Renew my online number subscription

I bought my online number two years ago, instead of making the payment for my online number I made it to a different kind of subscription;I also purchase 10.00 credit that I do not need. Can you please help me to fix this errors?

    Regarding your subscription, since Unlimited US & Canada is offered only to US and Canada customers(located in these 2 countries) I'm afraid you can't purchase it right now.
    You probably have only Unlimited US listed here:http://www.skype.com/go/subscriptions
    Alternative is to use Skype Credit until you get back.
    Tip: When you get back to US I'd recommend purchasing subscription with Skype Credit, then it will be extended automatically and no matter where you can add Skype Credit to your account.

  • Problem with renewing my online number

    Greetings
    I have tried twice in the past week to renew my online number, and on both occasions skype has refunded my payment 2-3 days later. There is no explanation for the cancellation, I just receive an automated email which appears as if I have requested the refund, as it contains this line: 
    "You'll no longer be able to use the service you requested the refund for."
    I do not understand why skype keeps refunding my payment and cancelling my subscription for this product ... has anybody else experienced this before?

    Firefox is completely free software. There is never any subscription fee or other charge from Mozilla.

  • Online Number Subscription

    I have a yearly online number subscription that is supposed to expire in November/2011. Last year I renewed the subscription in October using a credit card. Somehow before the subscription was renewed last year after my first payment, I was charged again through the auto-pay on a different credit card. Meaning I paid for two years instead of one. So my subscription should not expire in November/2011 but in November/2012. Please let me know how that can be corrected. Thank you.

    Your Online Number will expired November 16, 2011 unless you manually extend it. Online Numbers don't extend automatically like calling subscriptions.

  • Online Number Subscription Extension and 50% Disco...

    I currently have a UK online number. It will expire in Oct 2012. I noticed in my account that if I am on a subscription to call a landline or mobile phone in the UK, I am entitled to get 50% on an online number. Assuming if I were to extend my 1 year online number subscription, do I still get the 50% discount or it is for a new online number?

    Basically as long as you have an active subscription on your account you will get a discount on Online Number purchase. It doesn't matter if you purchase a new number or extend your old number.
    I was checking your account and I can see that you purchased Online Number just recently, if you wish you might be able to get a refund on Online Number order and purchase the same number again with a discount since right now you have a subscription.

  • Online Number Subscription Duration

    I've had online numbers through skype for over 5 years now and when we had to manually renew expriing numbers I always had the option to choose the duration of the renewal. If I had more money I could get a longer subscription, if things were tight I could just renew for 3 months. Now we have auto-renewal I find that I am not given any option to change the subscription length and appear to be locked into a auto-renewing 3 month subscription. Does anyone know how I can alter this? I tried to change it withing "settings" while the number was active and found no options to let me do so. I let one number expire and tried again and still don't have the option to change the subscription length.
    All the changes to Skype over the last year or so are making the system less and less user friendly. Are there any UI designers on the skype team?

    I managed to do this by following the steps (I figured this on my own, no help was ever given by any support staff, which is indeed sad):
    - log in to skype.com;
    - cancel the subscription to your skype number (it will tell you you have the number available up until date XX);
    - log off your account;
    - wait for about 10 mins;
    - log in again on skype.com;
    - on the upper, you'll get a warning message saying your skype number subscription was cancelled and it'll give you the option to change it, click on it;
    - there you have it, now it'll give you 2 options, to renew for 3 or 12 months;
    - select 12 months, enter payment method, select pay.
    now your subscription is updated with 12 month duration.

    My online number expired yesterday. I intended to subscribe for a year, yet I cannot change the skype setting, and Skype took away my money from my card for a three month subscription yesterday. I would like to have refund of the three month subscription and change it to a year subscription. Can any expert help me on this issue? Thanks!

    I seem to also can not find anywhere to cancel an online number I have subscribed with you. Please assist my request ASAP. I have two numbers and would like to cancel 1 subscription with you.

    Online Number cannot be cancelled.
    It is not a recurring payment, so when it's about to expire, just do not extend it.
    If it is a new order and you made a mistake for example, then you might try to request a refund from Skype Customer Service.

    Hello, I already bought two subscriptions for an online number (each for three months), both products are delivered according to my purchase history, but I don't have the online number yet. I have checked account (web and skype) and cannot find anything anywhere. I am in Germany but this was already a week ago.

    Depending on the location of the Online Numbers, some take more time to set up than others.  For example, in countries where there is a residency requirement (I think German Online Numbers fall into this category), the residency verification must be completed before the number is assigned.  For other Online Numbers, the assignment can be almost immediate. 
    You may want to log into your account here on the Skype web site using the "Account" link at the top of this page.  Then click on Online Number, to see if the numbers are listed there.  If not, you may want to contact customer service due to the length of time that has passed since you purchased the numbers.

    I've recently renewed my online number subscription and none of my friends of family can get hold of me. I'm really disappointed! My skype number is +1[edited for privacy]. This number does not work at all - can you please advise me asap - is it possible to change this number?

    Does anyone know how to complain to Skype? I paid $30 for a Skype number, which has never worked. Everytime people call me they are directed to a voice mail. And it's not because my Skype is not turned on. It is!! Just to make sure that the problem was not at the end of my callers, I did a little experiement and called my Skype number (after turning on the iphone skype app), but got the same result as others -- a voice mail recording. It is very frustrating because there is no recourse. Skype is taking us for a ride. It's a scam.

    1. Allow your current Skype Number subscription to expire. You won't lose your number -- it will be held on your account for reactivation for 90 days following the subscription expiration date.
    2. After the subscription expires, sign on to your account details.  You should be presented with a triangle icon with an exclamation mark inside of it, and be greeted with the message that your Skype Number subscription has expired.  Click on the "Reactivate" link, and proceed to renew; at that time,
    TIME ZONE - US EASTERN. LOCATION - PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA.
    I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

    I have a 1 month subscription and want to get an online number (3-month subscription) ...my question is - If I purchase the 3-month subscription does that mean that my 1-month unlimited subscription is extended for the next months as part of the online number subscription (unlimited cals, texts, etc.)?

    Subscriptions are not linked to Online Numbers. Your subscription will be extended every month even if you don't purchase an Online Number, until you cancel recurring payments.
    You will be charged separately for the calling subscription and Online Number, but keep in mind that Online Numbers are not extended automatically like subscriptions.
    If your Online Number expires then you have to manually extend it.

    I renewed my online number but it is not showing up on the poeple I calls caller id.

    Skype Customer Support doesn't monitor these community forums.  Other Skype users do.  Please keep that in mind, if you aren't getting answers to questions posted here.
    Getting back to the question of Caller ID, one way to turn on Caller ID is to log into your account on the Skype web site.  You should see a link to Caller ID Settings, which is also at:
    https://secure.skype.com/account/caller-id/settings
    If you have certain Skype Online Numbers, you can select those numbers.  Numbers from some countries are not permiited as Caller ID.  If you have multiple numbers, Skype can use different numbers on Caller ID when calling those countries.  There is even a way to add a mobile number for your Caller ID when calling from Skype.
    For me, I have online numbers in 4 countries (USA, Mexico, UK, Australia).  When I call from Skype, my default number for Caller ID is the USA number.  When calling the UK, my UK number shows up, and the USA number shows up for calls to any other place.
