edit the file somehow.

  • How do I remove a white line between cells?

I have navigation buttons setting on top of a header image. The nav buttons are in one row and the header image is in the row below it. I have all cell padding and margins set to 0 in CSS, however, I still get the thin white line between the nav buttons and the image. Is this an IE problem? Additionally, I have removed all extra spacing within the pages HTML but still to no avail. Does anyone have any expert advice on how to get rid of this thin white strip so the images will butt up together?

  • Remove path white lines after Live Trace

    Hello,
    Very new to Adobe products(CS5).....
I have created a glass orb image (no mean feat for me!!) in PS from which I would like to make a .swf file from. The plan is to convert it to an ai in Illustrator and then export to .swf.
I have opened the .psd file in illustrator and used live trace to convert to a vector. However, when I expand the resultant image is left with numerous white pathway lines that I suppose were generated by the trace. How can I remove these lines?
Any help greatly received, remembering that I am a real novice to this.
    Regards,
                 Iain....

    Thanks Scott,
I have the "Ignore White" option ticked.
I've actually found the solution. When exporting to .swf I selected "AI layers to SWF Symbols" instead of "AI file to SWF symbols". I have no idea why this sorts it though??
    Thanks again for your reply.

  • What is this white line under my preview window?

I accidentally hit T while editing and suddenly there were 2 preview windows in my preview window. I hit T again and it went back to 1 but now there's a white line under my preview screen. What is it? And did it do something to my image? How do I remove it? And what does T do in adobe premiere? And what were those 2 preview images in my preview window?

Dont think you have to worry about the white line. I think the program monitor is not updating correctly. Resizing the window should fix that.

  • Cursor arrow gone from solid black to having white lines go through it and trackpad is not working properly in mail and adobe acrobat - anyone know how this could have happened and how to solve it?

Can anyone help me?  Concerned that I may have some kind of malware.  My cursor arrow and trackpad are behaving strangely,  The cursor used to be a solid black arrow but now seems to have horizontal white lines running through it.  The trackpad does not function normally either.  For example, when I use my trackpad to scroll up and down in mail  it sometimes works and sometimes does not.  In adobe acrobat it sometimes does not work.  In facebook, the cursor does not line up behind the menu keys as it should.
Any one know how this might have happened and how I can stop it?

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you boot, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a Fusion Drive or a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

  • Scrolling with mouse on pages create black and white lines,

When scrolling with mouse, periodically the whole screen turns into black and white lines. Sometimes whole page, sometimes just pictures/side ads. If you continue to scroll it does go away but then you need to scroll back to where the lines started, its hard to explain, i have taken 1 photo of the problem but will take more photos as i can, i really enjoy how Firefox runs on my computer, it has always been the best browser for my needs. I did recently buy a new desktop, but it did it then also, so i removed it and tried running explorer and Google and i just don't like them, so i am hoping we can get this fixed.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • White lines fixed with art optimization - Is it possible to copy with that setting?

I've seen threads about the white lines you get on the edges of objects due to the anti-aliasing in Illustrator, and I found that when exporting, you can remove them by setting 'art optimized' in one of the options there.
For those who don't know the white line issue:
Sometimes, when Illustrator blends the pixels around an object, it puts a thin white line around it that always appears 1 px thick at any zoom level.
It's not really there, and when printed it vanishes. Trouble is, even when exporting the document, or copying objects into other software for screen use, it's still there.
A lot of people think the white line is a tiny gap, but it's not.
People also tend to tell you it's because you have two objects butted up against one another. This is also not true. The white line still occurs even on overlapping shapes.
People will also say it's when two shapes on top of each other follow the same path. Again, not true. The white lines still show up even when you only have 1 object following a particular path.
My issue is that I rarely export an entire document at once, but tend to copy elements of it into Photoshop. When I do so, the white lines travel with it, and become permanent. Even on a .jpg, .png, or .gif image file, the lines are still visible.
What I want to know is, can I copy objects from Illustrator using art optimization?
Or is there any other way to copy them without taking those white lines with me?
I know I can get rid of them by turning anti-aliasing off, but then everything looks really pixellated, so it's not much better.
Plus, anti-aliasing doesn't actually fix the problem, it just hides it. Even with the setting off, when I copy affected objects to Photoshop, the white lines reappear in Photoshop.
And please don't bother to reply explaining to me what the white lines are, or how to get rid of them, or how to lose them in exporting. I already know all that.
    Notes:
    I'm running Illustrator CS6
    And Photoshop CS6

    Weirdly, yes. That does work.
The only problem is that I can't then resize it in Photoshop in the same way as a smart object. I'll just have to know what size it needs to be before I rasterize it.
But for now, it's a solution that's workable. Thanks! ^.^

  • Problem with Thin White Line in PDF

I am encountering an appearance issue in a pdf created from a FrameMaker 11 file, using Adobe Acrobat X Pro and Adobe Acrobat Distiller X. The pdf displays a table that has black lines running vertically between every other column. In the column in between these lines, there appears to be a thin white line displaying. If I enlarge the pdf to 200%, the white line disappers. I right-clicked on the pdf and in the menu under "Page Display Preferences ...", I chose "Page Display" under the "Categories" column and then "Rendering". I then iuncheck the "Enhance thin lines" feature and this removes the thin line from the pdf. However, if I process another pdf for a different FrameMaker 11 file, the "Enhance thin lines" feature is unchecked and this affects the appearance of these other pdfs. Consequently, I need to reselect the "Enhance thin lines" feature in order to process these pdfs. However, if I reselect this, I'm noticing that when I open the pdf that has the thin line issue, the thin line is visible and the "Enhance thin lines" feature is selected. Is there a way to adjust this, so that the "Enhance thin lines" feature is removed for only this one pdf, but is selected for the other pdfs?

I think you are seeing Stitching Lines. If you can zoom in and the width does not change, they likely stitching lines. (Any actual content should scale proportionate)
Do a search for the term .
Stitching Lines are an on screen artifact which do not print (on high resolution ouput) caused by transparency flattening. You use of Distiller joboption probably invokes flattening.
Enhance Thin Lines is a local preference of Acrobat. I doubt it could be retained in a file.

  • I am using Illustrator CS5, how do I remove white outline after live trace?

I am working on a image that will be used as a sticker. I did all the painting in Photshop CS5. Now I want to create a cleaner image by making it a vector. My problem is when using Live Trace it comes out amazing. But this is in Illustrator. When i go and save it as a PDF or TIFF. It has a white line surrounding all the individual vectors.
    how do i remove these?
I already did the Ignore White. I did not use the expand button, which is what the saved image looks like when i do press expand. Thats a No NO!
All my settings are at 300 res. I also rasterized the image too. it still came out the same way.
The image on the left i how it looks in illustrator. The left image is how it looks when it is opened as a jpeg or saved as a adobe PDF or Tiff.
    Thank you,
    Trojan

    These could be
gaps due to differences in adjacent fill areas
    antialaising issues across adjacent items
    general trapping issues
I'm afraid you'll have to do some reading up on all of that and invest some time in manuall cleaning up your documents to fix these problems. Though I honestly don't see the relevance. Your image being quite detailed eitehr way it would be printed using inkjet or classical CMYK processes and beyond the die line for the cutout there would be no need to use any vector data.
