Repeated Logs "Reference Already Gone" in Sun MQ log file
Can anyone suggest as to what may be causing these messages? We occasionally see many hundreds of thousands of them. I am not sure what triggers this problem. Not all logs are for the same JMS message ID. But at the same time, we have repeated log statements for the same message id too.
We do occasionally purge thousands of unconsumed messages from our destinations (queues and topics).

Repeated Pause and Resume Session in Sun MQ Logs
We are occasionally seeing these below log statements in the Sun MQ log file beineg generated at a very rapid rate. We are running in DEBUG mode (imq.log.level = DEBUG). Any idea what may cause these logs to be generated? I suspect that some JMS client is misbehaving, possibly in a loop, but I dont have any means to identify the JMS client that could have possibly triggered this.

I have been on to apps store logged in and gone on my purchurse to try and re down load Mountin Lion however it just states an error as accord I can't get it to re down load to launch pad in lion
1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
How much free space on it now? -

Reinstalling Lion/Mountain Lion Without Erasing the Drive
Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion and click on the Continue button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless. -

Also, on your device, in Settings>iCloud, you have to have an on/off setting for Docments&Data. If not what kinds of entries do you have on that screen? -
How do I remove Facebook contacts from my Contacts list on my 4S??? I've already gone into iCloud settings and Facebook is not even an option to turn off and I've gone into "Groups" in my contact list and Facebook is not there either. How do I stop this??
Hmmmm...maybe try deleting them again (I know it's a pain) and then doing a manual icloud backup (unless you already did this). Icloud may be putting them back on there. I never allowed FB to put the contacts on my phone lol. Also try going into Privacy and Contacts...make sure FB isn't on in there. Might be a few other spots to check under settings to make sure too. And...you might want to try deleting the FB app, do a icloud backup, and then reinstall FB

When logging on Log Viewer, it shows de error message: Unable to invoke LogControllerFacadeMBean method:"getMetaDataOfReaders" In J2EE Visual Admin the error message after click in the item Log Viewer is Error while loading service Log Viewer
When I click in defaultTrace.trc nothing appears. The same for the others log archives listed in Log Viewer.

Log Entries in Table CDPOS with a Z File Append in VBAK

I'm trying to log changes of a new field appended in VBAK in table CDPOS, I already marked the data element of this new field with the checkbox for changes, but when i make some changes in VA02 on this new file, i can't see the changes in the modifications log.
Do i have to do any other thing in order to see the changes of this new field ??.

I think for logging the changes the table should have the <b>check box Log data changes under technical settings</b> checked.This check box is not selected for VBAK. Selecting the Change document checkbox at the data element level will mark that field in the table for logging.
I Assume in order to log changes both the check boxes at table level and dataelement level need to be selected.

I followed a procedure described in a book.
1. insert "Inventory.xml" file to a project "WpfXmlDataBinding" .
2. add the XML data source through the data panel of "blend for 2013", named it "InventoryXmlDataStore" and store it in the current document.
3. dragged and droppped the nodes from the Data panel onto the artboard.
Then I checked my Xaml file against the one provided by the book

It's quite common for smart developers to think they're not as good as they are.
I coach a fair bit and it's a surprisingly common feeling.
And to repeat.
Never use anything ends .. provider. They're for trivial demo apps. Transform xml into objects and use them. Write it back as xml. Preferably, use a database.

My Macbook Pro's iTunes App was logged in as someone else. I logged out of that account and logged into mine, but I found that the app still shows all of the previous account's content. I solved this problem tonight. I have a MacBook Pro with 10.5.8. I know, it's old. But I love my Netflix and I recently noticed that Firefox plays Netflix much better. Then I suddenly got this message that I needed to download the latest Silverlight - it only takes 30 seconds! - WRONG. However, after much searching, I finally did the steps in order and it worked.
This was after repeatedly downloading Silverlight from the Netflix site without success. So here's what I did:
1. Went to http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/Get-Started/Install/Default.aspx
2. Followed the directions. I felt like such an idiot for not doing it right before.
3. Go to your hard drive and search for "Silverlight" to locate ANY existing Silverlight files: .dmg, etc.
[also check your Libary/ Internet Plug-ins, but the above search is faster]
4. Drag it all to the trash and empty it.
5. Go back to the Get Silverlight page and click on the Install on that page, not the Netflix site.
6. Note the steps for Safari or Mozilla Firefox - I wanted Firefox, so I follwed those instructions.
7. Once it's installed, close all the browsers and Restart that bad boy. Right away.
8. Open a browser, go to Netflix and proceed to joyfully rot your brain with Netflix content. Yay! -

}In general I'd guess that a small, custom thing will be faster than a large, generic thing with a lot of options. That is, unless the writer of the small program have done something stupid, og the writer of the large program have done something very smart.
One problem with java in this respect is that it is next to impossible to judge exactly how much machine-level processing a single java statement takes. Things like JIT compilers makes it even harder.
In the end, there is really only one way to find out: Test it. -
upgrading to osx 10.6.8 fails. I see errors in the /var/log/install.log of "An unexpected error occurred while moving files to the final destination." Underlying Error=(Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=5 "The operation couldn’t be completed. Input/out. Any thoughts on what is causing these errors and the upgrade failure?
ThanksI have no idea what the specific error code means but input/output errors can sometimes mean a disk is failing. Make a couple of backups of all important data before doing anything else.
Verify your startup disk using the First Aid tab in Disk Utility. If the disk needs repair boot from your Leopard DVD and repair your disk from Disk Utility under Utilities on the screen after you choose your language. Repeat the repair process until Disk Utility reports all is well.
If Disk Utility doesn't find any errors you might want to try a new download of the update and keep a sharp eye on your HD for anything else that might indicate all is not well. Take special care to back up important data.
If Disk Utility finds errors it would probably be a good idea to pay a visit to the Apple Store to have them check out your hard drive even if Disk Utility is able to repair the errors.
