Removing Security Questions/Answers from View
I have set up a simple View Only Admin Role used only by Lotus Notes admins and excluded all but the Notes Resource.
For the most this works fine as they can see only Notes account info of the users that have Notes accounts.
But the view also includes the Security Questions/Answers which they have no need to see.
What do I need to exclude to prevent this role from seeing Security Questions/Answers ?

Deleting the security question/answer from existing user
Hi there,
we activate the selfmanagement for password reset, that all users can enter their own
question and their answer.
Now we activate the predefined questions. I use a testuser and set a question and enter my answer an save.
At the test in the webdynpro for passwordreset there is still the old own question.
If I create a new user and enter the security credentials it works fine.
Can anyone help me, where I can delete the old entries from users without deleting and recreate all users ?
Greets

This is not possible...

I have no clue as to what my security question answers are and since this is my first purchase from my mac book it is asking for these. What do i do?
You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down this page to update your rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 -
I tried buying an album off of the iTunes Store but I didn't know the security question answers. I reached the limit for the amount of answers and now it disabled my account from buying for 8 hours but I want the album by tonight! Can anyone help?!
If you've disabled your account for 8 hours then you will need to wait until the 8 hours have completed.
When the 8 hours are up, then if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then you should get a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6170
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps on this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5620 -
I don't have a recovery email address and i have forgotten my security question answers which means i am unable to purchase items from my itunes account which has a considerable sum of money in it, is there anything i can do?

Every time i try to buy something from the AppStore on my iPad or iPhone 4S i cant because i most answer the security question but I don't remember my security question answer, when I try to go change it from my Apple account he ask me the security questions agin and I don't know the answer help plzzz, note: I can't call the apple support because I live in Saudi Arabia
If you don't see the 'send reset info' button on the page where you can change them then I assume that you don't have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. As you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset. You could try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security

I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the

d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and

It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

Presently there appears to be problems on Apple's end, so it may be quite some time before they respond.

My security question answers don't work, how do I change them?
I have 4 computers synced to my iTunes account. It asks me security questions to which I know the answers, but every time I put them in, they are incorrect. I obviously have 2 computers that work perfectly to download, purchase, make CD's etc. But when I try to do that with the other 2 computers, it asks me for the security question answers as "THIS IS THE FIRST PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPUTER" and then I can't get the answers. How can I go about removing them? Or just changing them? It's obviously my account but this is just irritating. How many FIRST CARS CAN I HAVE!?!?!
Click here for information. If you can't get the answers emailed to you for some reason(the email may take a few hours to arrive), contact the iTunes Store staff via the link in that article.
