Several PR clubbed to one PO but with several Item lines?

Hello SAP gurus
Is it possible to merge several Purchase requisitions in APO into one Purchase Order but with several item lines in ECC?
If I have 50 PR in APO and CIF them to ECC, I want them to show as one PO with 50 item lines in ECC.
And I also need to know if it's possible to transfer PR from APO to ECC and set it to "blocked" before it is "approved" in ECC.
Like an approval workflow would work in MRP.
I would jump for joy for some answers.

Hi
It is possible. Please try the below steps.
1) Create the PO manually with the total qty of both PR.
2) Go to the delivery schedule tab and there is button to split the delivery scedule, select and split with the required qty
3) Assign the relevant PR to the respective schedule line.
Also you can use the option suggested in the previous message.
Now the PO will have 1 line item but 2 schedule lines

Problems in assignment of a contract with several Items to orders.

Hi everyone,
I have a problem in SD Sales Document Processing :
I have a contract that contains 2 Items (with the same Material Number)
I want to assign this contract to multiple Orders by using the transaction 'VA02' :
Code :
CALL TRANSACTION 'VA02' USING bdcdata MODE 'N' UPDATE 'S' MESSAGE INTO wt_mess.
However, no allocation has taken place !
Table 'wt_mess' contains no error message !
It seems that assignment a contract to orders does not work if the contract contains several Items !
Does someone had the same problem ?

Hi,
I think u have activated the withholding tax for the whole contract. this can be done at the condition type level also in REFX. use the terms tab in the condition tab in the contract for the same. this should work.

Is it possible to 'Load Up' the cursor with several 'Place' items?

It happens often enough that I have a folder with several items I want to place. I can go back and forth individually and command D to the folder window choose the next item and then place in the document. When there are page after page of items, it would be handy to be able to select several items that will go on one page and then 'spit them out' so to speak, from the cursor by repeated clicks, machine-gun style. Is this possible to do?

Absolutely. Select them all. If they aren't in the correct order when you go to place, use the arrow keys to cycle through, and the Esc key to cancel an object.

Relase strategy characteristic with several material groups

Dear Experts,
Actually I'm implementing the MM Module, 6.00 version and I have the following issue:
I created the release strategy Purchase Order, with these characteristics:
- Material group
- Net total purchase order
- Plant
The error consists in the Material Group characteristic don't run with several Material Groups. It seems that it could be possible only with one Material Group.
If you know how I could work the characteristics with several material groups, pleas tell me.

it isn't clear what you mean by "characteristic don't run with several Material Groups":
- is it that you cannot enter multiple values in classification? Then check whether you chosed "Multiple Values" in "Value assignment" subscreen of characteristics maintenance, transaction CT04;
- is it that your release strategy isn't assigned to PREQ with several items with different MATKL values? It is neccessary to realize that if you use the coverall release of PREQ (which I guess you are using), the values of items has to be "summarized" (for purpose of release strategy assignment) into structure CEBAN "Communication Release Strategy Determination: Requisition"; the release strategy classification are then evaluated against this structure; if there is any field which differs for items, it is passed to structure CEBAN as empty; so either you have to have release strategy with MATKL empty, or you can modify the CEBAN content by enhancement M06B0001 "Changes to communication structure for release of requisitions", or you can prevent creation of PREQ with certain not-allowed combination of MATKL via user-exit or badi;

It sounds like you might have broken links to your content. Either repair these by putting the files you've recovered where iTunes expects to find them or delete the broken entries then go to iTunes Store > Purchased > Music > Not on This Computer, and click the download links.
If you have an Apple device see also Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

In oracle forms I have a form with a multi-record block, with several unbound items.
One of these unbound items is a formula based item.
The formula for this item fills the others unbound items.
A procedure with several out parameters is called.
E.g.

I can write database functions as wrappers, one for each out parameter, and use these in a select.
But:
- having one procedure with several out parameters was done for performance reasons.
- I want to leave my database as is, and just replace the client.
Easy as this is using Oracle developer forms, I cannot find out how to do this in any of the APEX examples/documentation.

Splitting a shopping cart with one item line into a PO with several lines

I am using SRM 6.0, I would like to know whether it is possible from a SC with one item line to generate only one PO but with multiple lines for the same vendor. The quantity would be the same.

Hi,
No this is not available in the standard system. I am guessing you mean you have an SC with 1 item qty 10. And you want to split this into eg two items in the PO QTY 5 per item ? This is not possible in the standard system. An item has a unique GUID assigned so if you were to split this item it would lead to further complications generating follow-on documents and carrying out checks on the items.

How to reverse a FI document with line item that is cleared

I have similar problem like the previous post here:

the difference is, the document was posted several months before.
In March, there is 2 vendor document with 3 item, say 100001 and 100002.
the document 100001 is false and changed with 100002 but 100001 is not reversed.
In April, item 3 of document 100001 is cleared with document 200001.
this is wrong because the cleared item should be in document 100002.
this problem is known in October.
How do we fix this problem?

Use <b>Tr. Code: FBRA</b> give document number if you want reset then click on reset or if you want reverse the click reverse.

Remove "MacKeeper" as follows. First, back up all data.
"MacKeeper" has only one useful feature: it deletes itself.
Note: These instructions apply to the version of the product that I downloaded and tested in early 2012. I can't be sure that they apply to other versions.
IMPORTANT: "MacKeeper" has what the developer calls an “encryption” feature. In my tests, I didn't try to verify what this feature really does. If you used it to “encrypt” any of your files, “decrypt” them before you uninstall, or (preferably) restore the files from backups made before they were “encrypted.” As the developer is not trustworthy, you should assume that the "decrypted" files are corrupt unless proven otherwise.
In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Applications
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-A. The "MacKeeper" application is in the folder that opens. Quit it if it's running, then drag it to the Trash. You'll be prompted for your login password. Then a dialog will pop up asking why you want to uninstall it. You don't have to provide that information. Enter anything you like in the text box, then click the Uninstall MacKeeper button. All the functional components of the software will be deleted. Reboot.
Do not empty the Trash after dragging the MacKeeper application to it. Let the application delete itself.
Do not try to uninstall by dragging the MacKeeper icon in the Dock or the LaunchPad to the Trash.
Here are some general suggestions. If you want your computer to be usable, don't install crapware, such as “themes,” "haxies," “add-ons,” “toolbars,” “enhancers," “optimizers,” “accelerators,” "boosters," “extenders,” “cleaners,” "doctors," "tune-ups," “defragmenters,” “firewalls,” "barriers," “guardians,” “defenders,” “protectors,” most “plugins,” commercial "virus scanners,” "disk tools," or "utilities." Someone told me that the text item is dummy and should be used as a manual of certain standard item. But the manual may be a book or several papers and it also takes up some inventory not a dummy.
So, could some body tell me what the text item (TATX) exact is and what function it has.

you can use TATX if you like to enter a text and to print some information between the item lines.

How to create a subform with several initialized rows?

I have a repeating subform in my form that should start with several initialized rows.
I can create several empty rows by setting the binding to "repeat subform for each data item" and setting the "min count", but I'd like to have values in one of the columns so this doesn't get me there.
I can create multiple instances of my named subform and initialize the value for the column in question, but then if I have the "repeat subform for each data item" checked I get additional dups of all but the first row and the delete button (with click action "this.parent.instanceManager.removeInstance(this.parent.index);") and add button (click action "_rates.addInstance(1)") behave erratically. By this I mean the add button sometimes adds rows with values that have been deleted previously, and the delete button sometimes pops up an alert saying something like "topmostSubform[0]:Page1[0]:rates[10]:delete_button[0].click Index value is out of bounds".
There is no binding to a data source where I could pull the values for the column I wish to initialize. I feel I'm close, if only I could find the correct settings for the binding palette.

Thank you for the suggesting Srini. I'm trying to implement but struggling with the scripting for the buttons and the binding settings.
I've tried the following for the click action for the delete buttons in each row:
     this.parent.instanceManager.removeInstance(this.parent.index);
and this for the click action for the add button under the table:
     rate_table._Row1.addInstance(true);
When I click on delete the javascript debugger pops up and tells me:
     GeneralError: Operation failed.
     XFAObject.removeInstance:1:XFA:topmostSubform[0]:Page1[0]:rate_table[0]:Row2[0]:delete_bu tton[0]:click
     The element [min] has violated its allowable number of occurrences.
and when I click the add button the debugger tells me:
     General Error: Operation failed.
     XFAObject:addInstance:1:XFA:topmostSubform[0]:Page1[0]:#subform[16]:add_rates_button[0]:c lick
     The element [max] has violated its allowable number of occurences.
Sounds like my binding settings are wrong, but I haven't been able to determine a correct combination. Can you assist?

LOV regions - possible to use several items as query-able criteria

I have a question about LOV regions –
Is it possible to have several items that are query-able criteria and result for a LOV region?
Addition to the LOV–input-item itself, I’d like to have another item that will be used as one of the criteria’s to the LOV-query.
I’ve defined the “Criteria Item” value for an additional item, which his “LOV Region Item” is query-able, but the value doesn’t appear in the search field,
When entering the LOV-region.
Do I have to add the additional criteria to the LOV by initializing the VO?

Seems lot of confusion with LOV. Well first thing to do is to go through the LOV section of Dev guide for more understanding.
As for your questions, yes, you can have multiple items that are query-able criteria and result. You can use another item as the criteria to lov query, but it has to be a form element.
If your criteria is set properly, you don't need to initialize VO manually.
