The last two movies I have rented remain on my iTouch, although I cannot watch them. They continue to take up valuable space and have been on the iTouch for about two months. Any way to manually remove them?

Rented movie not playing. I have 81Mbps Internet and can stream anything else HD. it's not WiFi either because signal strength is full and I can view anything other than rented movies on apple TV unit. it charges me for renting but doesn't play

Rented "Gone Girl" on apple tv. It charges me, but will not play for more than 4 seconds at a time. I have exercised every step of apple's troubleshooting and nothing fixes the problem. I have a very strong, steady 81 Mbps Internet connection speed and can stream any other HD through the apple tv except for this rented movie. This is not the first time this has happened either. I just gave apple $6 for free and am currently watching the movie streaming through my cable provider's on demand channel with ease. Oh yeah, and when I seek apple support for the issue, apple wants $2 just to contact someone! Give me my money back please and I will never attempt to use your poor tv service again.

The limitation of approximately 200 titles has been discussed before, we can't be sure whether it will be something that gets fixed or not. I'm not really sure what your other issues are, if I use search instead of lists, I find whatever I want and am able to rent or purchase subject to those options being available for that particular title.

ITunes rented movie not outputting Dolby Digital 5.1 audio

The problem with the downloaded movie (Real Steel HD) is
that the Dolby Digital 5.1 (English) audio is not being putput. The movie is only playing back in
"stereo" mode. When playing back on iTunes there are four audio tracks
to choose from:
1. English 1 (This plays stereo)
2. English 2 (NO SOUND) - I believe this should be the Dolby Digital track
3. French (This plays stereo)
4. Spanish (This plays stereo)
Neither of the two English tracks is outputting Dolby Digital 5.1 audio.
I have confirmed that my PC is capable of up to 7.1 surround sound and
my A/V receiver is capable of even more. I have updated both the ATI
Radeon 4500 driver and the Realtek drivers. I have tested and
confirmed that my PC is capable of outputting sound to all 5 of my
speakers and my subwoofer, HOWEVER when playing back the rented movie
in iTunes the maximum audio is stereo. I have the latest version of
iTunes installed, so that shouldn't be the problem.
I have also purchased another movie advertised as Dolby Digital 5.1
audio (The Bourne Supremecy HD) but I am afraid to begin my 24-hour
viewing period because of these audio problems being unresolved.
My question is: Are there known issues of movies purchased on iTunes
and played back on a Windows 7 PC not playing the Dolby Digital
tracks? If so, is there a fix for this via an iTunes settings change
or a Windows update patch?
From the four audio tracks that I listed above, I believe track 2 is
the Dolby Digital track, yet there is NO SOUND when that track is
selected.
Please help, as this is pretty frustrating when your movie night is ruined for the family especially after you've paid for and waited for the movie to download.

I managed to get my DD tracks working.
First had to update itunes to the latest version (10.7.0.21) to get rid of the out of sync sound problem

After all that. I tunes wasn't allowing anymore to select the Doubly Digital 5.1 tracks (an improvement).
Then went to the windows properties for the realtek optical output and checked both options to allow application exclusive access and to have priority (http://dailykermit.wordpress.com/2009/09/11/windows-7-exclusive-device-control/)
After all this, I was able to enjoy my rental

Rented Movies not showing up on iPad?

I downloaded three movies on my computer (I was able to use a very nice high speed lan connection) as rentals to watch on a trip. I sync'ed my iPad to the computer, however after I did the sync, I still don't see the rented movies. Any suggestions? I do see a movie I bought with no issues but not any of the rented ones.

Ok you got me going down a road, thanks... But Here's what I find when I go into "Help"
To transfer a rental to iPod, iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV:
Connect your device to your computer.
In iTunes, select your device (below Devices):
Click the Movies or TV Shows tab, depending upon the item you rented.
Select the rented item.
Click Move.After you transfer a rental, it’s removed from your iTunes library.
Still no luck...

Not being remove Blank space in Supplier Name

Actully we have round more than 200 supplier having supplier name with space due to this client face problem especially in parameter while running reprots or sometime occur in oracle application, therefor i have developed this routine to remove space from the left & right side of suppliername, but not being update although some update get performed when package execute showig status sucessfull & error is blank as mentioned below.
If any know about to update supplier name in Fron-End, right now we update supplier name but it's not wokrin could y please guide how can we upadate supplier name individulay so we can do it fron-end as per needed.

Just a thought..
How about creating a new supplier and then opt for Supplier Merge?
Using supplier merge you may transfer all the open PO's and invoices of the old supplier to the new
supplier. By using the supplier merge, the old supplier would be end date automatically by the
system.
P.S. I am NOT sure whether there exist a datafix to edit the supplier name.

Rented movie not showing up in iTunes to watch on my laptop

Am having trouble watching a rented movie, it is not past the 30 days. The movie is not in the video section in iTunes. Please help?!

The itunes app is where you buy music. This is not where you watch movies.
Depending on the ios version, it will be in the videos app or the ipod app.

What do I do when it says a rented movie can not be moved over to your iphone because you are not authorized on this computer. Except I am authorized on this computer.

I believe rented movies are only active for 24 hours AFTER you've started watching it. Did you watch a little of it after downloading which started the 24 hour clock?

Rented movie not showing up on iPod Touch's "videos"

I just rented my first movie on iTunes and went through the process of "moving" it to my iPod Touch 2G. In iTunes it shows that it is now on my iPod, and I can see that my video filespace has significantly increased since the transfer. However, on my iPod, under "videos" the movie does not show up. The only items listed are two TV episodes which I earlier purchased and transferred. I tried moving it back to my computer, and then moving it back again to my iPod, but no luck. Any thoughts on how to access my rented movie on my iPod?

I have the same exact issue. Rented a movie yesterday. itunes downloaded it. it was in my library. i moved it to the device. I synced. it shows it is taking up space on my ipod but I cannot find where I can play it. Even installed the new 2.2.1 software and that didnt affect this. how do I play what I rented?

ASA-5585-X 8.4(6)5 Idle connections are not being removed according to timeout settings

Just a quick question if anybody has run into a bug where the ASAs "timeout" settings are not being applied to idle connections.
It seems that our ASA running the software level 8.4(6)5 is not tearing down connections. This mainly seems to be a problem in one Security Context where there are around 300k UDP connections (related to VOIP phones) that are not being torn down. Idle timers on the connections are going as far as 700 hours. Common to all the UDP connections is also the fact that only 19 Bytes of data has been transmitted on the connection built on the firewall. I am not sure what the purpose of these UDP Connections is as both the source and destination port is a random high port.
I was not able find any Bug ID which description would match the situation I am seeing. I did not see anything in the release notes of 8.4(7) or its interrim release either that would list thing kind of bug.

This caveat seems to be the closest match as 8.4.6 is the affected ASA code.

Rented Movies not syncing

For whatever reason my rented movies will not transfer over to my 3G iPod Nano. I've restored the nano and updated from 7.6 to 7.7. Neither worked. Every time I move the file from iTunes into the 3G Nano in the rented movies tab and hit apply, it gives the following error:
The rented movie "Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story" could not be transferred to the iPod because an unknown error occurred (404).
Same thing happens when I try and move over There Will Be Blood. Each expires in 29 days.
Windows XP machine...I'm at work.
Nano has the latest software.

FYI, I didn't post this 3 times for attention, the server wasn't working correctly earlier and timed-out. Must have happen when I clicked back to submit.

Being connected to WiFi or a cell network has nothing to do with charging. The iPad will charge when connected to the charger or an appropriate USB port regardless of whether the iPad is connected to a network of any type, or even has ever had such a network connection set up.

I figured it just didn't download, but when I went to rent it again I got the message that I had already rented the movie.
