Renew Subscription Errors (Possible Solution)

After I installed the Adobe CC collection I was getting the "Renew Subscription" prompt loop. I tried to get the issue fixed twice through customer support to no avail. One of the customer support staff told me that the reason behind the error was because the Adobe Application Manager was not able to verify my serial number, thus creating a block with Adobe Cloud Manager and Adobe CC apps.
I found a solution that I think might work. I downloaded the latest version of the Adobe Application Manager (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=4773&fileID=4437) and installed the Adobe Support Advisor (http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/) I installed and ran both programs. So far I am able to renew my software license and use the creative cloud applications as normal. Hope this helps.

Usually this behavior will occur if your membership expires or is having some kind of billing issue like your credit card expired.  I think the installing Adobe Application Manager was what fixed it if I had to guess. Regardless, glad you were able to get things going again.

    When I try to open any program I get a 'Renew your subscription' message.   • Renew subscription error

    I updated my mac to Yosemite and now when I try to open Photoshop CC, I get a renew subscrition notice. My subscription notice is good through July however. When I click try again, it says the product is now activated, but then when I click Photoshop,I get the same error. I've tried updating my credit card information, I've tried signing out and signing back in, nothing is working and customer service is not getting back to me. They  just say they forwarded it to the relevant team. It's been a week and no one is responding. Any ideas?

  • Renew Subscription Error Creative Cloud

    I keep getting the "Renew Your Subscription" page when starting any of my adobe products.  I updated my billing information and when I click "Try Again,"  I'm told my subscription is now active.  I tried waiting the 15 minutes, rebooted my computer.  This is seriously impacting my day.  Does anyone know how to fix this?
    Waited on hold for over 20 minutes.  No Answer.
    Chat function on the site is not working.

    none have replied to my threads exept Beverley Grey, and why the 30 days grace period doesn't work anymore. I think that there is another problem here.
    Sometimes my payment goes wrong, but i have the 30 day period, so no issues. The real problem is to remain an entire day unproductive,without any help from Adobe and incapable to do anything. This is terrible normally, but is painful if you are on a deadline. I'm only one person, but tomorrow i've to go to my client and probably, if the issue is not resolved, i've to look into his eyes and i have to say "Sorry...but Adobe softwares have stopped to work yesterday and i've been not able to do your changes in time". This is a problem that never will happen in a subscription program, it means that Adobe's client doesn't mean nothing. Sorry for the bad english and for my vent, but today i've loose two years of my life. Conference call with client, with my associate, and a lot of shouting.If the issue will be resolved tomorrow morning, i've to work like a mad to end the work. My suggestion is to rethink completely on how this CC works. I've read too many threads with people affected by this issue. And 1 or 3 or 10 or 100 or 200 people doesn't means nothing. This problem may be restricted to someone, but it will never happen.

  • IT+ upgrade d/l errors: possible solution

    24 out of my 139 songs that were upgradable were stalled (various errors) for a few days now so I figured I'll delete temp files and start again. I went to Downloads inside my iTunes Music folder, deleted all the contents and opened iTunes again. It actually worked for me!! Next time around iTunes downloaded all 24 songs in less than an hour (which is still a long time considering past performance, but at least I've got it).

    When I try to open Photoshop, it won't open. Adobe Application Manager then tells me to renew my subscription. When I go to my Creative Cloud account, it confirms that my subscription is good until Dec 2014.  How can I get Photoshop to open?

I see that a lot of people had the same problem on this forum but there is not a real solution.                 For renew your subscription error message:
                Request you to please close all the cloud applications, launch / open any one application.
                After you launch the product please click on " License the software" and then enter your adobe ID and password and it will work fine.
                In case if it does not work, try with a different browser.
                Further, still it does not work, try deleting cookies and then try the steps.
                If all the above setps does not work, you can contact adobe customer support team and they will help you with it within minutes.

    go to support and start a chat.. They will sort you out quickly. Actually, it works quite nice with support-chat.
    Not always a native english speaker (The Chat Agent) and a small amount of lingual misunderstandings here and there but all in all,
    the agent was able to sort me out after 30 minutes of chatting...

    It's been over a week now, and twice customer service has not been able to help me with this issue.
    My first monthly payment of my renewal subscription hasn't gone through. It keeps saying Payment error. Last month was fine and there is more then an enough on my credit card to pay for this month. So what is going on?
    It's a Prepaid credit card and it worked for the passed months.
