Renew subscription message

I'm having the same problem as a lot of other users on this forum with the renew subscription message. After updating my expired card on my account I get the renew subscription message even though it says my account is active on my account page. The "answers" to these threads aren't really answers. Staff are just saying this hsouldn't be happening and that they will reach out to them via email. Doesn't help the rest of us with the same problem!!!

I have a few questions to better understand what happened if you can help.
- How long were you unable to use the service after updating the credit card (1-2 days, something like that)?
- Did you get any notification you would temporarily not be able to use the service after changing your credit card info?
- Did you change your credit card info near or around the time you are typically billed?
I appreciate any info you can provide,

    I am trying to open my InDesign software from my Creative Suite 6 Design Standard and i keep getting a message that says to renew my subscription to the Creative Cloud. At one time I had a trial version of the Cloud but I cancelled it and bought the software instead

    If the answer is no, then you probably have to reinstall, but you'll need to jump through some hoops to make it work.
    First uninstall the creative cloud in its entirety by running the cleaner tool (CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3), then reboot and see if you can get the CS6 installer to run and ask for a serial number. If it won't ask for the s/n, go to Adobe.com and log out from your Adobe ID associated with the trial and make a new ID that you never intend to use again and log in. Run the installer again and see if you can get it to give you the s/n option.
    If the answer was yes, see if you can re-activate the suite from the help menu ion one of the other apps.

    When I try to use Acrobat Pro (subscription) I get a message that I need to renew my subscription.  I did that last week, but i still get the error.  How do I get back to work?

    With the subscription you sign in with your Adobe ID that you used to order the subscription. By installation code, I assume you mean serial number. You do not get one with the subscription, but use your Adobe ID.

  • Question: Keep getting "Renew Subscription" message

    I purchased the Creative Cloud educator package, so I am charged monthly access for the entire year. I am able to open Photoshop just fine, but when I try to open Illustrator, I keep getting a pop-up that says, "Renew Your Subscription." I follow the link to the subscription manager, but the information there just tells me that Photoshop and Illustrator are updated.

    Next to 'Renew your subscription', there should be an option to click on 'License this software', please sign in with your Adobe id & password with which you purchased CCM
    If you still receive a dialog box stating 'Renew your subscription', please login to https://creative.adobe.com/ and sign in with Adobe id & password and update Adobe application manager (AAM).

  • Message:  Account Expired:  Renew Subscription to continue service"

    What is the message "account expired:  renew subscription now to resume service" referring to?  There is an icon of a red stop sign with an exclamation in the middle.  What is this?  There is no way to close it and I don't want to click on it without knowing what it is.  Anybody else have this?

    That's some third-party software you installed, possible a web-browser extension. If Safari is running, do as below. If you use another browser, do the equivalent.
    From the Safari menu bar, select
    Safari ▹ Preferences ▹ Extensions
    Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit.

  • Renew your subscription message

    My subscription for Photoshop Photography Program was running perfectly on my iMAC until i installed the software on my laptop running windows 7 Pro.
    Now i can't open Photoshop on my iMac as always Adobe Application Manager pops up with Renew your subscription message. I tried to sign out from Creative Cloud icon in the menu bar and again signin but the problem still persist. Tried to reinstall the Photoshop app but still receive the same message.

    I checked your account as your subscription is active. Try step 2 of this help page & remove the opm.db file.  Available updates not listed
    If you are still having problems then try uninstalling the Adobe software using the Adobe Clean tool. You don't the older Adobe Application manager (AAM).  Download the updated CC app manager and install Photoshop.

  • Renew Subscription error message

    When I try to open any program I get a 'Renew your subscription' message. My subscription is actually completely up-to-date.  When I either 'Try Again' or go the the subscription manager page (which shows as an error page) I end up back at the 'Renew your subscription'. I've even tried changing my payment card.  I was on the phone to Adobe help for about an hour yesterday to no avail.  It's now a real problem for my business.  Can anyone help?

    I keep getting an error message stating Renew Subscription. I cannot see what application this applies to and the red button to close the pop up is grey. I suspect this is not goo dbut how do I clear this? I have to reboot to make it go away at the moment.

    Do you have any subscriptions, if so, review them.   It sounds suspicious and may be a scam.   Delete it and see if it reappears with a different time stamp.

    Thanks for your reply but i've already created an auto renewable subscription and a Multi Issue with i-Tunes Subscription Multi Issue with i-Tunes Subscription and the product id of the subscription in DPS App Builder and enable Newstand for the app. I tested in sandbox environment and looks good.
    The problem is when i try to upload the binary gives me the same message. I've to submit this urgent because my client want to have this in app store in December.

    I already checked all related forum topics and tried to solve the problem but nothing works. I also checked my hosts files and deleted the adobe lines.
    I've seen that many people struggle with this issue.

    When I try to open Photoshop, it won't open. Adobe Application Manager then tells me to renew my subscription. When I go to my Creative Cloud account, it confirms that my subscription is good until Dec 2014.  How can I get Photoshop to open?

    Thanks! I see a potential problem--iTunes must be open on the main(?) other computer for sharing to works, according to some of the documentation. My situation is that daughter 1 grabs the main computer, access iTunes and her account. Then daughter 2 comes into room, screams upon seeing daughter 1 using the iTunes computer.
    I want daughter 2 to calmly walk to computer 2, open iTunes and somehow seamlessly access her iTunes library. In that case, iTunes may be open on computer 1, but not with her library open or her id in force. It might also be the situation that computer 1 does not have iTunes even running at that time, if daughter 1 is on Facebook.
    Can Home Sharing handle this situation?
