hello, i ordered photoshop on creative cloud in August 2014 on a monthly plan, had no problems installing and using etc, until both mine and my girlfriends laptops were damaged. I then stopped paying my monthly plan. and PS was deactivated. I recently got a new laptop which im using currently, it is an aspire one with windows 7. I paid my debt to adobe to reactivate, Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) . I then downloaded creative cloud and logged in as usual, i go to the apps page to install PS but it only has an option that says TRY. i looked into the problem and found that with my account i can only have PS installed on two devices, and the only two solutions i saw was to uninstall on the other devices and then re install. This is my problem, my girlfriend chucked her laptop straight in the bin whilst I have mine in the cupboard in pieces not working. or the other option was to open a new account with adobe. I dont really want to follow that option as I have just paid my debt and subscription for the next month and i dont want to change my email address associated with the adobe account. Any advice or solutions will be appreciated, thank you.

First check to see your plan is active: Adobe ID
Try launching Photoshop choosing Trial instead of a purchase.
Mac /Applications/Photoshop CC/Photoshop CC.app
Windows C:\Program files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC\Photoshop CC.exe
Then once inside, go to Help > Sign in... There, use the email address and password for your account and it should activate.
If that does not work, could you tell me what version of PS you have and what os version you are using? -
Problem downloading creative cloud desktop
I am having a hard time downloading creative cloud desktop it is not progressing. There is a tiny bit of the green bar , but it has not budged past that for the last hour. Help please?

If you are using Windows please cancel the current installation. Once the installation is canceled please rename the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE folder to OOBE_old. Once the folder is renamed please try installing the Creative Cloud Desktop application from https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. -
I have tried many times to download creative cloud desktop app such as AI, LR, PS, ID and so on. the following message appears You are running an operating system that Illustrator no longer supports. Refer to the system requirements for a full list of supported platforms. The only one I have succeeded to download are DW and MU.

My machine crashed at the first attempt to download, now the Adobe installer is stuck at 10% when trying to download Creative Cloud desktop. do I need to purge some files to get it going? iMac 10.6.8 Internet service is fine. Thanks.
Thomh57685518 I would strongly encourage you to run Mac OS 10.7 or later if possible. You can find the system requirements for the Creative Cloud applications at System requirements | Creative Cloud.

I am trying to install CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe file, started it up, and for last several hours "Downloading Creative Cloud desktop" bar is moving nowhere.
I am behind firewall. Thanks.AlexDorfman I would recommend asking your I.T. department to review Creative Cloud for enterprise for information on how to configure the firewall to allow the Creative Cloud Desktop application to download.

Ive backed up my phone and restored it after updating the software and now a lot of my apps are greyed out and i cant access them via the phone interface
I can only access them via the App storeI did plug it into itunes and then backed it up to the cloud (im actually wondering if thats my problem)
then restored it from the cloud.
Maybe I should restore it from the computer (when its plugged into itunes?)

Hello. I have two version of Office for Mac. 2008 and 2001. I want to delete the 2008 version. If I use the removal tool within the Offie 2008 folder, is there any danger of the 2001 version being removed too. Thanks Dave UK
Do you mean Office 2008 and 2011 or do you really want Office 2001? I think you mean 2011 since Office 2001 wouldn't make much sense.
The Office uninstaller should be able to identify there are two versions and allow you to delete either one or both. -
I can't download creative cloud desktop
it starts to download and the bar gets about half way, then nothing happens, tried several times now.

It is an unusually large file size, or are many people experiencing this issue? It seems to have been stalled for two hours - no movement. My internet connection is fine.
