Hey sorry but couldn't think of a better way to title this. First off thanks for all your help in the past. I am slowly learning but you guys have always given me good direction and great advise.
I was wondering what do you do in the case of using items created in AE within another AE project?
I created an animation which will be placed multiple times on a ribbon sized project. I notice that all of my renders of the ribbon always hangs up around the same frames.
What are best practices when using projects within projects?

Would you use one asset file and resize in the composition or would you make a second asset file already resize and then use that on a composition. Example would be a logo splash initially created at 1080 but is needed now for a lo-res reason.
I presume you're talking about creating a Standard-Definition version, using High-Definition footage. Don't worry about a render time hit with that workflow -- it's fine.
Now, If you were using 4K footage in an SD comp over and over again, doing such a thing might be helpful. Downscaling is more for things like a 20,000 x 20,000 still in an SD comp, and you have no plans to use the Ken-Burns-style zoom-in treatment. It's helpful in that instance.

Adding line item prior to ACC_DOCUMENT03 Posting
Due to our legacy currency alignment on some systems being incongruent with our SAP ECC 6.0 environment, some upstream inbound IDocs will post with 2 decimals for HUF when 6.0 environment has 0 decimals for HUF. The inbound documents are coming in as ACC_DOCUMENT03 IDocs.
There will be rounding involved. iN certain cases, the rounding will mean that the line items are no longer in balance.
Rather than alter the value of the inbound line items, preference is to add line item prior to posting that contains the balance difference and posts to the "rounding difference" account.
Has anyone expereinced this situation before? How was it resolved?
Considered adding line item via "BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST" or, if possible, within "'BAPI_INCOMING_INVOICE_CREATE'".

Cleared item not updated in Main Bank Account FEBAN
Hi Experts,
i entered manual bank statement through FF67 and saved it. then i went to FEBAN to view if there was any open item left in this statement so that it can be posted manually. in FEBAN i found not a single open item in this statement which meant that all items of bank statement were transferred to main account. but when i viewed the main account G/L through FAGLL03 i found no item transferred. the cleared items shown in FEBAN are not transferred to main account. this has happened with only one statement. all other were posted successfully and values were updated in main account. Please guide me what do i have to do in order to fix this,

I would suggest you to delete that statement & re-process the statement via FF67 in the back ground or creating log rather than you continue with FEBAN.
However, if you want to continue with FEBAN then go to EDIT --> Posting Mode --> Foreground or Background.

Let us take the page you are using as PAGE1, you can achuve this using the Command Node. call the same page after 6 items as follows
1.create Table.--->Main area , Header and footer.
2.Declare a variable V_count type sy-tabix.
a.Now click on the table tab>Main Area>right Create>Command (insert a command node after the Line type you r using to print the data), in this COMMAND node give the condition V_COUNT = 6. GOTO>PAGE1 (it maens you r triggering the new page after the 6 lines.
b. after this command noder insert the Program lines heate increase the value of V_COUNT.
Maintain another variable the use that for page totals...
total can be doneautomatically by using the TABle-->CALCULATION TAB.

Free item gets confirmed before main item if credit limit is exceeded
Hi,
I am facing an issue,My stock balance is 10000,in sales order ordered main item is 11000 and free items is 1100.IF the credit limit is not activated for the customer means,Scheduled quantities is coming perfect.
Now,The customer's credit limit got exceeded and sales order is released via vkm3 the system is confirming only free items(Tann).It's not confirming main items(Tan).
Kindly suggest me.

The only other way i see to stop is to tick / activate complete delivery indicator in Sales Order and use incompletion procedure or make this field as mandatory in customer master but in the second case it will be applicable for all orders for customer .

Problem with line items print in Script MAIN window.
Dear Friends,
I am facing a problem with display the line items in main window.
Here i have created my form with 2 pages,
in first page i have created header window(my header information is full length of page), in second page i have created 2 windows, one for MAIN window and second for FOOTER window,
i am having the Footer information about to off the page.
and in my main window total 3 line items are coming, if i am having 3 line items then it is displaying properly (first 3 line items then immediately footer information on same page) but if am having more then 3 line items say four, then in my second page first it is printing 3 line items then it is switching into another page. After that footer is coming but. in previous page after printing 3 line items the remaining page is empty..
my client want me to remove that place also. he wants to display continue..
i think so u people r understand what is my problem...pls advice me what i want to do to solve this problem.

If you want to display the footer information only on the last page why dont you use a table to display your details and place the footer details in the table footer instead of a seperate footer window.

EBS upload didnot clear line items and post to Main Account
Hi
We are on ECC 6.0. Our user as usual uploaded the EBS (she was doing this for last 6 months). Every time all line items from the Check Issued Clearing account used to get cleared and posted to Main Bank Account and the checks were encashed.
August EBS was loaded in Sept 3rd. This time all 2000 odd checks are still lying in Check Issued Clearing account itself. Transfer to Main Bank account didnot take place.
Due to this the Checks are not updated with the Encashed Date and all checks are still shown as Outstanding.
What could be the reason for this?

There is no change to the customization and the bank file format (BAI) also remains the same.

Is there a way I can delete the bank statement upload buffer and reload the EBS?i hope your issue would have got resolved, but below is my take on the issue.
please check the external transaction code given by bank in the bank statement. I believe the bank would have changed the external trannsaction code that is the reason, FF-5 could not clear your check items, as system was looking for the external transaction code and internal postings rules, which probably were not matching. -

Line items prior to Open Item Activation
Hi all
Some of our bank clearing acount had no open item management checked - and we founf this out later - so we used transaction FAGL_ACTIVATE_OP to activate them in order to be able to clear. The issue now is that I would like to see the line items that were in that account prior to runing the activation program. Any suggestions please?

This program works like this ---> You specify a conversion date while executing the program.. All the items on or after that date will now appear as Open Items in your FBL reports
If you want all the line items to appear as Open items post conversion, then the conversion date should be selected as the Last Day of the preceding month of the 1st line item..
How did you execute the program? Was it executed in line with what I explained above?

How to backup all items prior to restore to factory settings
I need to clean up MacBook Pro Mid 2012 as I seem to have serious problems with corruption of several software programs including mail and safari. It's been 'bugging' me for almost 2 years and after many, many hours on the phone with Tech Support the problem persists. Want to make sure all info is backed up to iCloud prior to restoring the notebook. I intend to reset all passwords and have already backed up my photos and music to an external hard drive. I have various mail accounts including gmail, @me/@icloud and others.... will these messages all be automatically stored in iCloud even if one is a POP accounts or do I need to save them externally? Some of my Keynote projects, Numbers and my Pages documents are not in icloud but stored directly on my Mac... presumably they need to be saved to iCloud before I can safely continue. I have purchased Aperture and presume that all Apple purchases will be re-downloadable. Can someone advise please on how to make sure all is saved to iCloud before I continue.
Clone Yosemite, Mavericks, Lion/Mountain Lion using Restore Option of Disk Utility
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
1. Select Disk Utility from the main menu then press the Continue
button.
2. Select the destination volume from the left side list.
3. Click on the Restore tab in the DU main window.
4. Select the destination volume from the left side list and drag it
to the Destination entry field.
5. Select the source volume from the left side list and drag it to
the Source entry field.
6. Double-check you got it right, then click on the Restore button.
Destination means the external backup drive. Source means the internal startup drive.
Install OS X Using Internet Recovery
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Internet Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND-OPTION- R keys until a globe appears on the screen. Wait patiently - 15-20 minutes - until the Recovery main menu appears.
Partition and Format the hard drive:
Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
After DU loads select your newly installed hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Install button. Be sure to select the correct drive to use if you have more than one.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.
This should restore the version of OS X originally pre-installed on the computer. -
Detecting changes to items prior to submitting page
Is there a simple way of checking whether content has changed on a page prior to submitting that page?
I am trying to alert users to changes to a page which would be lost if the user moves off the page without submitting it. (Much the same as, say, notepad prompts a user if they are exiting a session without saving the content .. if no changes have occurred no message is displayed)

1 - Update EVERY column definition to include the following in the Element Attributes setting for the field:

If there have been data changes, the user is prompted to confirm whether or not they want to continue with the link - if they click "OK", the confirm() function returns true and they can continue; if they click "Cancel", the confirm() function returns false and this cancels the link click.
Clicking the Submit button, submits and reloads the page. The htmldb_ch value should be reset to false.

I have a project where expense items are booked (travel expenses) prior to start date of the project. As project is starting two days after the consultants are reaching to the site, since consultant are travelling from a different place/location so start date is taken like that.
1. Can we enter the funding for this project ?
2. what is the exception in this case as far as start date is concerned ?
3. Wil it generate the invoice for the period prior to start date?

Variant Pricing _ each item price based upon main item.

I request your help for inputs on Variant Pricing functionality for given scenario.
Each material will have different price based upon different brand / main item.
For example u2013 Inbuilt-Sat Nav will be priced different in Toyota Prius & Toyota Avensis.
Let say, we have 2 products (Toyota Prius & Toyota Avensis.) each having 10 different options/ items which are charged separately.
Hence would like to know how we can set up the price in variant based upon Main item & sub item.
Toyota Prius / Customer / InBuilt Sat Nav = £1200
Toyota Avensis / Customer / InBuilt Sat Nav = £1500

above are based on sales org, material and variants combination, so as you said you requirement is based on customer will charge different prices, so create new condition table with customer combination and add in to same access sequesnce and condtion type.

Sent FOLDER items showing in the main inbox.
I need some help with a problem wiht the folder view. Let me start out by saying this is NOT a "Hide Sent Items" options problem. That feature works fine.
The problem is emails are showing up in the main messages box when they are sent from Outlook. They have the little envleope symbol, not a checkmark, beside each one. And when I open one and scroll up it shows:
Received Using: Desktop (secure)
Folder: Sent Items
Message Status: Open.

Deleted BES account
Wiped Blackberry
Updated OS of the Blackberry
Tried user on different handheld device
Tried known workin user on original device (no errors for other user)

Hide sent items on and off

I created retention policies that are working as expected for Inbox, Sent and Drafts folders. However, I created a similar policy for Deleted Items: (New-RetentionPolicyTag “test-DeletedItems-Retention” –Type DeletedItems –Comment “Items older than
90 days are deleted” –RetentionEnabled $true –AgeLimitForRetention 90 –RetentionAction PermanentlyDelete). The messages that existed in the Deleted Items folder prior to implementing the policy do not appear to have any retention policy applied to them, so
it appears that they will retain in Deleted Items indefinitely.
Please advise.
