Rented movie but can´t oppened on ipad mini

Hello there,
I dowloaded a movie on my ipad mini, i rented it on SD format. The film seems to be successfully downloaded. After a day when i decided to watch it, went to videos, appears as rented movie, but when i click on play, after a few seconds, the movie dissapered; doesnt oppened at all!!! I´ve tried with the wifi connected and also doesnt work.
I made a sync with the itunes recenlty updated. On itunes apperas the rented movie on the ipad. I believed the movie didn´t dowloaded properly. I know i cannot transfer to my Desktop. I´ve tried to download again but system displays if I want to rented again, thus paying twice.
So my question is: Does anybody knows how to request a refund in order to rented threw my itunes desktop? or any suggestions are more than welcome.

PS. I rented it in Costa Rica Central America. Went to website and seems it is allowed to rented in my region.

If you rented it on your iPad then it should have downloaded into its Videos app - if it hasn't completed downloading then it might still show in the iTunes app in a Downloads tab in it (Downloads only shows if there are downloads happening), the iTunes app on your iPad is just the store.
If it doesn't show in Videos then does it show via the iPad's spotlight search screen : pull down the centre of the homescreen (not from the very top of the screen, that will open Notification Centre) ?
If you rented it on your computer's iTunes then you will have to connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and use its Movies tab to move it over to the iPad - rentals are a one-time only download, so won't show on your iPad for redownloading.
If you can't find it on the device/computer that you rented it on then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Ios 8.0.2- downloaded, but can't sign onto ipad mini

Finally downloaded the new version of ios 8.0.2, and now it will not allow me to sign on to my ipad mini?? Why has this happened and how do I log onto my devise?? I've pressed, swiped, with no luck. I then, connected to my laptop and the iTunes error message reads "iTunes has detected and iPad in recovery mode. You must restore the iPad before it can be used with iTunes". I don't want to lose any of my information stored on the iPad mini, please help, is there a solution to this madness?

What are you seeing on the iPad's screen ? If it's gone into recovery mode (does it show the iTunes icon and cable ?) then it's too late to take a new backup - prior to starting the update did you not take a backup, either to the cloud and/or to your computer's iTunes, that you can restore to ?

Anyone else unable to rent movies, but can purchase tv shows?

Any one else seeing this? I can buy music and TV shows but when I try to rent a movie it says itunes connection problem please try later. But I don't see anyone else complaining so I figure I must be unique but highly doubt it. Memorial Day weekend and would love to sit back and rent some movies. iTunes store doesn't seem to have a way to notify of issues either.

Odd, the same thing happened to me last night when trying to rent "The Orphanage." But I was able to rent "There Will Be Blood."
Anyone else afflicted? Hazard a guess as to what's going on?

No, you cannot move content from one iGadget to another. What you can do is download the content onto the other device, either from the iTunes Store directly or from your Library stored in the computer where you have installed iTunes. There is a limit to how many different iGadgets you can download a single purchase to, the magic number being four (4), IIRC.

I'm a bit lost - you first say

then you say
" If I take an unused SD card and record video with my camera, it will see, and import the file to the Photo app."
In the first statement, aren't you using an SD card in the camera? And what do you mean by "unused SD card"? Cameras put their files in specific folders on a card, and your device only reads photos and video from those folders, not from anywhere else on the card.

Thank you, I think we are close but this hasn't worked since the instructions per the document call for a selection of File>get into, which does not come up as a "bold" choice and is therefore not accessible, at least on my computer. It sounds like we are on the right track but I am not able to follow the instructions since the choices, as outlined in the article, are not chosable on my menu. Not sure what the problem is?
