Repeat Count not correct in the SCOM "Alert" Report

Hi Team
I have an alert 'XYZ' for Server A in my SCOM that has a Repeat Count of 300. I can see that in "All Alerts" on the SCOM console.
But when I run the report "Alert" from under "Microsoft Generic Report Library" for this server A as object. I see that for alert 'XYZ' repeat count is just 1.
Is this a known Issue or Bug in SCOM reports.
Can someone please help me understand why this value is just 1 in SCOM report?

When we run "Alert" SCOM report, [dbo].Microsoft_SystemCenter_DataWarehouse_Report_Library_AlertReportDataGet] is the Stored Procedure that runs in background.
I analyzed this and found that Repeat Count of an Alert in this Report has a different meaning than the one in the Alert Properties.
In Reports, Repeat count is the number of alerts that have the same AlertProblemGUID.
Apparently, Each alert has its own AlertGUID and AlertProblemGUID.
Hence the Repeat Count in Reports is different.
Rarely for an alert its AlertGUID and AlertProblemGUID are same.

    b)     JIPC Sales tax 4% in condition amount (as per condition record) , calculated by the FI Pricing procedure is 8%, condition value is Rs 8 instead of Rs 4

    Issue  2)
    While creating Goods receipt aginst PO (Tax code V2 in PO). Movement type 101, Excise tab appears at Header and Item level and we need to put the Vendors Excise Invoice and date, nothing is copied from the PO for Excise duty  & sales tax.
    Now we put the values for ED and Sales tax manually in the MIGO and saved the document. While display material document, excise tab is not there i.e. no excise related activiy is captured here in goods receipt.

    1.Check the condition types JMIP & JMIC in IMG - Financial accting New - FI AC Global settings - Taxes on sales and purchases - Check calculation procedure - Define condition type.
    2.The condition types you have used are defined for non deductible taxes i.e., it gets inventorised, added to the material account.And also the accural key assigned to this condition types are NVV - defined for non ded input taxes.
    3.Instead the condition types defined by SAP Standard system for BED & ST are JMOP & JIPS and the accurals assigned to this are VS1 & VS5.

    IMG>SAP Netweaver>general setting>set countries>Define Countries in mySAP Systems>select the coutry and double click on it>u will get properties tab under which  ISO code is defined. Here u have to enter country name in ISO CODE and ISO code 3 char [enter the relevant 3 char as per your country.
    Also check Set Country-Specific Checks--> double click on country and check the length and checking rule (ex vat reg no)

    Reason can be due to,
    The length of the VAT number, which is important for this check,
    is stored in field UINLN.
    If the check comes across an invalid format, an incorrect country key, or an incorrect check digit, the exception NOT_VALID is triggered, and an error message is sent.  If the check runs successfully, nothing will be drawn to the attention of the user.
    The check rules are stored in table T005 in the field PRUIN.
    There are few rules defined for
    1          Maximum value length, without gaps
    2          Maximum value length, numerical, without gaps
    3          Length to be kept to exactly, without gaps
    4          Length to be kept to exactly, numerical, without
    5          Maximum value length

    Problem: We have identifed an issue with editing calendar permissions using the Outlook Connector. Basically the calendar ACEs are evaluated on a first match basic. Outlook Connector does not correctly order the permissions when they are updated. A brief example is below. Editing permissions via UWC works fine and will in fact fix any out of order ACE entries.
    Basic calendar permission:

    This issue is most likely related to bug #6471869 (Outlook Connector allows invites to users with restricted permissions). This has been fixed in the latest Outlook Connector 7.1_233 (aka 122018-09). I recommend logging a Sun support case to get a copy of this new release.

    I created 20 quiz questions, but the output say there are 255.  The slides between do not have quizzing enabled.

    I have a similiar problem. However, I am tracking user activity through tracking "next" buttons. Each button (and other interactions) has a objective ID and interaction id. The objective id is the same throughout the course; however each interaction and quiz item have different interaction ids. The total quiz items is shown as 54 and the first question is shown as question 50 or 54.
    The course will be published to Blackboard as the LMS; I am using SCORM 1.2
    The following settings are needed to track the user activity throughout the course, specifically the "next" buttons:
    1. include in quiz
    2. report answers
    The  answers to the problem of total quiz items not matching the actual number of questions has you turn off the include in quiz for interactions. How is this problem resolved when you want these interactions included with the information passed through SCORM to the LMS?

  • Messages App (OS 10.8.4) Does Not Correctly Display the Read Count.

    For a while now, the messages app in Mountain Lion does not mark an iMessage as being "read." If I read an iMessage on my iPhone, then it will update the read count in the messages app on my MacBook Pro to show it has been read. If I read an iMessage on my MacBook Pro, the blue dot stays and the read count remains unchanged. Can someone point me in the right direction on getting the read count to work again?

    And yes, the "read" count is updated between devices. This always worked for me until 10.8.2 was released and it broke on my main system. I have another computer and it continues to work. I read an iMessage on that computer, the blue dots go away from my iPhone and no iMessages show up on the lock screen. For some reason my main computer doesn't function this way anymore.

    In WAD 3.x when we execute the report in the URL we can see language =EN, (https://inls51556188a:6001/sap/bw/BEx?sap-language=EN&bsplanguage=EN&CMD=LDOC&TEMPLATE_ID=ZLUMM_Q100_TPL01)so even when the user browser settings are in German still the report gets displayed in English where as when the user login in German and execute the report in WAD 7.0 it displaying the techical names for text data and infoobjects names as there is no text data maintained in German.
    Is there a way to fix the language in the iView of the WebTemplates directly in the Portal.If so how can this be done?

    Agregated value in the main report is not equal to the agregarated value in the drill down report.
    In my report I have a sales for jan 2011,feb 2011 so on
    For jan 2011 it is some thing $56000
    when I click on this amount it giving the detail level for each region sales and at the end it is giving the total sales for jan 2011 as $98000
    My question is why there such difference in the total amount when we are drilling down?

  • Postings on profit center but does not appear in the profit center report

    Hi all!
    I have a very strange problem. My customer is using cost of sales accounting. When I reconcile the cost of sales accounting profit and loss report with a profit center or cost center report I found that for a certain month there is a few descrepancies. I found that for a certain functional area I had postings on a specific account (account 451240 loss price differences) on functional area and both on cost center and profit center but these postings does not appear in the profit center or cost center reports. When I look at the postings in fbl3n or fs10n I can see that they are assigned to both cost centers and profit centers. How is this possible? How can a posting be made to a cost center or profit center but not appear in the corresponding reports?

    In 2009 I set a number of events to reoccur yearly. This year I have found that every event is a day out. This means I have to manually go through each one and correct it. Why is iCal doing this. Surely it should match the date for the following year/s.

    1. Quit iCal, and open System Preferences...>Language & Text>Formats>Region> and select/reselect your appropriate region. You can also try setting/resetting the various options available in the "Dates" section of that panel.
    2. If you updated to Mac OS X 10.6.2 with Software Update, try using the Mac OS X v10.6.2 Update (Combo).
