Repairing the Ipod (running out of time)

I have less than 30 days on my warranty and my ipod has completely stopped working. Anyway the problem is, I've filled out a service request form - but the last page (which presumably had further instructions / where I send it to etc..) came up with a DNS error so i tried to reload the page but it wouldn't come up.
Now I can't access the page to know what I'm meant to do. I tried going "back" then clicking "next" - but I got a site error telling me that form had already been completed and I couldn't do it twice. When I check my service request status page this comes up:

But what am I meant to do now?? I havn't had any instructions. How do I know where I send my ipod to to get it repaired?? What do I print out and send?

Okay...I am a newbie but I in the process of going through this. If you are after six months but before one year since purchase, they will tell you the amount you have to pay for shipping and handling. For me, it was $30 and change. Then, they ship you the box for shipping the ipod. They use DHL for shipping which for me has not been good. They left the empty box on my front porch during a storm with a tornado watch! (I digress!)
They should send you am email and you should be able to track the progress of the repair on line. If you didn't get charged for S&H or get an email, I would say it didn't go through. Maybe you could wait 24 hours and try entering it again. You could also try to find a phone number and tell them what happened.
Good luck! I am anxious to see if I get my IPOD back anytime soon. The guy at the mailing place said Apple really made it difficult so you wouldn't send it back for repair. I hope he was completely wrong! Keep your fingers crossed for me, too!

It does take some time for a movie to download, could it still be downloading ? Also the rental tab is only there when you have rented a movie. If all else fails talk to iTunes support, they have helped me in the past.

HT201210 Iphone 4 goes into recovery mode every time the battery runs out?

Iphone keeps returning to recovery mode when the battery runs out and is charged up again. I have updated the software and it still requires a system restore everytime the battery dies, does anyone have an information to help resolve this issue?

That's what I did. When selected restore, it downloaded and verified the installer, and then threw the error that the phone is in recovery mode instead of proceeding with the restore. I then tell it a second time to restore and it proceeds to restore; but I never get the message that the 4 has successfully unlocked.

Connect the device to your iTunes library in Recovery Mode using the instructions in this Apple support document and restore it to factory settings.

Please help with cancellation! running out of time

i really really need to cancel my purchase of illustrator, my first month is about to be over and i am running out of time! i can't seem to be able to do it according to the proper steps, because it does not appear in my plans or downloaded items. all that appears is a free creative cloud plan which does not have the option of cancellation. according to my bank, adobe has charged me for the first month of the package, so i don't know why it does not appear in my packages. please help as soon as possible. is there no way to contact adobe other than these forums?

NEED Help Running Out Of Time+++Q:Opening a PSD file in Illustrator Question???

Hello everyone!!! Hope everyone is staying dry and warm!!!
I have some artwork im doing for screen printing and a friend has been sending me some artwork to work on. The problem we are having is some of the artwork will open in Illustrator or CorelX4 and stay editable but then he will send me some that when I open in Illustrator it gives me this message and then will not be editable:

Can anyone tell us why this is happening??? I have researched this with no answers so far??? He is using PSD2 and Im usin PSD4 and Illustrator4

Photoshop is capable of saving files that are 16 or 32 bit depth. This has to do with the amount of colors that are accessable. The message you are seeing is telling you that it will convert the file back to 8 bit color space for you. This bit depth is talking about per channel, not over all. So a cmyk file would have 8 bits for cyan, 8 for megenta, 8 for yellow and 8 for black. Having a higher amount of bits per channel, photoshop is then capable of doing things like smoother gradients, retreiving data from raw images to produce an image that shows more highlights and shadows without the clipping and so forth.
Most basic monitors are only 8 bit, same goes for most printers. So unless you need to access the extra color depth, you should be fine in 8 bit. If you don't want to see this message, just tell your friend to send the images at 8 bit.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Unsync all music and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

thn go to the summary tab( by default u will be in the summary tab..
then at the bottom it'll show u what items and taking the space.. and u can delete accordingly

Most common origin.
1. Imported audio from iTunes.
• In iTunes copy out as an audio-CD .aiff
• Use this in Your movie project
2. Low - Free Space on Start-up/Boot/Internal/Mac OS Hard disk makes it hard for iMovie to work as intended.
Down to 1.3 GB and it doesn’t work - especially audio don’t migrate over to Media Browser
(iM’08 & 09)
3. Material in iMovie’08 & 09 - Shared to Media Browser and here selected as Large
large.m4v. It silenced out this project in iDVD. By making a slight alteration - provocing it to ask for a new Share/Publish to Media Browser and here selecting 640x480 - and audio was back when a new iDVD project was created including this movie.

Had the same problem; some Googling around gave me a kludgy, but effective fix
Downgrade Perian from recent versions back to version 1.0.
That worked for me, and so far I haven't encountered any deficiencies—except it takes more advanced versions of Perian to enable QuickTime to handle subtitles in .srt format—that I have noticed.
7. GarageBand fix.
In this set audio to 44.1 kHz (Klaus1 suggestion)
(if this don’t work try 48 kHz - me guessing)
Before burning the DVD.
• Do a DiskImage (File menu and down)
• Double click on the .img file
• Test it with Apple DVD-player
If it’s OK then make Your DVD.
Burn at x1 speed.... (or x4)
• In iDVD 08 - or - 09
• Burn from DiskImage with Apple’s Disk Utilities application
• OR burn with Roxio Toast™ if You got it

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I have tried as you suggested, and when opening the "purchased" apps some have the icloud logo next to them, but I only have "OPEN" against "Find My iPhone". When opening it up, it goes through the same routine; needs to be updated before proceeding, and wouldn't update because I don't have IOS8.
Anything else I could try, or am I doomed!

After the battery run out my iPad turns off

My iPad turns off when the battery run out. Then I plug-in it for recharging. iPad start with Appel sight then switch off again. Then again start with Appel and off again. So it is not stoping on/off and not recharging. The USB cord is good, other devices recharging properly. That to do?

Plug your iPad into the original charger & block in a wall outlet and leave it alone for a couple of hours. Then, while it is still plugged in, restart it by holding down the home button and the power button for 10-15 seconds until you see the Apple, then let go.
