Removing Default Theme

I have been trying to create a lighter Flex application by
replacing the default theme with a bare-bone theme. I notice,
however, that Flex Builder 2 still import the default theme to the
SWF.
I've searched through the web and I found this from LiveDocs
http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/201/html/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/wwhelp.htm?context=Live Docs_Book_Parts&file=styles_069_17.html
quote:
Flex implicitly loads the defaults.css file and applies it to
the Flex application during compilation. You can explicitly point
to another file for the default styles by using the
defaults-css-url compiler option. You can also rename the
defaults.css file or remove it from the framework.swc file to
disable it.
I tried doing this (removing the defaults.css from
framework.swc, and replacing it with institutional.css, after
renaming it to defaults.css), but then I got runtime errors from
the Flash Player.
Any thoughts? Thanks a lot!

  • Removing Think theme from default profile?

This is extremely annoying, but how do I remove the Think theme? If a new user logs into the PC it is automatically created with a "Think" windows theme. I have searched the forums and keep seeing some post about uninstalling  "Lenovo Windows 7 Theme 1.0" but this is not that application. This is a default oem theme included with the Lenovo PC. How can I change it so new users get the default Windows theme? Thanks.

  • How can I remove default alarm for events in iCal on devices ios?

Whenever I add an event to my iCal calendar in Mounain Lion it will automatically add one default alert only on my iphone and ipad. These default alarms are not displayed on my macbook or icloud.com
Default alarms are disabled in macbook, icloud.com, and my ios devices.
How can I remove default alarm for events in iCal on devices ios?
Thanks and sorry for my english.
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X 10.8

OK, so I have had this issue for the past several months. I think it all started when I upgraded to ML from SL and migrated my calendars and contacts to iCloud. That was a couple months ago. But now I am running 10.8.2, and about two weeks ago I upgraded my iOS devices to 6.0.1.
I don't seem to be having any issues with events that I create now, but all those old events that were migrated to iCloud a couple months ago, many of those sound alerts on the iOS devices even though there was no alert defined when the event was originally created. I have always had alerts off by default both in iCal and on the iOS devices.
So here's the question: is there a way to go through and disable all these spurious event alerts? I've been disabling them as the event reminders come up, but it's irritating. It would be nice if there was a way to turn them off all in one shot somehow.

  • Eliminating excessive dhcpcd add/remove default route messages

I've been on an IPv6 network for the past several months. I use no network manager (aside from netctl and wifi-menu) and I'm generally wired in. I manually start dhcpcd on my eth0 when I start my computer.
The issue I've been having and have been unable to resolve is the fact that the following two messages have been repeating in my log every 2-10 seconds for the past several months and I now have several thousand of them. It's just getting annoying at this point because it interferes with actually reading relevant log messages via journalctl:
    Mar 22 10:45:56 kcuzner-desktop dhcpcd[1109]: eth0: adding default route via fe80::fa8f:caff:fe2d:b464
    Mar 22 10:45:56 kcuzner-desktop dhcpcd[1109]: eth0: removing default route via fe80::fa8f:caff:fe2d:b464
No matter what I search, I can't seem to find a way to get rid of these. I keep a terminal open with journalctl -f running almost always and it's just filled with these, quickly pushing away relevant messages such as "codeblocks dumped core". Does anyone have any tips for preventing these sorts of log entries?

I don't think there is a way for journalctl to exclude logging from only dhcpcd. Of course, you can filter the real time logging to the group of units that you do want to watch but I think you want to watch everything else, right?
How about trying systemd-networkd rather than dhcpcd? Or, if you are only concerned about certain priority level messages, set the priority level. If everything you want to monitor is priority 4 and below for example, and if this message priority is 6, then you're all set.

  • How to remove Midnight theme in Nokia C6-01

Today, when I connected to Nokia OVI Suite, it prompted me to update the phone software. I did it. After that, midnight theme is applied. I dint like it. How to remove this theme ?
    Please help me.
I have tried to find a solution in google search but could not find one. Thanks in advance.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

There is no such thing as theme-less screen. The only difference is if you are using DEFAULT loaded theme or an INSTALLED theme which you installed. You can go to menu>settings>personal>themes>general>and select a different installed theme if there are any.

  • Installed a theme that didn't work, now the default theme is bad too!

I tried "Modern Tool Icons for XP", but didn't notice the "for XP" part until after I installed it, so I removed it & went back to the Default. Unfortunately, now the default theme won't show any colors; it's just white symbols on the background. Even the secure part of the URL bar is just shades of gray. What can I do to reclaim the default as it should be?

  • Default theme incompatible with latest firefox version

I had a Firefox 29 installation on one of my laptops and I copied the profile folder to backup to a different laptop. The other laptop though had Firefox 12 on it so I just updated it, and although my newer add-ons from the backup are now compatible, I can't use the default theme. Instead it has this very basic theme that isn't the default. If I look in the appearance tab it says "Default is incompatible with Firefox 30.0." The theme is labeled "Default 29.0.1". How can I get it to install the default theme for the current version? Thanks.

You can try to delete the compatibility.ini file and check for issues with the files that stores the prefs.
Delete a possible user.js file and numbered prefs-##.js files and rename (or delete) the prefs.js file to reset all prefs to the default value including prefs set via user.js and prefs that are no longer supported in the current Firefox release.

If possible uninstall your current Firefox version to cleanup the Windows registry and settings in security software.
*Do NOT remove "personal data" when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords including data in profiles created by other Firefox versions.

Doing this made my xterm windows take up the whole screen; without it there was a small margin.  That setting doesn't seem to exist in the latest default rc.lua

  • Since updating to firefox 27.01, my preferred theme is continuousely disabled and fox reverts to the default theme. Any idea why?

Firefox 27.1, Windows 7 Home pro.
Preferred themes: HALO 4-2 by billy619 and Portland Oregon at Night by td
    Default theme: Firefox 27.01
I can enable any theme I choose, but after a period of time (usually an hour, sometimes less), Firefox disables it and activates the default theme.
Currently running WOT 20131118, Advanced System Care surfing protection 1.0 and Reddit Enhancement Suite 4.3.1.2.

    Hello,
Thanks for letting us know about your problem. Its our pleasure.
Generally after updating, sometimes your theme cant cope with the update process. therefor it seems not support with your browser versions. So sometimes Firefox gets security issue and turn off the theme.
For fixing this problem, you can try by removing the theme and install it again.
For more instruction on removing and installing themes, you can see this article [[Use themes to change the look of Firefox]].
    Hope this answer is helpful.
Please let us know if this problem can not be solved by mentioned process.
    Regards

  • How can I remove some themes from Keynote??

How can I remove some themes from Keynote??

What a co-incidence... I just deleted those same goodies. They were in /Library/Application Support/Keynote-folder on my machine. I just deleted the whole folder, cause there seemed to be nothing more but those downloaded files. And Keynote worked great afterwards. There seemed to be another folder for iWork09, which is not to be removed.

  • Error message in Report designer "Activate Default Theme: 0TRADESHOW"

    Hi,
While working in Report Designer, I repeatedly get an error message saying "Activate Default Theme: 0TRADESHOW. See Note 1071338". After following the instructions and activating this theme, the problem still persists.
Anyone with a solution to this problem? We are running BI 7, package level 17.

I had the same issue and finally solved re-installing BC in BACKGROUND mode.
For unknown reason, my first istallation generate the a 0TRADESHOW entry with version D in table RSTHEMES.
Later attempts to re-install BC were not modifying this table.
Until I tryied Background Installation. It promped for overwriting current installation, I accepted and A version get generated.

  • Resetting to default theme Nokia 6030

This relates to a relatives phone rather than my own. It has not afaik been used on the internet or had anything downloaded on to it. I have looked through the manual without success in finding an answer.
The problem is the display is now mainly on a pink background.  I am assuming a theme has been changed, and possibly the default theme deleted (Although I would have hoped that deleting the default theme is not possible, maybe I just have not found it yet).
The phone has only a few phone numbers etc on it. If necessary I could write these down and enter them again manually, so there is no need to avoid data loss, if there is some quick reset method available. It also has some text messages and photos stored on it (photos came as text message attachments) . If a proposed solution is going to delete this please let me know,
so that I can take steps to copy the info or photos.
I also note the phone has Bottom Connector that looks as if it could be a USB type connector, I do have an internet connected PC available if that would help with anything.
Obviously there are other threads about default themes but I did not see anything specific to this model.
Any help with an explanation, or links to suitable posts or kb articles appreciated. I do not have the phone with me at this moment, only its instruction manual, but I can get the phone when I need to try to fix the problem.
    Thanks in advance.
    Solved!

Thanks for a reply. I may need to re-read the instruction book.
    Settings -> Themes
    This says Microdots.nth
And is what apparently we are trying to avoid.
    Select themes
the only option I see is microdots ...
    Settings -> Display settings
    leads to
    Walpaper  - microdots_wp.jpg ->
I have clicked on that and selected Wallpaper off
I do not think the other options are appropriate to this problem
    SETTINGS 13
    Restore factory settings
I have now found this and it asks for a security code.
not at the moment sure what the security code is that is required. I guess i will have to re-read the manual
not sure what that resets, does that destroy the gallery content
that contains a folder of photos that I my mothr would like to retain. I must either find copies of these to ensure I may recreate then, or be assured that they are not destroyed by using the factory settings option ( do you know wheter these would be retained or not ?)
Thanks for the reply, at least I have now found the reset option.

  • Please help! I cant seem to get rid of the default theme

I have a completed iphoto slideshow with music in the scrapbook theme. I then send it to idvd to burn anad it keeps coming up with the default theme as well........I need it for a funeral.......any ideas where I am going wrong?
    cheers
    Jan

Try exporting the iPhoto slideshow to the Desktop using the Export button
at the bottom of the window and select the Large size.
There you can play it with QT Player to see if the theme is correct, the music plays correctly, etc. Then open iDVD and drag the movie into the iDVD menu area being careful to avoid any drop zones.
