Replacing iPod - when I sync, will I get my apps back?

My iPod Touch 4th gen. got totally destroyed and I am getting a "new" one, same gen.  When I sync, will I get my apps back?  What about at least the ones I bought?

If the apps are in iTunes on your computer now, then yes, you'll get them back. Or you can probably re-download them from the iTunes Store:

If you want the app data back, you'll want to restore the new iPod from the backup of the old one.
Regards.
