Replacement TV i got yesterday is messed up

I got my replacement TV yesterday and the color is not right I have called and the tv has reset to factory default and still looks like its dark moved all the levels and nothing? how much longer to I have to wait this time to get this TV replaced?

The private message I got from Sony was just asking for the event number.When I called back in I was told that I had to call the Laredo Office and tell them about the issue.The TV now does not do any HD Progressive scan, I can get 720i and 1080i but no 1080p or 720p.Its not just the cable. I have a PS4 connected to it and it can only do 720i, I watch netflix and play a lot of games and this looks bad. This is a recondition TV that was not reconditioned looks like I traded my problem for someone elses this is why I said from the beginning I was not happy with getting a Reconditioned unit. was told in the beginning that they did not have my unit in a recondition and I would be offered a comperable unit to mine for replacement, then I get a call and say that they have one and thats what I got but it is not anywhere near the quality of the unit I first got. My original TV was 5 months old I have this Recon one for 3 days I want a TV that works and does what it says it will do.

I just called the guy who changed my LCD and asked him what happend, he said there were no pictures on your phone when you gave it to me! i know he is lying tho!

Is it charged? If so try a reset by pressing and holding the sleep/wake button and the home button for 20 seconds (maybe longer) until the Apple logo appears, ignore the red slider. Then turn back on. You won't lose any data doing the reset. If it's not charged, charge it via a wall socket for a least 30 minutes then try the reset again.

Can I get an exchange for my new replacement of an iPad generation 1 for a new iPad 2? Take it back and give it a try,If you are going to pay full price for a new iPad 2 minus what you paid for you the repaired iPad I would think that's a win win.

Just got replacement ipad mini, got told it would be backed up on iCloud, not working?

I have just got a replacement ipad mini and at the apple store I got told to wait 1 hour for the iCloud backup to work which I have and I've gone to turn on the new replacement and back it upto my iCloud but it's telling me there is no backup available?

During setup of your new iPad you reached the point where you can restore to an iCloud backup right?
Did you use your correct iCloud ID when setting up the new iPad?
Is this the same iCloud ID that was used at the store to make the backup?

Replaced mobile has got issues

i am out here solely to inform NOKIA, that my queries regarding my problem were left unanswered and i was forcefully replaced with a N85 mobile model for my Previous N82 mobile model .... ( with few attractive bonuses however )

so its better if a NOKIA representative from india answers my question ( or someone who knows the legislation if there are in particular to my region ).
How would i get a replaced phone ?
1. I did not recieve the box of the Phone, i just recieved the handset with nothing but the charger
2. Am i entitled to recieve the complete product including memory card and accesories by replacing my older model ( with complete set i got from the shop ) ?
3. Should i recieve the replacement product whose market value is lower than my mobile or higher than my mobile ( and market value depends on what ? ) ?
4. Can i ask for a replacement model that is not in the list you guys say me, and pay additional price for the product ?
( for example, for my N82 mobile, i got N85 replacement model. I asked for N95 or N96 which i can pay additional price, but the care center guys refused to do so )
Please answer these questions and i have more queries which are left unanswered from the NOKIA CARE CENTRE

once i gave the complete information, i was given an acknowledgement mail and still the problem is processed .. i just recieved the replaced N85 model and it is buggy ..
i have no more intentions to argue with the care center guys .. i wonder someone can help me through the problem to contact the nokia staff or moderators ?

HT6154 New Battery replaced for iphone4, got a diagnostic and its NOT the battery it drains horrible by itself, i barely use my phone. HELP im about to erase everything to figure out the prob!

Drains really bad, i've tried everything like deleting apps, turning off stuff, turning off notifications, downloaded the app battery monitor etc nothing is working.

Unless Apple replaced your battery, and it appears they didn't, you're pretty much on your own now. Have you tried going back to whoever replaced your battery? That's gonna be your only choice now, because if a third-party replaced your battery, Apple won't touch your phone now.

Why can't I get "backup assistant" on a replacement phone I got off ebay?

My wife's basic phone (LG #VX5400) is physically broken, the flip lid broke off. I bought an exact replacement on Ebay and activated it with no issues. It is working fine. However, I find that I can't get Backup Assistant from Get It Now to restore her contacts. Any ideas? Thanks.

I understand your issue exactly Robin, and I can provide some insight to your issue as I have dealt with it multiple times in the past. Basically during the period of early fall to 3/25/2011, we notified customers that had BREW (older handsets) phones that they needed to access the Get It Now or Media Center catalog before 3/25/2011. 03/25/2011 was the last day to access the catalog to receive a certificate update. If the Media Center was not accessed during this time, the phone was inactive, or the phone had data blocks on the line, it did not receive the certificate update, and will not be able to access the catalog any longer. We tried to be as proactive as possible during this timeframe alerting customers via bill inserts and text alerts (which would not help you if the phone was deactivated). All other portions of the phone will continue to work normally. You can make and receive calls, text message, picture message, go onto the web, and use all other aspects of the phone. The only thing that will no longer work will be the Media Center/Get It Now catalog on the phone.
Unfortunately, having the phone flashed with new software will not fix the issue. Once the certificate update period has passed, it will not become available again. In order to access the Media Center again, you would need to take a look at getting into a more recent phone.
This did not affect all of the older phones. Most customers did get the certificate update just fine and can access the Media Center/Get It Now catalog just fine. It is only those who did not receive a certificate update that will run into this. You can tell if you are affected by this by going into menu>settings & tools> and clicking on "My Account" or "My Verizon." If this loads, but Media Center/ Get It Now catalog will not, you are missing your certificate update and will unfortunately not be able to get it to work on this phone again.

Read the back of your receipt, it states that if a price drop occurs within 14 days of purchase you are entitled to the difference. In California anyway.

How do I get my new iphone restored with my old backup? my old iphone had ios5 and the replacement phone i got has ios4 and it wont let me backup my phone because it doesnt have ios4... i cant get ios5 without restoring my iphone and backing it uo

Basically, i need all my old stuff from my iphone 4 with ios5 onto my new iphone 4. The new phone i received only had ios4. I went to get all my contacts and backup from my old phone onto my new phone and it wont let me because my new phone is only ios4 and my backup from my old phone was in ios5. I cant get ios5 on my phone without creating a new backup of my new phone, which has nothing on it. If i restore it as a new phone and backup virtually nothing from my new phone, will that get rid of all my old backup stuff from my old iphone?

Bottom line is you CANNOT restore to a phone from a backup that has a more recent iOS which is what you're trying to do. Just can't be done.

Hi, and thanks for you interest. The problems is that whether I'm using iMovie or FCE I get to a stage where the thumbnail image is present but if you try to play, import or any other action in either app it closes down and a message comes up " The Application Final Cut Express/iMovie quit unexpectedly - Mac OS X and other application are not affected" then asks if I wish to relaunch. I then hit the report to Apple button and afterwards relaunch. I was recommended to use Voltaic which I have tried, it worked but is to much mucking about for something that should work out of the box.
This problem happens on both the iMAC and the MacBook so quite sure it's not a OS software issue. All software update are up to date also.
Any ideas?

Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.

Was the pop-up "Firefox security alert" I got yesterday really from you? It said Firefox was scanning my system and found 94 infected objects and recommended that I click on "Start Protection" to "erase all threats." What is this?

The pop-up included a chart with the following entries:
Name - Type - Threat level
W32.Nimba.j@mm - Virus - Medium
Trojan Horse IRC/Backdoor.SdBot4.FRV - Virus - Medium
W95/Eikern F-Secure - Virus - High
AdvWare.Hotbar - Virus - High
etc. etc.
There were maybe 10-15 "threats" listed.

That is not from Firefox, Mozilla does not scan your computer for viruses/malware. This will not be a genuine scan, it is a scam that is trying to get people to install some form of malware/virus/trojan. Those fake scans are aimed at Windows users, and the scan will look like a scan run on a Windows computer.
