Renamed mailbox ... & ALL subfolders & messages disapeared! PLEASE HELP ME!

I renamed a mailbox (London 2009 --> LONDON) and several important subfolders (sub-mailboxes, I guess) just disappeared.
They are not even in there if I browse through USER --> Library --> Mail --> Mailboxes. THEY'RE JUST GONE!
This all happened so quickly and all I did was rename the top level mailbox.
Can anyone help? Where are my subfolders? They are NOT in the Trash.
This has happened before & I just gave up ... but I cannot lose all these messages!
PLEASE HELP ME !!!

They may be gone forever, don't rename Mail's folders, make a new Folder & move Messages to the new Folder.

Me too. I try to verify and i get the same message.
I've created 3 alternate e-mail addresses and tried creating new accounts.

Having problems understanding f60genm error messages - urgent please help.

I'm a guy who has not a single idea about forms or form compilation. This is because I don't work with forms. The only reason that I am relaterd to forms is that i have a script that converts form files into a browsable web page (some thing like javadocs) which is being used by many people.
my script converts a form file into txt file using f60genm and then the resultant txt file is converted to fmt file using f60genm. I am running my script from a RHEL server where a display variable is set.
It was working fine all this while. But now i get error messages as this

Now my question is in what circumstances do i get this error message and what is it that f60genm trying to tell me by saying signal received 11?
Is there any document or website where i can get all this information?

You need to transfer the purchased content from the iPad to the iTunes library on the laptop. Read the post from virtualgeo on how to accomplish what you want to do.

If you are running iOS 5 and backing up to iCloud, there is really no need to go through all of that - IMO - but if you want to, it is possible to do so.
If you decide to do this, You will now have iTunes telling you that the iPad has been synced to another iTunes library each time that you sync with the other computer.

You have the iPhone 3GS, not the 3G. The last update to support the iPhone 3G is 4.2.1.
iOS 4.3.3 includes bug fixes etc. There is nothing really special about this update that wasn't introduced in iOS 4.3. iOS 5 is the one to wait for - it will be released in the Autumn/Fall and includes over '200' new features/improvements.
The additional text tines and ringtones were an iPhone 4-only feature.

Both the button and the total cost appear to have been removed in the current version of iTunes - I don't have them either and other people have posted about it as well. You can try leaving feedback for Apple and maybe they'll be added back in a future update : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html

Select Force Quit from under the Apple menu and select Mail (it may say that it isn't responding).

Albums is a way or sorting photos. Photos aren't moved from the Camera roll. The Camera Roll consists of all the photos on the phone. If you delete from Camera Roll they are deleted everywhere but Photo Stream.
Are you using Photo Stream? Your photos, providing they wer recent should still be in Photo Stream. If you have Photo Stream set up on your computer they should all be there.

Syncing to iTunes doesn't make delete your message or photos.
where you syncing to a different computer than the one you normally sync to?
Are you sure you weren't restoring instead of syncing.
If you have a backup of your phone that included those message or photos then use that backup.
