Previuosly I used to regularly purchase Nokia Music vouchrers for renewal of Nokia Music subscription in my phone. From June 2014, I am not able to buy the vouchers for renewal and I am no more able to enjoy the Nokia Music facility. In India only "oxicash" used to give this service and they have discontinued the service offlate. Please help in suggesting alternate ways to renew my subscription

Hi, dipeshbasnet3. Welcome to the Nokia Support Discussions! Just to verify, this is for Nokia Music Unlimited renewal voucher, correct? If yes, the service is only exclusive to India and China. Even if you are able to purchase renewal vouchers from Oxicash, you have to be within the supported countries to use it.

Now I am getting pop up "Activation Problem : .....see attachemnt" Its very disappointing and shocking that one of the encouraging features in Lumia720 (Nokia Mix Radio) suddenly stops working instead of providing service for 1 Year. Initially this sudden seizure spoiled our mental peace, forcing us to try re-installation and discussions until I read some comment in Support page. Please try to exit the app by pressing the Back key until the device Home screen is displayed. Then re-open the application and try again. If the problem persists, try using a faster network connection, e.g. WiFi."
If above will not help, let us know. You may also contact your local Nokia Support providing the device's IMEI and your Nokia Music username/ID.

I have purchase lumia710 from resale market. I m facing problem in Nokia music subscription. It is showing message 'This phone already registered with unlimited subscription' but I m able to download free music. Also I don't know any details of previous owner. Please suggest me.....

Please use the search function when you have a question as it will often give you your answer straight away.
In short, the phone was registered for the service by the previous owner and you need to contact Nokia Care to get this resolved. There is nothing anyone here can do about this.

I AM UNABLE TO SIGN IN TO THE NOKIA MUSIC STORE ON...

i am unable to sign in to the nokia music store on my computer... everytime i click 'sign up' it will load a page saying i must check the internet connection or try again later. also, i cant get the licenses for the tracks which i have downloaded from my phone... it says that i must check my internet connection in the licensing window!!! BTW i have tried tons of methods to fix this, including deleting the .db data file in the computer, reinstalling ovi player, and typing a command to go to the specific country's store, but nothing seems to be working!!! someone please help me quickly; my CWM membership will expire on the 25th of december, and i am from south africa... thanks

Can not connect to the nokia music centre!!

I am very frustrated, i bought the 5310 so i could get the unlimited music and now when i have downloaded the nokia music centre i am told that there is an issue and i can not connect to the nokia music centre!
Also very annoying is who to call - i bought the phone from carphone warehouse but it is on orange contract however nokia brand ...... who is responsible or can give me assistance re the nokia music centre and issues?
So I have called nokia and they tell me that they have an issue!
Is everybody having this issue or is it just new accounts?
Possibly it has something to do with the new download available which allows some to break through the restrictions re copying and sharing? I have not done this - as i can not even login yet.
Any help would be appreciated.

actually. the case is my friend do not have a nokia id, so i give my id to sign in on his nokia phone. since then whenever i try to download music from nokia music it shows "ActivationProblem : the phone is already registered with a nokia music unlimited subscription". but my friend is able to download music from nokia music using my nokia id with his phone. please suggest me the way how can i get back my nokia unlimited music subscription.. please help me..
