If I have an existing Apple ID/PW and have access to it for my iOS 7 iPhone 5S but then decide to experiment by... removing the Apple ID/PW from my iPhone 5S iOS 7, and then restoring it to its original factory condition (brandnew), and then go through the activation process again, would I still be required to enter my apple ID/PW that I previously added and deleted before restoring it?

Depends on how you "removed it". You have to erase the device and remove it from your account as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5661.

If the old ID is yours, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

When my husband got his new iPhone 5 S, he used my Apple ID just to get on so they could show him how to do something's on the phone that required a Apple ID. They told him how to change it to his when he got home, and yea you guessed it. He forgot. So now everything I do on my phone happens on his as well. Very annoying. Go to Settings/General/Reset - Erase all content and settings. He then follows the instructions to set it up as a new phone. He should not restore a backup when asked. During the setup he can either use an existing Apple ID (not yours) or create a new Apple ID.

You can't. Unless the previous owner remembers to remove the activation lock, that iPhone is useless to you.

It is a little different than the PC "bloatware" The Apple provided apps go back to the first iPhone and prior to Apple allowing third party apps. At that time the smartphones available (Blackberry, Treo) all included Mail, a browser, weather, and stocks apps so Apple did too. Apple also included the iTunes Store and Music apps since they operated a music store. Since then they have continued to offer these apps and have added Newsstand (really a folder), Passport ( a new feature that has to be tied to the OS due to sandboxing restrictions,a Clock, and Apple Watch. Stocks is included since the Blackberry was primarily used by businesses and Apple wanted to be able to include this market.
Once Apple opened up to 3rd party apps they could have dropped some of the included apps but they really don't take a lot of space and I would guess they are widely used. I know I use the included Stocks and Weather, they meet my simple needs and I have no reason to download another and learn it. Oddly if you read the iPad community when it was first released one of the biggest complaints (and it still pops up) is not included clock (now not applicable), weather and calculator apps. You just can't win.

So, I got a new iPhone 6 and made an apple ID for my child who is under 13. Then I tried to use this apple ID on my old iPhone4 wich I reseted. This did not work. Iphone4 does not have iOS8, could this be the problem? Any ideas?

I know how to create a child account - that has been done. As far as I can tell, your link only explain how to do this.
My question was regarding how do you use this new apple ID when setting up a new iphone which does not have iOS8. Unfortunately I am not able to find any help on this matter. But I am very happy to be wrong here - so if the answer is in fact stated in your first link, please point it out more clear!

You only lose iCloud data from other devices if you manually delete the data. If you Erase all content and data, you keep iCloud data elsewhere.
