Replacing pages text but preserving «form» pages... A real problem of (wasting) energy and time?

Section A: a bunch of pages with text that are having a lot of changes.
Section B: a bunch of pages with forms already approved.
(Of section B have a already a PDF file with fields, buttons, links, etc, absolutely perfect)
Problem: change in section A a lot of pages.
Two ways: one, is replacig in the new PDF —now with many changes in section A — just the PDF section B pages already right.
In this procedure pages are indeed changed but field are lost...; the second way (I am using against any logic as time and energy are related) is copy-paste all the fields and buttons from the «good» PDF of section B to the new PDF with changes already made in section A.
What's wrong?
Why the file gets sick and does not allow to do this?
Going back to export as IDML is not enough.
Inserting the perfect pages of section B in the new PDF (either removing before or later the inadequate pages) damages the TOC in the new PDF and the hyperlinks related no page numbering get dead.
And inserting/replacing new section A in the old section B claims again for a loss of links as the PDF file has been made up of two parts. (?)

No, is not at all a problem related to maintaining forms.

Please be kind and read again the post, is a problem with links, with the integrity of the file, with anomalies in behavior, just with many things far beyond the user that can not be reduced to that known resource:

With some advice, I was able to solve my problem by opening Word and then Force Quit Word. When I re-opened Word, it had returned to normal.
Note: I had already tried the expedient of restarting my computer without solving my Word problem. But Force Quit did the job.

I have hidden pages in the PDF form I'm using (but didn't create). How can I see and print all the pages at once without clicking on the "next page" button. In the initial view, there are four pages, but if I click the "next page" button, there are a total of 12 pages in this document. This is three budget years, each year being 4 pages long.

You're most likely dealing with a dynamic XFA form created in LiveCycle Designer. You can open it, click the button, and save it, and it will most likely be 12 pages when next opened, but it depends on how the form is set up. The ability to make edits to an XFA form in Acrobat is very limited, especially for dynamic forms, so things like flattening aren't possible.
If it's not an XFA form, you'd still need to click the button at least once and save. To say for sure what's possible, I'd need to see the document. Can you post it somewhere?

PDF Form Printing Text, but no Form

I have an accountant trying to print a PDF Form. It cannot be saved, but only printed. When the form is completed and printed, it only prints out the entered text, and nothing else. All other PDF docs print fine
IT conditions:
She prints to an older Panasonic Copy machine
Her printer connection is Shared
Another PC can print the same form 100% fine and that machine goes through here PC to the printer.
Completed Troubleshooting:
First discovered she was on Reader 10.1.3 and the other PC was 10.1.1
Did a complete uninstall of 10.1.3 to include deleting from registry
Installed 10.1.1 with same issue.
Verified all a printer and reader settings are the same for both PCs
Attempted work arounds:
Installed doPDF virtual printer to try and save the completed form as PDF
PDF prints text and form text, but not the field borders for each block
Installed Nitro PDF as default PDF reader, same issue. Will not print out the field borders.
Additional Troubleshooting:
Ran full virus and malware/spyware scans with no issues.

When you print it, the box that pops up should say, under the Comments and Forms box, "document and markups". Hope that helps.

Help - Trying to email 2 page PDF but only first page is attaching

I have been trying to email a two page pdf (resume) but each time in Mail, it only attaches the first page (actually, it doesn't attach it but paste the first page of the pdf into the document).
I've tried this three different ways, all with the same result:
1) First I created the document in Pages '09, then saved it as a PDF. When I open up the PDF itself, the entire two page document is there. When open on the PDF document, I click the share button, select mail, and when a mail window opens up, only the first page of my resume appears pasted into the body of the email.
2) I open a new window in Mail, I click on the paperclip to attach a document, I select the two page PDF I created, and once again, only the first page appears pasted into the body of the email.
3). When on the Pages version of my resume, I go to File, then Print, and select "Mail PDF" from the PDF drop down menu...once again only page 1 is pasted into the body of the email.
I also tried this with a different document and once again only the first page gets pasted.
I am running Mac OSX Version 10.9

Are you sure that it is only the first page? It is a file and usually only the first page shows, but the rest are there.
What happens when you double click on the pdf in the email?

SAP provides this (empty) fields in transaction NACE (or NACT).

Wow, 1yerdua. That's far too long to be having this messaging trouble. We want to find the resolution fast! If you turn off your Lumia's WiFi (Menu > Settings > WiFi), are you still able to access data-oriented applications like Internet Explorer? But I need to print this form in DINA4 page format manually.
When print the form I am getting a spool. Let me know whether I can change thus to DINA4 format and print the same in DINA4 format on printer?

Hi,
You can change it but you have to check the windows whiche are defined in that page can fit in the Diana4 if it does not fit you have to adjust the windows size to fit into your required page format.

Conditional Text in A Form Page

Hi,
I have a quesiton about changing a text value in a textbox depending on a value from a selectlist. I have a table in which there are applications which are associated with application groups. This table only includes two columns. When a user selects a value from a select box I want the textbox to get the value associated with selectlist value which is gathered from the table?
T o clarify let me give an example. In my table projection application is associated with a product in application group. So when a user selects projection in selectlist I want product written in my text field.

I'm using cfdocument to create dynamically create a pdf that
includes multiple biographies (my sample has three records from a
database) . In some instances, a persons biography is more than one
page long. How can I display "continued from previous page" on
those biographies that are two pages in length, but yet not display
it for those biographies that are only one page.

If you are using ColdFusion 8, then its fairly simple. You
can do like this inside cfdocumentItem tag.

Hello I am developing an VISITOR info interactive form with webdynpro ABAP, its with 2 pages. Their heirarchy is,

Fillable Forms and Distribution : Flatten Author's text but not Form Fields

Ok folks, first time posting on this forum though definitely not my first time searching for answers! I've been pretty successful with other questions though I think I've stumped myself on this one.
I've created a "generic" Fillable Form that I will be using to distribute to various contacts for certain upcoming projects that we will be participating in. Because each project will be different, instead of having to create a new form each time, I am hoping that with my base model form I can input various information with the type writer tool and somehow protect this information from being edited/deleted while still allowing my contacts to input their information within the form fields.
I've tried applying different variations of the security features, but the drawback of doing this is that it will not allow me to "distribute" my form so that it can be track with Adobe Tracker. The only way I can succefully distribute this form to the masses and track responses is if all security settings for the document are turned off.
I hope this all makes sense how I'm explaining it. Because the information (not the form fields) on the document being sent out is changing every week, I was hoping there would be an easier way other than creating an entirely new Fillable Form for each. I'm not an expert with Actions but would it be possible to create an Action that would "Flatten" the type writer text only? That would at least prevent others from manipulating or deleting the information I have placed on the document.

The Typewriter tool creates a type of text box, so you'd select just that check box to flatten them.

Using page curl but not effect page navigation icons

I want to create an online magazine where page curl is available.
This works fine.
I also want to add page navigation icons along the bottom so that users can change pages.
The problem is that the page icons become part of the page curl effect.
Is there a way to use page curl and not to effect the page icons?

I´m afraid you can´t place your navigations out of page area by using InDesign only. I think it was possible in InDesign CS4 but was changed when CS5 was released.
With CS5 or CS5.5 you only option is to use 3rd party solutions like eDocker.....

I just bought a new MacBook Pro. I managed to transfer everything to the new laptop. BUT I'm having some real problems--e.g., wg from my older one to the new one. Both use the same latest version of Snow Leopard. My new laptop has the newer track pad.

I'm have big problems using Text Edit on the new laptop--the curser does not go where I want it to go for editing, I cannot get the text to be a clear or as large
as with the older Laptop. Similarly, I cannot find a way to enlarge the menu bar. But the text edit is my biggest problem right now. I have reviewed all the preferences, particularly those in Universal Access, to no avail.
I finally gave up, used dropbox to send the text edit document to my old laptop, and continued with ease. But this is not the way it should work. I bought the
new laptop because the old one is showing signs of age.....
Is there something wrong with Text Edit while using the new trackpad?

The old computer is a 2.6 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
The new one is a 2.3 GHz intel core i7
In going over this, thanks to "tallking it out" with you, I did discover the Text Edit problem. Because I've still been unable to get the new computer text size (fonts or whatever) to match the old computer, I did not notice that the curser is now different--the line midway down the curser has to be placed on the line I am working upon, otherwise the edits go elsewhere on the page. Now, with a bit of difficulty, I am able to get Text Edit to work correctly.
If you have any ideas as to why my menu bar and Text Edit type are still so slow, I'd love to have them.
(I went through the process you suggested earlier, re my Trackpad preferences, and found no improvement.)
