Removing check box in ecatt

hello
I am trying to use an ECATT to upload data in transaction SR11. the problem is that i have to un-check a check box which is by defauly checked. in the text file i have tried to keep it empty and tried to put it as 'x'. but after running the ecatt the records have the default tick on the check box..

Have you tried to use 4 consecutive apostrophes ('''') in your text file? Have a look at the "eCATT Tutorial" in SAP-Help for Release 4.70x200. There they use this way to ensure that field LIFNR is always empty. However, I am not sure if this will work with checkbox fields.
Another point to consider is that the default value in your testscript should be empty (' ', space).

Hi Karthi,
In your AdminCollectionListRenderer change the parameter 'Item Selection Mode' to 'Not Set' and that will remove the checkboxes beside each resource.
Note it is not recommended to modify the SAP delivered renderers and layout sets, it's better to duplicate them first and then modify the duplicate.

Remove 'check box'

Hi,
I have a PDF document that I created by importing a Word document. My problem now is that I am left with a 'check box', which isn't an interactive check box but merely a square, that I can't figure out how to remove. See below for a screen shot of what I am talking about.

I figured it out myself. It appears it was not possible with Acrobat Standard X. I installed Acrobat XI Professional and then it was able to achieve.

Availability check box at schedule line level and requirement class level

Hi All
What is the significance of availability check field at schedule line level and requirement type level.
If I remove the check box at schedule line level, then there won't be any availability check carried out in the sales order, even though in requirement class it is checked. Is it for doing availability once the requirement is passed to MRP...
In make to stock scenario, no availability check is active at schedule line level.
scenario 1. stock is 0 in plant, when i place an order for 10 quantity, does system give any confirmed quantity on so and so date...or the confirmed quantity will be zero or as there is no availability check carried out, it confirms 10 quantity on customer requested delivery date and the time of creation of delivery, it gives an error message stating zero quantity is available. which one is correct in all the above.
In make to order scenario, no availability check is active at schedule line level.
order was created for 10 qty, as there is no availability check active, does the system give some date based on the lead times maintained in the material master or not?

The significance of availability check at schedule line level is to determine weather availability check and TOR should be carried out for sales orders or not.
If you remove check box at schedule line level , availability check and TOR wont be carried out at sales order level.
Coming to the scenario you said , make to stock , i think the availability check you are using is 01 make it 02. which is planned requirements. and stratergy group as 10. in MRP3 view in MMR. .
as the availability check u have put 01 & stratergy group as 10 availability check doesnt carry
coming to the scenario 2 , if the stock is 0 in plant and if you create a sales order, then the confirmed quantity should be 0 and that particular order will go to backorder processing.
sometimes it confirms the ordered quantity as the confirmed qunatity, and it gives a confiremed delivery date on which the stock is confirmed , but that date is a tentative date.
all these unconfirmed orders will go to backorders. once the qunatity is confirmed automatically , delivery date also will be done
Coming to scenario 3 , when you create MTO order there will be availability check checked at the schedule line level. can you tell wat is the schedule line you are getting is it CP or ND?
for schedule lines , ND - no availability check will be there , PD - availability check will be there
Note: plz check 1st the availability check you have entered in MMR , if it is 01 make it as 02. and then run these cycles.

You cannot post the Invoice, since the GRN is posted with ZERO price.
Reverse the GRN first.
Modify the PO, Untick the free goods indicator
And then Post the GRN & Invoice

How to install Windows on MAC? (Can't see the check box "Install or remove Windows 7 or later version" on Boot Camp Assistant)

I want to install Windows 7 on my MBP mid 2012 but in Boot Camp does not appear the check box: "Install or remove Windows 7 or later version". I continued with making the USB bootable with Windows 7 but then when I restart and boot with the USB I still can't install Windows because then I receive an error: ""Windows cannot be installed on this disk. The selected disk is of GPT partition style."
From OS with Boot Camp I didn't manage to make a partition for Windows instead I made one with Disk Utility (formated FAT).
After booting from USB that partition was also formated into NTFS necessary for Windows. Still the same error.
Any idea how to install Windows on my MAC?

If you are refering to this I tried to update the EFI version (I see only SMC version 2.9 as a diferrence of what I have) but on installing I received an error: "This software is not supported on your system."

Check box in ALV - how to remove line selectors?

Hai All,
I have to display sales orders in ALV grid.
A check box shoud be displayed against each row.
So if the user selects few sales orders & click on SAVE the data will be saved in custom table.
The problem now is,
I used the statement
field_cat-EDIT = 'X'
to make the checkbox editable.
But with this statement, the ALV grid is displaying
row selectors also.
is there any way to remove the line selectors?I need only check boxes to select a row.it should not contain line selectors.

You can do that in OO ALV.
there is a field in layout
NO_ROWMARK = 'X'. this will remove the line selector.
But normal alv it is not possible.
if you dont want OO ALV, then use the Function module
REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY_LVC

Hi Arun,
If you are talking about the very first check box, then that is not related to OCI. Use of check box is to anable multiple item selection which can be used adding the records in the workflow, for comparison etc.

Can't remove known password (v11); no Protection option under Tools, no check boxes in Security tabs

I am unable to remove a known password on a document (using version 11.0.3 currently, but also on older versions). I have no "Protection" option under Tools and I see no "Remove Security" check boxes (or any check boxes) in the Security tabs. Any help would be greatly appreciated...thank you!

That's the reason, but it isn't new. No version of Reader has ever been able to change security settings. I'm guessing you used to have a copy of Adobe Acrobat (which looks similar but can do more).

Remove itunes by checked box

I transfered my iTunes to a back up External HD.
I want to remove about 700 songs from the main iTunes library.
I have them in a separate playlist and therefore I was able to check them and they show in the main music playlist with the checked boxes.
Rather them command click one at a time I was wondering how I can remove the 700 via a sort setting or a command that would highlight all the songs that have a check mark next to them.

If they are all in the playlist, select all the songs in the playlist, press *Option Delete*.
This will delete the songs from the playlist and also delete them from the library.

Check boxes that turn layers on and off

im fairly new to this part of adobe but i have a good understanding
what i need i to be able to have check boxes that turn layers on and off when the tick is shown and when it is not
i know this is possible through scripting but i dont have the ability as of yet to carry out the scripting
is someone able to write a basic script for me or help me to understand what i need
i want the script to be for when a check box is clicked (mouse up) that a layer that was oringaly turned off to be turned on (electricalplan)
once the tick is removed i need the layer to turn off again
i need to do this for mulitple layers (about 10)
so i would just use the same script for each replacing the name with the correct name.
i also need the check boxes to work together so that i can have multiple turned on at the one time (electricalplan) (sewerplan) (waterplan)

I have developed ALV hierarchical report with check boxes for header and item records.
If i select header checkbox, the corresponding item records checkboxes should be selected automatically, here after selecting header checkbox i have to press some push button(like Refresh) then only item check boxes getting selected,
but here my req. is without clicking any button item checkboxes should be checked automatically if corresponding header check box is selected.
If anybody have an idea pls get back to me.

The "Delete" check box is not working in a table

I have created a Master-Multi Detailed groups page, I can "Add Row" to the Master table, which is saved to the DB okay, but I cannot Add rows to the DB in the detailed table, and I cannot Delete the records (by checking the delete check boxes and hitting "save"). Independent if these record are saved in the DB or not.
Any idea what might be happening
Is it related that I do not get the "Save" confirmation message when I add a new record and hit save for example? How do I get this confirmation message back?

Yes, that might well be related.
You probably performed an ADF drag and drop action in one of your pages, which causes the default ADF Phase listener to be added to the faces-config.xml. If you remove this <phase-listener> entry everything should work OK again.

How can I stop Firefox from automatically downloading and installing updates?????? UN-Checking box when installing for auto DOESN"T WORK!!!!

Have many performance problems with latest versions of Firefox.
I remove fFrefox and reinstall 18.0 and everything is fine until Firefox automatically updates to 28.x.
I remove check in box when asked if want Firefox Maintenance installed, but downloads updates anyway and next time I bring-up then problems are back!!!
I have to start over again and never X Firefox.
I just want the basic Firefox - simple, FAST and WORKS !!!
Never liked IE - but may have to go back to it.
Chrome is also automatic download update.
using XP, but may have to rethink

What kind of problems do you have with the Firefox 28 release?
Did you check your security software (firewall, anti-virus) to make sure that the new version in allowed?
It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
