Repeated Charges for auto-renew

Hello,
Let's try this again.  I have been charged 8 times today for autorenew @ $10 ea.  I checked with PayPal and the charges are real.  How do I contact Skype to get this reversed?  I don't see anywhere to do it from within the app or the Web site.

Remember to report fraudulent charges to PayPal as well as whatever payment method is used to fund your PayPal purchases.  Also remember to sign on to your account dashboard on the Skype website, check that the registered e-mail address is accurate and valid, and then change the account passwords immediately if you have not already done so - Skype, PayPal, and payment method in question.

Skype is aware of lingering problems with the website when contacting their customer service agents. If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself redirected back to the Community, please try again using a different web browser and choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.

    iOS
    If you're using iOS 8, go to Settings > iCloud Storage > Change Storage Plan. If you're using an earlier version of iOS, go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.
    Tap Change Storage Plan.
    Tap Downgrade Options and enter your Apple ID password.
    Choose a different plan to use when your current storage plan expires.
    Tap Done.

    My Adobe Revel Premium was auto renewed it's annual fee on April 10th and I was having an Applecare supporting period for reinstalling my Macbook pro and home networking setup for my time capsule. I only noticed the charged when the 50$ apple store gift card redeemed by the new update feature using camera for my MBP a couple days before my call-in support has gone plus an extra charge to my Paypal since i spent a few dollars for others apps from the redeem credits. I was calling the phone numbers for the apple store which was showed in my bank statement for all itunes items purchases. The number indicated Los Angeles but there was a auto machine which send me back to use the online support forms. Also, I was confusing and exhausting to read and continue searching to read one topic after another from both Apple and AdobeRevel website to seek for the right service support for my case, yet I was just going in a circle. So, I did turn off the auto subscription for Adobe revel in the apple store setting, however it never shown in new purchases history for that new subscription charges and the specific App. There were 3 new items purchases in app store account shown in my MBP after I reinstall new 10.8.3 and new updates as instructed from Apple Care and Genius bar personnel from my local authorized Apple Store and 1 item remained hidden still after all after I was able to retrieve the others 2 items. Obviously it was for the Revel premium but I can only guess after the credits was deducted from my app store MBP account and the subscription was made after i updated my Ipad 3 to newest version iOS6.1.3, I did not have sufficient times to prevent or acknowledge the potential charge until it was already taken place, and lost in transition for finding a authentic service authority for supporting refund or reimburse related to my issue. Could anyone be able to advise me in such issue I'm having currently?It's really appreciated for your helps!Thanks

  • Cancelled then got charged for a renewal

    Hi I cancelled my skype account for Carter.Grady **EDITED FOR PRIVACY** and got a conformatiom email saying that I did indeed cancel it. Then 2 days later I got an email saying that the same account has just been charged for the next 3 months. SO I cancelled my account, then you guys auto renewed it for another 3 months. PLEASE cancel my account and refund me for the 3 months you just auto charged.

    If you want me in particular to respond to your question then asking it here, or in any other thread I've contributed to, will help me notice it. However generally it is best to ask each new question in a new thread, particularly once a thread has been marked as answered. Someone else who knows even more about the new topic than I do might ignore the new activity in the thread because they can see it is already marked as solved.
    Another approach would be to use a title such as "For turingtest2 or anyone else who knows about X", but I can easily miss those if they aren't in forums I visit regularly or are posted at times when I'm not around.

    I am registered apple ios developer working on new application wherein going to implement  in app purchase for the application.
    my query is i want weekly subscription for my application-in app purchase, i tried with auto renewal subscription in in-app purchase, that allow me to select various periods like 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and so on...
    now i can not select date for the period that means customer get subscription for those period while i want something that can start on every monday and ends on sunday. here if customer buy 1 week subscription on wednesday it should expire on sunday, but the current module facilitate until tuesday.
    this creates issue on my next sunday subscription, user can get free for next week as they can access it in current scenario.
    could you please guide me how can i set date for auto renewal in-app purchase.

    Well, you're not alone. The question is why is this happening? Since the referenced link shows the same type of problem with Yahoo finance, I suspect there is a coding problem on the site, specific to how Firefox is reading the code. Not being a programmer, I can't offer specific advice other than contacting either Firefox through their Community forum, or Yahoo Finance.

    I would like to stop the auto renewal for an annual subscription and can find no way to do so.  If I cancel the subscription, I get charged.  If the subscription renews, I need to cancel it and will still get charged.  I'd like to have the subscription just end entirely when it expires, that way, there's no charge or hassle.
