Rent amount distribution for multiple vendors in Contract.
hi all,
As per my client Business scenario the rent amount need to distribute multiple vendors as ratio wise.Currently we are using version ECC 6.0 with SR3. I know that we have multiple vendors concept where we can distribute the amount as ratio wise.
But I am unable assign multiple vendors and where I can give percentage for each vendor.
Any patches I need to apply for getting this? Please provide the solution for this.

This functionality is available in RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate). Check if this is active in your system.
Then in the contract condition tab you can maintain the multiple vendors alongwith their percentage details for a particular condition and effective date.

I have Included vendor(LIFNR) in all these structures.Now I am using three internal tables to hold opening balance, Closing balance and line item accounting documents from bseg table respectively.here, I need to collect all these three internal tables into one internal table according to vendor(LIFNR) with it's opening balance, accounting documents and closing balance. can anyone guide me through this so that I can collect all these three internal tables into single one.

One cheque for multiple vendors
hi,
is it possible to generate one cheque for multiple vendors ?
cheque will be sent to bank and bank will deposit the amounts into vendor banks.

Yes. you can do it
First transfer the amount to bank and from there bank will transfer the amount to respective vendors through ther banks.
Go for implementing automatic payment programme according to your client reqyuirement. Check TCode F110 which is master transaction for APP. Check at TCode F110-Environment-maintain Config.....

How to Maintain Payment with one check for Multiple Vendors?
Dear Gurus,
i have a scenario for outgoing payment, here it is
i have some open items for multiple vendors. say it for open item
1. with amount 5000 USD for vendor A
2. wiht amount 10000 USD for vendor B
my company pay both open item 1 & 2 with one check, say the check no is 27382830 and the amount is 15000 USD. The check is given to the Bank as an order to Pay the vendor. so the check does not have receiver name. i attach a formal letter to the bank to ask them for making payment with that check. the letter contains a detail the amount, vendor bank account number, account holder, and the vendor name.
so how i can threat this business scenario into SAP? i want to trace check number used to pay the vendors.
hope you can give some clues. is it possible to maintain scenario above with automatic payment?

Yes you can map this scenario in SAP and use F110 for this. But you will also have to use some Z programs..
1. For F110 FBZP configuration, maintain outgoing bank clearing Account (this will be a dummy account and not the actual Outgoing Bank Account) as the Bank Sub Account.
By doing this when you run payment in F110, entry will be
Vendor A A/c...Dr.
outgoing bank clearing Account Cr.(1)
Vendor B A/C... Dr.
outgoing bank clearing Account Cr.(2)
2.Then you will have to use Post with clearing transaction codes and make one entry
outgoing bank clearing Account Cr.(1)..Dr.
outgoing bank clearing Account Cr.(2)..Dr.
To Bank Outgoing Account(Actual Bank outgoing Account) Cr.
3. Now, when you get the single cheque no. from Bank against both the vendors, then thru FB02, change the assignment field/Reference field for Che No. updates.
But do check BRS also for its reconciliation.. If you do it on a daily basis.. then it would not be difficult.

Hi gurus. When I run FBL1N for a single vendor, the vendor name shows up. If I run FBL1N for multiple vendors, the list is subtotaled by vendor number, but the name goes away. How can I get the vendor name show up when the list is for multiple vendors?

JanetWell, we'll just have to deal with the header data. It is REALLY strange to me that NAME1 is a field you can choose in this report but not in FBL1N.
By the way, we try very hard to give our users a usable solution so that they don't have to download to excel. However, SAP doesn't always cooperate...... : (
