Renew current subscription

I noticed that my yearly subscription of 520 min to South africa will expire on the 16th april I would like to renew the same subscription, not sure how to do it?

The Creative Cloud subscription is not OS specific as it's licensed via your Adobe ID.
You can purchase a single subscription and use it on 2 machines irrespective of it being Windows or Mac.

    Is there a way to turn off auto renewal without canceling the subscription.  The account page shows the payment and the next scheduled payment but no way to turn off the auto renew.

    that action will indeed cancel reoccurring payment, but not your current subscription.  It will be active until the date it is set to expire.

  • How do I manually renew my subscription?

    Hi!
    I've been having this problem since last week and I could really use some help on this issue.
    My credit card was unsuccessfully charged with the monthly Creative Cloud subscription fee, therefore I received an email saying that my subscription has been downgraded to free status and my Adobe apps tell me I have around 6 days to pay my subscription. Since last week, I have been trying to do just that. The problem is, it is so darn hard to make a manual renewal payment with Creative Cloud. I have been chatting with customer support online, and they keep on telling me that I they cannot do anything about it and that I have to call their phone support, which I did twice. The first call took about an hour, with me on hold for a long time and with no results generated. The second call put me on hold for 30 minutes and ended up with the guy telling me that I have no purchase record with Adobe and that I might have purchased it through a reseller. I had no idea that adobe's products purchased through the adobe site is purchasing through a reseller. It does not make sense that I don't have a purchase record because I can access my order history through my account inside the adobe site. Is the main creative cloud website a reseller? This really does not make sense. And now I cant renew my subscription. To make matters worse, since I signed up for a yearly plan, if my subscription expires, Adobe will charge me 50% of the entire contract price. Which is not fair since i have been trying to make the payment for a week now, and clearly the deficiency is in Adobe's faulty payment system.
    I do hope Adobe improves this part of their business. Its mind boggling for me how a company as good and as complex as Adobe can fall short so miserably in such a simple thing as a payment system. Its far easier to make payments to other relatively smaller companies like HostGator or GoDaddy. Its frustrating that a transaction that could take less than a minute is now taking A WEEK to resolve.
    Hope you could help me in this matter. I just want you to take my money so that I can continue on working. Is that too much to ask? =)

    What does it say on the app's description page in the store ? Of the ones that I've looked at in the past most, if not all, say that no cancellation is possible during an active subscription period, but you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • Continually asking me to renew my subscription

    I renewed my subscription and can successfully see the transation in my recent orders, but anytime I open an Adobe program, I am getting the "renew your subscription" dialog. If I click "try again", the dialog informs me that my subscription is active, but when I click continue, I'm just brought back to the initial dialog asking me to renew my subscription.
    I've tried updating the CC software, as well as the programs I'm trying to open. I've restarted my computer twice and no luck. I need access asap!

    So, it would appear that I have purchased a second subscription rather than updating my credit card information on my current subscription which is likely causing the problem. I'm calling Adobe customer support - it's unfortunate that theydon't catch the user error. I'm a UX designer and if I messed up the system, I imagine a lot of other people are as well!

  • CS6 Apps Asking to "Renew Your Subscription" for Creative Cloud, for some reason.

    Hi community,
    I recently purchased a retail version of CS6 Production Premium because I did not like software as a service/Creative Cloud. Unfortunately, I got a good deal and tried it for a year. I did not renew, and removed all the CC apps.
    When I try to open any of the CS6 Applications, a window pops up asking me to renew my subscription to CC. This software has nothing to do with my CC membership, I purchased it in a separate, one-time retail payment. I have looked at the various other threads around and have tried all of the solutions mentioned: Including uninstalling and reinstalling, running the cleaner tools, checking the host and certificate files, no luck. I spoke to several people in several chat instances, all recommending a reinstall of software, no help.
    All I am trying to do here is run some software with a serial code I just purchased from Adobe, officially. Is there a way I can just activate it offline? I tried to do it per the instructions but do not have an option to "generate a response code". Am I being punished?

  • When reverting to purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro point product, after uninstalling Creative Cloud Desktop (and CC-based Acrobat XI Pro), how do I eliminate request to renew my subscription?

    Creative Cloud just wasn't working for me, so after several years of frustration with being abroad and not online when the program decided to require online verification, I'm ditching Creative Cloud and reverting to the purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro point product. However, after uninstalling Creative Cloud Desktop (and CC-based Acrobat XI Pro), it still wants to go online and check my CC subscription, disallowing use of the newly installed point product version from a several year-old ESD file (and the more recent AcrobatUpd11010.dmg file).
    Anyone have an idea of how to eliminate request to renew my subscription?
    If, as a journalist, I've have these issues over the past two years, including this final insult when I'm trying to get away from CC, it can't be a one-off problem. So I'd like to hear details about others who've had a similar issue with reverting from CC back to a point product or to CS.

    The subscription will renew automatically (unless you have disabled that) and you will get an email approximately one month before renewal.

    Hi Randers4 thank you for trying to help.  I finally gave up and just called apple.  Apparantly my renewel went under my icloud ID while my previous accout was my itunes ID.  Never had to match them before but I guess we do now. Once I switched my iphone ID to the ID I used to renew the icloud it backed up.  Live and learn.

    The newer subscription policy has me skeptical.  Is there still an option to buy the latest version of PS that I will own regardless of what I choose to do regarding renewing my subscription?  From what I have read, the software will continue to work as long as you keep paying the subscription,  which seems a large and very open ended stipulation to be able to access the software at any given time.  I may not use it for months,  but need to know I have access to it if needed even if I chose not to continue past the 1 yr subscription fee.  In this economy, I cannot be the only one asking this question,  but I am not seeing relative questions / answers anywhere.

    When considering this, imagine that the term "Perpetual" is a bit of a misnomer.  How long will you really be able to use it?
    While I can still run my copy of Photoshop 6.0 on Windows 8.1, it's possible because I'm a computer geek.  Many folks can't get the older versions to install properly.  And it's even worse on Macintosh system.  I don't think anyone can run anything older than what, CS3 or CS4? on a modern Mac.
    Focus on this:  If you've been buying the upgrades each new release for $199 (about every 18 months), something like the Photographer's bundle at a hair under $10 a month is actually a better deal.  You get more software (including Lightroom) and more capable software (Photoshop Extended used to actually be $399 to upgrade).

    I presume you deleted the original files as match would not have done so. Do you have a back up. If so, restore your music from that. If not, your will have lost all your music as this needed to be on your hard drive when you unsubscribed.

    Technical Support “Tshering”  Changed my Adobe Account/ID, and Permanently Deactivated Creative Cloud, and told me to contact Adobe Forums if any problems uninstalling/reinstalling CS5 Design Premium (perpetual subscription) continued.
    I am contacting Adobe Forums because I am still having problems uninstalling and reinstalling CS5/6(updated) software. Please help.
    As I mentioned earlier in the week to several Adobe Technicians —
    CI get this message attempting to access CS5/6 Design Premium Adobe software (perpetual subscription).

    Finally, Technical Support tells me to uninstall/reinstall all CS5/6 applications but the applications don’t respond and I get these messages:
    •  Item "Uninstall Dreamweaver CC 2014" is used by OS X and can't be opened.
    •  Item "Uninstall Adobe Extension Manager CC"  is used by OS X and can't be opened
    •  Item “The alias Uninstall Adobe InDesign CS5 can’t be opened because the original item  
        can’t be found” Applies to all CS6 Applications.
    •  Item “The alias Uninstall Adobe InDesign CS6 can’t be opened because the original item  
        can’t be found” Applies to all CS6 Applications.
    (Adobe Customer technical support told me to talk to Adobe Forums about this)
    Here is CS5 Adobe technical specialist supplied download for CS5 Design Premium which stopped for 3 days running when only 50% done.
    And - I still have my own copy of CS5/6 Design Premium (perpetual subscription) on my system which, of course, is blocked by AAM (Adobe Application Manager).

    I am using German OS therefore maybe the items are called differently in English:
    1) Go into the main menu
    2) Select "Alerts"
    3) select the Profile you like to adjust
    4) Select App Alerts
    5) Select Email
    6) You sould see your 3 mail accounts listed
    7) Select the one you like to "mute" and you can set everything (sound, LED, vibration etc. individually for this acount)
