Repeating Same Label on Sheet from one Data Row

I need to print 18 labels on a sheet 3 columns x 6 rows of the SAME LABEL based on a single data record,
I've got the label size all set but can only find a way to produce 1 label if I only have 1 record in the data set
Is there a repeat or other function which will let me do this similar to the MS WORD mailing label functionality?

I'd place the data inside a textbox and make that textbox the size of a label.
Then expand the details/whatnot section and copy+paste the textbox (x) times. You'll have to fiddle around with the positioning to get them just right, so that they line up with the actual labels, but it should do the job.

Try replicatestring function. You might have to use chrw(13) for carriage returns to make it go to the end of the label before printing the next one.

What is the best approach to migrate SharePoint farm from one data center to other datacenter

We have two web front server and one application server and two instances for database server and we have to migrate complete farm from one data center to other data center with minimal downtime and end user impact.
Please provide your best input on this.

Create a new farm in the secondary Data Center at the same patch level with the desired configuration. Replicate the databases using the method of choice (Mirroring, AlwaysOn, etc.). Create a downtime window where you can then attach the databases to the
new farm's Web Application(s)/Service Application(s).

Is there a way other than redeployment to migrate existing Cloud Services from one data center to another?

We have a need to correct affinity of Cloud Service, Azure DB, Storage and Mobile Services such that they are on a singl datacenter and do not get impacted by network latency when these components communicate with each other. Also to distribute various environments
across different data centers we need to realign some environments to mitigate all environments getting impacted if there is outage.
Existing Cloud Services and related Service Bus queues and topics need to be moved to a different datacenter. Is there a way to do this without having to redeploy cloud services (web and worker roles) or recreate the service bus entities (queues and topics)?
Also, the existing Cloud Service URL need to be retained without with user authentication won't be possible and hence when completed, the new cloud service should have the same URL.
Please provide best available options for achieving this or ask question if more information is needed.

Sounds like a problem for forums/support from the DB provider, as this problem is normally solved through some form of HA provided by the DB (or some cluster software, but still not Java) with, normally, a shared (virtual) IP address.

How do I copy the same app folder layouts from one device to another? We have a several iphones and ipads.

It's a challenge when syncing a device for the first time to go through all the apps and apply them back to the same folders as on your other iphone.
I've seen suggestions of taking pictures of the correct layout, then manually applying it to the new device. Big time waister.

I'm afraid there is no short workaround. One thing that you could do if you were REALLY desperate is reset your device to factory settings and then restore it from your other device's backup, but that is rather risky and you probably don't want to take your chances just for folder layouts. I would just do it manually.

Is there a way to move multiple Calendar items from one date to another?

Hello. I have far too many Calendar items every day in my iCal. Until I finally pare them down to a reasonable level, I need to "reschedule" all of my unfinished ToDo items and reminders, to another day, later in the week.
There doesn't seem to be any "Select All" feature available.

Instead of FM..We can achieve by the following program...
REPORT YRT_TEST1.
parameters : date1 like sy-datum,
date2 like sy-datum.
data: days(3) type n.
data: years(10) type p decimals 3.
start-of-selection.
days = date2 - date1.
years = days / 365.
write: / days,
years.
Now Multiply 24 to days to get hours and the multiply with 60*60 to get the seconds

Displaying data from one data set when a field is null in other data set

Hi All,
I have a report where I need to show some columns from one data set(Ex: SsOpportunity) ....... when there is no data in a column (Ex: "Petrofac-ProductLine") in other data set (Ex: SsRevenue) in one table. I have another table which shows data from SsRevenue when there some data in "Petrofac-ProductLine" column.
The first table is not working for me. Kindly suggest me where to specify the condition.

On the left of the screen is the list of sheets and tables and charts. Select the sheet. Copy. Paste into the same area (i.e., in the area where the sheets are listed) of the new document.

Running multiple VI's from one data source

I am newer to Labview, and currently stuck on a problem.
I have created a program to serial read from an RS232 port and extracted multiple points of the string and display it to the web. I would like to create a second VI from the same RS232 port and display one or two points of information. I have tried to do this with a global VI, but I can't web publish a global. Neither VI will have a user control, they simply display the data coming in. Any suggestions?

You really should have a separate loop just to read the COM port. You can then parse the read data and send to the appropriate sections of code using queues.

How to get date prompts from one date column

i have a requirement where i have to filter the data between two date prompts. i have only one date column and the date in the prompts shuld be selected by calendar.
i have seen may approaches to do this and i got one where two dummy date columns should be declared in repository and used to define the date prompts.
but using other methods i could not get the calendar option in prompt.
but is there any other way to get the prompts with calndar selection without defining the dummy columns in repository

you can do that first select the date column you want to use in dashboard prompt then select another column and in the dashboard prompts then open the fx of the date prompt you first selected copy that and paste it in the second column and in the control section click on calender it will work you can use same date column as two prompts with out creating new column.

ADF UIX Passing values from one Data Control to another

How to transfer value of any column in the selected row of the table (one data control) to the messageTextInput, based on another Data Control?

The problem screen shot is as follows:
The First Applicant is coming from one sub report and the second applicant is coming from another sub report. It is working fine from Crystal reports. But in the Crystal report viewer i am unable to get the out come as 1,2,3.

Generating multiple rows from one physical row

I was wondering if anyone has done or knows how to generate multiple rows for one physical row. In my query "SELECT Cust_No, Amount from Balances" if the amount is > 99,999.99 I want 2 rows returned, one with an amount of 90,000.00 and the other with an amount of 9,999.99. I'm thinking I need to use a view or function to return a result set but I'm not sure how.

Well your right in that you need a function, but also 3 views to accomplish that. I just wrote up the sql below and tested it. Basically you want the first view to return all records less than your cap of 99,999, thoes that exceed that will always return as 90,000 (see example on record PK 774177177). The second view returns money that remains AFTER the cap (in your case 9,999). The second view though also has to excude the ones less than the CAP.
DATA and TABLE layout
1) Table is called T1, columns are PK : primary key value, and N2 : some number column holding the MONEY amount
2) data is below fromtable called t1 (10 records) ...

Now see the records with money at 99,999 (just like in your example). You want 2 records, so the VIEWS now come into play. The view itself CALLS the function, this occurs when you select from the view. The function will either return 90,000 (your defined cap) or the remained after subtracting the money from 90,000. So notice the PK entry 774177177 listed twice, once with 90,000 and other with 9,999. Also notice we now have 14 records from the original 10, meaning 4 records qualified for the split (all data from VIEW 2).
This is why Oracle kicks ass, views and functions are very powerful when used together and can return pretty much anything.
