Replacing Certificates of Solaris Studio IPS Repository with New Ones

Hi Steve,
When I accessed the IPS Package Repository just now at https://pkg-register.oracle.com/, I did not see the solarisstudio repository. Before the website revamp, I was still able to access the Installation Instructions for Key and Certificates needed to set up Solaris Studio IPS Repository (I have previously requested access to solarisstudio IPS Repository). My SSL Certificate for solarisstudio will expire in less than 1 month's time.
Hence, I have some questions:
1. How can I re-install the new certificates for solarisstudio IPS Repository to replace the old ones?
2. Will the upcoming version 12.4 be made available in the solarisstudio IPS Repository? Will patches be supported for Solaris Studio packages installed via IPS Repository?

My current view at https://pkg-register.oracle.com/ does not have Oracle Solaris Studio (see screenshot below), which is strange considering that I have already requested access to Oracle Solaris Studio IPS Repository from the same website before. Right now, I can only see Oracle Solaris Cluster 4 Repository. The Certificate only shows my renewed certificate and from there, I only have the Download Key and Download Certificate buttons. Could you help me to check on this issue? Thanks.

The best thing to do would be to start over. Use Setup Assistant this time.
Boot into Recovery, launch Disk Utility, and erase the startup volume. This operation will destroy all data on the volume. Quit Disk Utility and install OS X. If your Mac was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you’ll need the Apple ID and password you used to upgrade, so make a note of those before you begin.
When you reboot, you'll be prompted to go through the initial setup process. That’s when you transfer the data from one of your backups. For a walkthrough, see here:

Don't transfer the Guest account, if it was enabled on the old system.
Note: You need an always-on Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection to the Internet to use Recovery. It won’t work with USB or PPPoE modems, or with proxy servers, or with networks that require a certificate for authentication.

Replace playing video with new one in osmf player

Hi,
I have a problem with loading new video in osmf player. First video is loaded from the emmbed code, and I use ProxyElement to comunicate with MediaLEment and to load my plugin. But after some actions in my plugin I need to load another video in the Player. By changing the DisplayedObject from the proxiedElement I am loading the new video but the old video from emmbed code is still runing on the back. Does anyone know how to remove mediaElement created by the player or to replace with new one, ot at least to disable that video from playing. I tried with everything and it doesn't work.

you can change into new Data Source.
From new Data Source you can load data into the old ods.
but if you want to kepp the old records as it is, then don't delete data in the ods.

How do I remove one failing hard drive from raid set and replace with new one

Last Friday apparently one of my raid drives started failing.
As I mentioned on this forum I started getting continous beeping.
I was finally able to get the raid working at a degraded level. I ordered a replacement hard drive which is arriving today.
(In the meantime I made twice daily backups of my work.....)
Below was the message I got from the browser based raid software:

At one point when I did the checked the browser interface I saw the message Failed and Degraded
As I said, I was able to work over the weekend on the degraded system.
This morning I got the beeping again and did the rescue and now I am running a "full raid" without the notice that one raid was "Free".
In any case, the new hard drive is arriving today.
What steps should I take to incorporate the new drive into the raid system.
I have one OS drive
and 4 tb raid drives.   One needs to be replaced with the new one that I am getting today.

Please tell me how to read the serial number from an individual drive rather easily, without un-installing them:
If you select the proper drive to change out, you only need to remove one drive and look at its serial number...
Step 1: Identify bad drive serial number using Areca's tools
Step 2: Turn off the computer
Step 3: Remove what you think is the bad drive based on following your numbered cable method, marked hot-swap bays, whatever
Step 4: Verify that the serial number matches the "bad drive" serial number from step 1; if it does great, proceed; if it does not match, go back to step 3
Step 5: Change out the CORRECT drive - that's the bottom line for this whole procedure

Before installing a new drive - it is generally better to install it in a external usb enclosure and connect it to your Macbook so you can format/erase the new drive and make an exact clone of the drive you wish to install, unless you plan on doing a clean install.

How can I exchange all the images in a slide show with new ones

I have 18 slide shows each is a different competition for our camera club. How can I exchange all the images from each slide show with new images as our club competitions commence? I am reluctant to just delete the slide show because I will have set it all back up. I want to leave the size shape and format of the show as is, but just exchange all of the current images with new ones. I am hoping there is a quick way to delete and replace all images for each show? Each slide show has around 40 images and I have 18 shows

1. Activate "thumbnails" in the configuration panel
2. Select one Thumbnail.
3. Rightclick and choose "Select same"
4. Press "backspace"
5. Open the configuration panel and load the new images.

Only the Apple ID used to buy an app can update an app. Apple does not merge Apple IDs and Apple does not transfer content biught with one ID to another ID.

First, iCloud: How to back up iCloud data.
Next, use iCal>File>Export>Export...for the calendar that you want to use for the export. Move the .ics file to your new computer, and double click the file. You will be offered a choice of creating a new calendar in iCloud, or importing to an existing calendar. Make the appropriate choice for your circumstances.
