If you mean that you redeemed your gift card to the wrong iTunes Store account, then there's nothing you can do. There is no way to transfer a credit balance from one iTunes Store account to another.
If that's not what you meant, please post back and explain further.

Bonjour chat coming from wrong name but right person

I have multiple users in an organization that use Bonjour to chat with each other. Ever since the update to Yosemite we've been noticing that they aren't able to chat each other directly but in the reverse it works but from the wrong name.
Example:
Mike cannot chat James
Matthew cannot chat Mike
When James chats Mike it comes through as Matthew
This only happens for select users and seems to have no pattern to it. It has even happened mid-chat where the recipient was showing one person then several chat messages later they started coming from someone completely different. We've verified the names are correct in the Contacts app under the "My Card", the computer names are all different, and all are using a verified time server (otherwise multiple other applications would not be working).
I've tried removing ~/Library/Preferences/By Host as well as ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.ichat* and com.apple.im* and com.apple.messages*

There are two possible causes, one of which you mention about the My Card details.
The other is the Computer name in System Preferences > Sharing.
Bonjour Computers automatically show in Shares in the Finder's Side Bar (If you have that preferences set).
They show as the name from the Sharing Pane.
Workplace and campus type settings that update via a central DiskImage can have issues if the computer's names all become the same.
You don't need to remove all those .plists
Concentrate on the com.apple.iChat.Subnet.plist as this keeps the Bonjour info.
Possibly com.apple.imagent.plist as this does the "listening" for incoming invites for all account in Messages and FaceTime.
I would also look at the Contacts App's Preferences and check how many Accounts are active.
I have had issue where iCloud and Yahoo have both been active. Once I had an issue with On My Mac being active at the same time as iCloud which I have not be able to replicate since I sorted it.
I was Screen Sharing in Messages to Snow Leopard (iChat 5) yesterday concerning another issue about naming.
I used an AIM account not linked to an Address Card on the iMac (Yosemite) to a account on the MacBook Pro/Snow Leopard that is not known to the iMac (it does not appear on any Address Card relating to the MacBook Pro or other contact)
The MacBook Pro/ iChat 5 showed the Buddy as my full name despite it not appearing in any Address card on that computer. (my Names does but not the Apple ID as Valid AIM Screen Name I was using)
Strangely I was using my Main AIM name at one point on the MacBook Pro but the iMac knows that as it is in the Address Card and said I was screen Sharing with the iMac.
Whilst not Bonjour it does show that something has changed about the way Messages in Yosemite looks at the info about who is calling or in some form of connection with you.
At the same time I did notice the Bonjour Buddy Lists displayed the correct info for the "Buddy' on the other computer (Address Book/Contacts app My Card info).
I would check the general Bonjour Sharing first.

I think this "add-on" was attached to the latest JAVA update. I cannot find it in "search" but it is there on the toolbar line on the far right next to the "Toolbar Settings icon. I can do a systems restore and probably get rid of it but that would remove the latest version of JAVA and a few other things I've added since the update yesterday. any suggestions?

VFDs come in two tastes, some with some without output filter.... Have you tried another one, maybe the filter doesn't work ?
My guess about the grounding cable was just because people are laisy. If you put in and out the VFD, why not only change the cabling for the three phases and keep the ground where it was ?!.. I'm pretty shure that there is a big nice grounding screw right beside the VFD output, and it makes sense to use it
How is the reading if you (can) place (hold) the sensor near the VFD driven motor without contact to the rigg?
According the sensor: 90-95% grounding problems ... BUT just an idea: If the sensor acts with metal objects, then by a change in the electric or magnetic field (field weakening by eddy currents...) the sensor produce. What if the one of the switching frequences of this VFD correlates with the frequence of the sensor? Just like some TVs goes mad if your new poversaving electronic lamp hits the IR main frequence

I can't remove Yandex Elements from the Open menu list with right mouse button and Tools menu although I removed Yandex. I think it slows down Firefox.

How do I remove an item from a right-click menu? An application I installed but later removed placed an item on my right-click menu. I want to remove the right-click item it placed there. I've looked in .../user/library/contextual menu and /library/contextual menu but don't see anything there that suggests it might be related.

I suddenly realized this was a FireFox Add-on. Once I realized that it was easy to go to Add-on menu in Firefox and remove it.
Problem solved.

What Airplane Mode program? To stop a running program launch Activity Monitor (in utilities folder) and quit the program from there. To remove the program drag it to the trash or better use the uninstaller that should have come with it.

Drag up towards the centre of the screen & hold for a second or so. The icon will have the 'smoke cloud' appear, let go & it will be removed.
There should also be a 'Remove from Dock' option in the popup menu. It is in the 'Options' section . ctrl+click will 'right click' if right clicking is disabled.
If this is not possible the Dock is locked (this may happen on a 'Managed Mac' normally setup by a company or school etc). See your tech support in this case.

If by "contextual menu" you mean Right Clicking, then Yes, I now can highlight text (say a name in Address Book), right click it, and Spotlight searches for it.
There is a little triangle next to the word Searching in Sys Pref; make sure it's pointing down and opens the sub-choices below it, i.e. Look up in Dictionary, Search with Google, and Spotlight.

you have incompatible software: start in SafeMode, read Woodmeister and see if it is free of issues.
Akamai is crap software needed or not, Huawei the same.
It is very possible that the keygenerator you used for generating a key for some softwares has infected your mac.
The non-regular software with the false key(s) are not compatible probably or generate malware. Luckily you can not update them automatically because the keygenerator blocked the software for contacting the developer... I propose to consider getting rid of those softwares by really good uninstalling.
You have a beautiful mac, don't degenerate it with crapped software. There are alternatives for expensive software, for example Adobe Photoshop has a free alternative (with a less beautiful interface) in GIMP. And so on.

I have the same problem. I updated my mac to 10.5, which then had me update apps like itunes, etc. then it wanted me to sync my purchased music to my ipad before i updated the ipad...which worked ok. then when i was syncing the photos i got the same message when i hit "apply" asking are you sure you want to delete the 12 apps from the ipad - clicked "no" and brought me back to the original screen. Got the same message when trying to move them from the hard drive to the ipad. WHat is going on and how do I correct this? Thanks
