Good Day.
I have recieved below email earlier. My Bank have provided me new debit card and because of this my skype india subscription not renewed. I tried to update my card details and it was unsuccessful. Can i renew my previous subscription with my new debit card details. When i tried to check on skype now it wont show me the previous offer( Unlimited calls to india 10000 mins per month). I want to renew the same package as earlier. Can you please assist me.

You can reactivate your subscription up to 90 days after it has expired by updating your payment details in your account. Follow these steps: 1. Sign into your Skype account. 2. Click "Subscription settings" on the Call phones tab. 3. Choose an existing stored payment method or add a new one. You can use another credit or debit card, PayPal or Skype Credit if available as the payment method for your subscriptions.

We didn't say that you withdrew your Subscription. It was canceled due to the fact that you didn't update your credit card soon enough [see your own statement above].
Again, the ONLY option for you now is to purchase one of the existing Subscriptions on offer.

Now that I have had to purchase a new subscription, whenever I access the apps, I get a "Subscription Expired" error although I am logged in with my new subscription ID. There is a link for "Goto Subscription Manager" that seems to go nowhere. Unistalling and installing the app gives the same result. Appreciate any help on this.

You can try doing this:
1.Please log out & log back in of the CCapp installed at desktop.
2. Launch any CC product, a prompt might appear informing about expired Subscription asking to renew it, at the bottom of the prompt, there will be an option "license this software"
3. Click on "license this software", it will ask you to sign in & the subscription should be activated.
Please let know if it worked.

ExportPDF converts PDF files to Word and Excel formats (and several others). What you describe, sounds like you're trying to convert a file *to* PDF. Did you ever start a trial of Acrobat, perhaps? (Whereas you can create PDFs with Acrobat, ExportPDF doesn't let you convert files to PDF.)

On an iPad :
If you want to view your app subscriptions:
From your device's Home screen, tap App Store.
Tap Featured at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Tap the Apple ID button in the lower-left corner. (If you are not signed in, tap the Sign In button, and sign in with your Apple ID. Then, scroll back to the bottom of the page, and tap the Apple ID button.)
Tap the View Apple ID button.
Enter your password and tap OK.
From the main account page, scroll down and tap Manage App Subscriptions. If you don't have app subscriptions this button will not be displayed.
You'll then be taken to your App Subscriptions page.
To turn off auto-renewal:
From your Manage App Subscription page, choose an app subscription.
Tap the subscription category for which you want to disable auto-renewal.
Tap On to toggle the switch to Off.
You'll receive a confirmation message; tap Turn Off to confirm your choice.

Free addition to an already existing print subscription package?

Can one provide work created with iBooks Author as a FREE ADDITION to an already existing subscription package? No rise in the subscription cost would occur if this were added. This would be a free addition for subscribers to download for free. This would act as a free digital option/addition to the print subscription. Possible? I know you can distribute the iBook Author work for free, but wanted to ask if it could be free inside of an existing subscription pacakge that is not conneted to iTunes or the iBooks store.

Instance Types (for subscription package)

Hey guys,
how can I find out which instance types (i.e. how many instaces of which type/size) I need for a specific solution? Without having purchased the subscription package yet I am not able to see this. For example, I don't know which instances I need (minimum!) for the SAP ERP EHP7 on HANA SP6. This means I can't estimate which costs will be charged by AWS... and this means I can't make a decision to buy the subscription package.
You should really publish a list of supported instance types...?

Hi Fabian,
every solution in CAL comes with a recommended instance type/size which has proven to be suitable for the generic use case. However, every user has different requirements so a smaller or larger size might work as well.
I just worked through the documentation that is already available for the various solutions both on SAP Store as well as on SAP CAL when you click on User Guide. Only some of the User Guides provide the information you ask for.
Therefore I've just worked through all solutions of the subscription package and these are the recommended instances sizes for the solutions of the subscription package:

Error trying to renew existing MSDN subscription

I have been trying to renew my MSDN subscription for the last 2 weeks. I get the error as shown in the image below.
I have emailed MSDN support (Australia/NZ) and they have not resolved this issue and I now haven't heard back from them for over a week. Can anyone else help. I have tried various browsers and PC's, but the same error always appears.
I have been an MSDN subscriber for over 10 years and have not had this problem before. What should be a simple process to renew an existing subscription has now taken me many hours of trying to unsuccessfully resolve this.

If you have less than 5GB data in iCloud then your storage simply reverts to 5GB.
However if you have more than 5GB data, Backup, Documents and Mail will stop working until you either delete sufficient data to bring them within 5GB or purchase additional storage.
