Removing an unused modem from my account - how can I do this???

I can't use the chat function and I can't find anywhere on the website what steps I need to take to remove a modem device from my bill - it hasn't been used in months and I no longer have need of it and it's no longer under any contract. I don't need to suspend it or upgrade it, I just need to remove it - how can I do this and why is it so hard to get instructions on this?

This is in response to the message reply to my request for assistance removing
an unused modem from my account. The question was asked as to why I was removing
the modem. The reason for the cancellation, as stated, is that I no longer have
need of the modem. It is not because I have an alternate internet solution, it
is because I no longer need the solution that the modem was providing. There is
no benefit for me keeping the modem and I wish to cancel.

    You should be able to open both accounts.
    I believe Hotmail T&C may expect you to have only one account, but possibly multiple alliases.
    You may have problems opening two separate hotmail accounts at once in Firefox. Try using a new private browsing window for the second one. With any look that will separate them enough for you to use both at once.
    (With other account holders permission.) I sometimes open my own and another persons hotmail account by that method.

    I have tried 'Open with' and the version of the program now installed on my computer isn't even suggested as an option and when I browse for it, the file wont open with it anyway

    On Windows (don't know about Mac), the latest version will always take over the file association, and become the default for indd files. It's impossible to change it.
    But there is a plugin for ID that makes this possible. Never tried it myself.

    Go into Settings App and turn OFF Find My iPhone. It will ask for your old password, but in the future you can use your new Apple ID account.     The first thing I did was UPDATE. I have all the latest updates available (according to the updater). The Camera Raw Plug-in says it is version 8.0.
    The RAW files are from a Canon T3i. It's a very common camera, I can't believe it wouldn't be supported.

    You can't teminate an iCloud account; just stop using it and ignore it - it's not costing you anything.

    How are you trying to transfer it and what are your setting on iTunes.  I'm not on a computer that has iTunes at the moment so I'm going from memory and similar issue.  If iTunes is set to sync music then I don't think you can select and drag, if set to manual manage music then you can.  Also make sure you are dragging to music on the iPhone.

    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
    After the device has turned off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

    On your iPad and iPhone tap Settigs > iCloud
    Switch Documents & Data off then back on. Do the same for Contacts.
    On your Mac open System Preferences > iCloud
    Deselect the box next to Documents & Data, same for Contacts then reselect both boxes then restart your Mac.

    her iPhone is probably also signed in with your Apple ID (iTunes account) for iMessage. Have her check Settings>Messages>Send &amp; Receive on her iPhone. I'd also have her check Settings>FaceTime. If your ID is there have her sign out.

    If you did not create this swf yourself then you won't be able to do what I am suggesting.  If you did, then open the fla in Flash and go into the Publish Settings and select the option to publish an html file as an output.  That will create an html page that embeds the Flash file.  Test that file in your browser and see if it plays properly.  IF so, then copy that code in place of whatever Dreamweaver did to embed the Flash.
    Dreamweaver is not a reliable tool for embedding Flash content... why it does not do it the same way Flash does it is anyone's guess.

    The Credit card on my account is no longer valid (does not exist anymore) I cant purchase ANY apps, not even free ones.. how can I remove the credit card from my account so i can purchase free apps until further notice.

    Edit: Sorry I didn't reply back sooner. You must go on to iTunes using a computer not an iPhone or iPod. If you had an form of gift card (other than the iTunes gift card itself) you can't change your information unless you actually put a legit credit card number in. I had this problem before where I was 15 and put a Visa gift card as a credit card on iTunes and then it wouldn't let me edit it. I bought $30 worth of music using the card and never got charged for it. Anyway, this message would pop up every time I wanted to download something saying I needed to update. Eventually I couldn't do anything on that account anymore so I made a new one. Making the new one was really hard in the beginning because I they have it set up so you have to enter a card number in the new account sign up area. 
    I got to make my new account without a credit card because what you have to do is 
    -go on to iTunes
    -go to the store
    -look to the right and find the "quick links" area. 
    -scroll down past all the top songs, albums, movies ect until you get to "free apps" (make sure its the free ones so it can actually work)
    -without being logged in to any account hit download for a free app
    -iTunes will ask you if you want to make a new account or sign in, choose new account
    -once in new account you will be asked what email and password you want along with other security stuff.
    -when you get to billing there will be the place for credit card information and then all the way at the end of the list of credit card brands will be the option labeled "none". Click it and fill out the rest of the form and get your new account without credit card information

    If possible, I suggest changing to a credit card.
    1) There is a max $50 in stolen dollars.
    2) It is easy to dispute a charge.  You call the credit card company. Complain.  They call the retailer & refund you the money.
