Repair Python framework

Question

Hello,
I've been scouring these boards for a way to repair my Leopard installation. In my zeal while trying to install SciPy / Numpy, etc. and update to the latest version of Python, I deleted some key components to the Python framework. I was so frustrated by the 2, 3, 4 Python installs that I deleted them all and started from scratch ... not a good call, in hindsight.
Currently, my Leopard install has
/Library/Frameworks/Python.Framework/Versions/{2.3, 2.5, Current}
/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.Framework/Versions/2.5
However, I'm missing the 2.3 version in the /System/Library/Frameworks/Python.Framework/Versions/2.5, and a significant number of the extra libraries that come installed by default with Leopard (numpy, wx, etc.)
I'm hoping to find a method for re-installing the Python framework from the Leopard install disk to get it back to its original form with "minimal invasiveness". Is there any hope for me? =)

But there's a definite moral here, don't mess with the frameworks =)
Or use a sandbox such as the one in SuperDuper before attempting these kinds of stunts, in the future
