Removing Messae counter icon and Changing settings on call logs

Hello,I have a blackberry torch 9800 and i have problem now regarding in the icon messages counter . I want to remove it in the home screen. But i dont know how. And my other problems is when i received a call,a misscalled or messages, I dont see it. It comes in the end not in the front , I need to search it before i see it. Its hard. I dont know what i change in the settings. Please someone help me. Thank you.

I'm having a little trouble understanding the part about your password having to be reset. Why is that happening??
Let's start with Firefox's settings:
(1) You can configure the password manager feature on this tab:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Security
There is a checkbox to enable/disable the feature.
There also is a "Saved Passwords" button to review and remove any passwords you do not want Firefox to keep.
That tab also has a feature to set a Master Password so that no one can use your saved passwords without knowing the Master Password. You may need to exit Firefox in order for Firefox to ask for that again.

(2) Site-specific permissions
If you want to use the password manager for other sites but NOT a particular site, you can configure that in the Permissions Manager.
In a new tab, type or paste '''about:permissions''' in the address bar and press Enter.
After the page loads, use the search box in the upper left corner to narrow down the list to the site you want to configure. Highlight the site on the left side, and on the right side, choose Block under Store Passwords.
(3) Form autocomplete suggestions
Separate from passwords, Firefox remembers entries you've made into forms (in most cases) and lists the matching ones below the form field in a drop-down.
To clear a suggestion, press the down arrow key to highlight it and press the Delete key.
To turn off this feature, see this article: [[Control whether Firefox automatically fills in forms with your information]].
To review and selectively edit or delete form history entries, you need an add-on. For example, you could try this one: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/form-history-control/

No, nothing will prevent the computer from going to sleep when you close its display except third-party hacks that are designed to do exactly that. I strongly advise against using any of those, as they may interfere with successful entry into clamshell mode (and they carry other downside risks as well). Just wait until the computer is asleep (with its sleep light pulsing), then press any key on the keyboard. It sounds as though your setup is working as it's designed to do.

The new Firefox has removed my Yahoo mail and other settings. Why? How do I get them back? It gives me a screen that says go "here" but nothing happens.

other users also had problems with yahoo mail when they were using the ghostery addon - do you have it installed too by any chance? if so, add an exception for yahoo mail: click on the ghostery icon while you're in yahoo's webmail, choose "edit blocking options" & then don't block on this domain...

Facetime - 2 mobiles and changing settings

I currently have 2 mobile numbers linked to one apple account (my wife's and my own). Is it possible to have facetime calls between each other despite this?
In addition in my Facetime settings on my phone my mobile number is greyed out (might be default), however on my iPad it has my wife's mobile number instead (she's using a iPhone 3GS), and I can not change this it seems. Is there a way to change it? She gets annoyed that I see all her text messages and facebook posts all the time when I'm on my iPad 2...

No there isn't.
You would need to remove the first versions from iPhoto and then re-import the Previews.

If I change internet providers, how do I save mail and change settings?

I am going to have a representative from a different broadband service come over tomorrow and see if my house is within the area served by her company (Clearwire). If it is I plan to drop my satellite service and go with this, assuming it is faster. In case I do this, I realize there are a few things I need to know first that I hope someone here can help me with.
1. If I go with the new service provider, my email address will change. Does this mean that what is in my current mailbox (I have several folders with emails I have saved) will no longer be accessible? How do I backup what is in all the folders now in a way that I will be able to get into it with a different provider? (I have an external hard drive, but it is usb so cloning is not a possibility.)
2. If the new service works, I think I will have to make changes like DNS numbers and such. Hate to admit this, but I do not remember where to find and change these things.
3. What else might I be forgetting to think of that I need to know?

Do not change the settings for the existing account.
You should create a new account in Mail for the email account provided by Clearwire.
Before deleting the email account in Mail provided by your Satellite internet provider, create an "On My Mac" location mailbox - one for the account's Inbox mailbox and one for the account's Sent mailbox. Transfer messages from the Satellite account's Inbox and Sent mailbox to the user created "On My Mac" mailboxes. When completed, delete the Satellite provider's email account.
You shouldn't have to change anything with the new provider. I assume Clearwire provides an Ethernet modem and sends an installer to set up the equipment, etc.?

The settings app cannot be deleted. Try searching for the Settings app in Spotlight and see which folder it is in. The folder name will be displayed on the right.

Error when I try and change settings in iTunes

When I try and add audiobooks, iPod games, party shuffle or change iTunes to my default player (thru edit > preferences in iTunes) I receive this error:
An error occurred while updating the default player for audio file types. You do not have enough access privileges for this operation
Now whatever I pick will show in iTunes after the error message. But will be gone when I close iTunes and reopen.
I am the only one who uses this PC I am not sure how I do not have 'enough access privileges' to change ANY thing in iTunes... Any help to make sense of this would be wonderful thank you in advance.

okay lets say I want to add audiobooks to the library in iTunes. I go into edit > preferences, check audiobooks I get the error about 'not having enough permission to change anything.' All the changes I do make will say. I prefer tunes imported to my 60 gig iPod to be in wav not aac I have to change that. Get the error and move on. It is when I shut down iTunes and re-open is the problem. I have to go in and change everything all back the way I want, every time. So yeah iTunes still works but it is not a major thing I am trying to do, just change my preferences. I don't even want to use iTunes any more.

Can anyone help me understand how I can change the download settings for inbound emails? In attempting to download attachments, often I either can't open them, or they appear in a box and I can see them download but can't open them after clicking on them. Also, some of the attachments open the quicktime window as if I'm making a new movie or watching one already on the hard drive. Thanks folks

My system seems to be having some issues. Small and annoying. When I turn the machine off, when I turn it back on I am occassionaly losing my blue tooth, Wireless, speaker and charging, time and data icons. This time they stayed but I lost my file background color and how they are arranged. Any ideas?
