Reopen documents on startup do not use the saved view!

in prior versions, when i started DW, all my open documents would show up in the last view i was using them. now most of them open up default in design-view. but i always use code-view. it is very annoying, as i have to manually switch all back to code-view (and i am parallel working with many documents...)
is this a bug, or is there a new hidden option in order to set the old behaviour?
...i just noticed that this happens with all PHP-files and not with CSS-files

There is no syncing, when you save a document to iCloud it is stored there and is available to all clients of the account. When you open it for editing you are opening the original file.

Working with documents via BEx Analyzer not using the portal

Hello,
i read that we are able to create (work) with documents (comments) via
BEx Analyzer. When i want to add a comment how it is described in the
help we get connected to the portal. We dont want to use the portal for
that. Therefore we searched a way to skip the portal. We read that in
BW Versions before 7.0 the portal was not connected but since 7.0 we
have the portal connectivity, but it should also possible to not use
the portal and to access directly the BI Server. I searched for the
Customizing to do so but i could not find it where to switch to the old
logic.
And another question is when we use the Portal with the knowledge base . The documents are stored in the document framework (SKWF). Is it the same as the Datawarehousing Workbench --> documents. This storage we want to use.
Can anyone give me a hint?

Hi Murat,
We are also facing the same issue of when trying to create/access the documents from BEx analyzer it is connecting portal , we need to bypass portal and directly access the document browser in BW server.
In your thread you mentioned it is done. So can you please let me know how did you enable the old configuration?. It will be very much helpful to us.

Use the Character Viewer to enter special characters and symbols, such as mathematical symbols, letters with accent marks, emoticons, arrows and other “dingbats,” into your documents.
You can also use the Character Viewer to enter Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean characters, as well as characters from other languages.
Enter special characters or symbols from the Character Viewer
Open a document, and place the insertion point where you want the special character or symbol to appear.
Choose Edit > Special Characters to open the Character Viewer, or choose Show Character Viewer from the Input menu in the menu bar (looks like a flag or character).If you don’t see Show Character Viewer in the Input menu, follow the steps in this topic to show the Character Viewer in the menu bar.

I mean is there any table updates the flag or document number. This document numbers are available in table BKPF.
I will explain clearly.
1) If new document is created... then BKPF will created entry with Doc type is "AC"
2) If above document is reversed using transaction FBR2.... then table BKPF will create document with doc type "AD".
But How would we knows Document type "AC "is reversed or not? Is there any field will update for this doc is reversed or not?

Well, you aren't getting the correct response because you're using the wrong term and likely the posters aren't familiar with FBR2. FBR2 is not a reversal transaction. When you use FBR2, you are simply generating a REVERSE posting, not a 'reversal' or cancellation. The REVERSE (meaning 'opposite') posting is made according to the configuration you have for your document types and posting keys. The only way you can identify this is via the TCODE field.

When I thing of the Thousands of dollars I have spent to get a 2000 song library and how Applle keeps screwing Windows users (no back-up of songs) I just think what a fool I was.

I did think about that and if I have to I will do that, however there are about 50 songs. I have closed and reopened iTunes several times and I am sure that I have the latest version. It fails right away but I can click on the cloud download icon and download the song that it failed on ... therefore it is not that song "or any one song" causing the issue. Any ideas?

Great exercise to document the problem like this. It got me thinking about how an app with modules would be different from an app that does not use modules. Solution: I moved the dummy reference of PersonPhotoView out to the main application file (as opposed to being inside the module) and it worked. The Porblem here is the application is seen started in visual administrator.Only restart brings up the page back.

How to print pdf file not using the the adobe reader ?

i used the adobe sdk to open a pdf file in read and modify it serveral times and each time save it to another directory,and now i need to write a program to print the pdf file in this directory.when print the file,i want to continue my work also,so who i tell me how to solve this problem?

The SDK is only a collection of documentation and headers that show you how to interact with and automate Adobe Acrobat and to some extent Adobe Reader. You need a copy of Acrobat or Reader installed on the system in order to use any of the SDK functions. You cannot "print not using the Adobe Reader", unless you have Adobe Acrobat installed on the system instead of Reader.

I have installed firefox 8.0.1. When I start firefox up it says I have the latest version, but simultaneously there is a warning saying that I do not use the latest version?.

Chances are you mis-typed a character in the Wifi password and the devices saved that information. Now whenever you try to connect the device refers to the wrong password and the Jetpack does not accept your connection. Tell your devices to forget the wireless connection and start over.
Once you enter the proper WiFi credentials the Jetpack will allow you to connect.
