Replenishment Control / Follow-on Document

Hi
How can I associate a kind of purchase requisition to be the follow-on document in Replenishment Control?
It works fine whith the standard but I need to use the new one I've created.

yes we have classic deployment.system has created a follow on docuemnt(reservation) in R3.
below is the status we have in BBP_PD for SC

Hi,
The Service Ticket itself is Service Order. The difference between them is that the Service Ticket does not have Item Category which is present in the Service Order.
Between your transaction code maintian the copy controls.

Issue with copy control of Delivery document to Billing document

Hi All,
I am having some issue with copy control of Delivery document to Billing document.
I am having two line items in Delivery documetn, one is for item to be delivered to customer and other which is created due to batch determination.
Now , when I create billing document (VF01) with reference to this delivery document , I want only one line item (for the one which needs to be delivered to customer).
I have used following things in copy contro from ZLF to ZF2:
Copying requirements: 004 ( Deliv-related item)
Data VBRK/VBRP: 007 "(Inv.Split (Rec/Div))
Is it correct or shall I use something else, so I have only one line item in Billing document.

Sales order follow up document

Hi
    we have customized a sales order transaction & maintained copy control settings for this sale order transaction, to determine three activity related follow up transactions Eg: ic activity, Bus Activity with Products and Adjest Order.
The problem is instead of our three follow up transactions other transactions are appearing ( Appointment, Interaction Log, Billing Document) in IC Web Client for the sales order transaction.

In order specific transaction type can be created as
follow up , copy control entry must be available in:
SAP Implementation Guide
    Customer Relationship Management
      Transactions
        Basic Settings
          Copying Control for Business Transactions
            Define Copying Control for Transaction Types
This is not necessary for transaction with business category task or
activity.
In SAP Standard all activities and tasks are always allowed as follow-up
documents (not only in WebUI but also in SAP GUI). Note 661305 suggests
a modification which completely deactivates the automatic permission of
preceding documents of follow-up documents for activities and tasks. As
of CRM 7.0, this modification is no longer required because of a new
customizing table.
The customizing of navigation bar profile is of importance.
Go to CRM => UI Framework => Technical Role Definition => Define
Navigation Bar Profile => position on Nav Bar Profile and choose
"Define Generic OP Mapping". In order a transaction type is shown
in the follow up pop up, an entry for the relevant object type must
be available for object action "CREATE".

SERVICE_OS in CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN for a follow up document

Hello SAP Guru’s!
Currently I’m working with my customer requirement that begins with the creation of a case after some business rules an appointment should be created with specific information. As I mentioned, the first document is a case and the second document (follow up document) is an appointment. But I´m facing the following issue:
On the second document (appointment) I’m trying to add values to fields KATALOGART, CODE and CODEGRUPPE that correspond to structure SERVICE_OS through function CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN, I filled out the corresponding structures like: SERVICE, OSSET AND SUBJECT (SUBJECT with fields CODE and CODEGRUPPE).
After filling out the fields I use function CRM_ORDER_SAVE and then CRM_ORDER_COMMIT to create them in the second document (appointmen), but the structure SUBJECT has not been generated in the second document, this happens only with the second document because on the first one (case) it is created without any problems.
Has anyone faced something similar before?
Any guidence would be greatly appreciated.

Highlight the User Profile service application link, but don’t click it link! Click on the whitepace with no text. Microsoft have made these links context aware!!
In the “Sharing” group of the ribbon, click “Permissions”
In this prompt, put in your service account that is running your Distributed Cache, and grant it full control.
Last thing to consider is that performing this action may cause the User Profile Services web services to be restarted, if the farm is in use then perform steps after hours.

i want to create sales order as follow up document of business actvity.In business activity i have maintained product id and quantity in activity journal.Now i want to copy that product from activity to sales order.But system is not allowing me to copy it.
So how can i solve this problem?

First question - Have you maintained copy control between source and destination transaction types and item categories. If not yet then you need to maintain that first.

Creating an ERP Sales Order as Complaint Follow-on document

Is it possible to create a CRM complaint object and then have a follow-up document be the ERP sales order? We are able to create the ERP sales order directly via the CRM Web-Client, but I haven't been able to determine if we can then leverage the ERP sales order creation directly in the web-ui as a follow-on document.
If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I think with a combination of copy controls and the above SAP Notes you can create ERP Sales orders as follow-up to complaints. I have not tried this though.

Follow-up document and Status profile

Dear experts,
In CRM, I can create a follow-up quotation from a service process by using the Create Follow-up button.
I'd like to be able to create a follow-up quotation only for specific statuses in the service process document and to be unable to create a quotation as a follow-up document for the others statuses.
Can I configure the status profile (user status and transaction control) in order to achieve this result? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to block the creation of a follow-up document for a specific status?
For example, if status = A or B, i can create a quotation as follow-up document and if status = C, I can't.
Is it possible via customizing or is it an enhancement?

Awaiting approval in Shopping cart and no follow on Document created

Hello Experts,
Classic Scenario
I activate BC-Set in process control workflow and create Shopping cart, Still status is Awaiting Approval and when i check in BBP_PD the workitem (its blank) no workitem assigned.
Create Shopping Cart and approve forcefully with Swo1 and now its in ordered Status but no follow on Document created,........When i goto RZ20(Shopping Basket) to analyze it , The system says Local Errors.............Shopping cart 3000000012: Error creating the follow-on document.
Pease guide me on this .

this problem is because the customizing not is correct. Follow this steps:
1.- SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Business Workflow->Select Workflow Framework
Check that Process-controlled workflow is active for all business objects
2.-SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Business Workflow->Process-Controlled Workflow->Technical Configuration->Customize SAP Business Workflow Automatically
Execute step by step. is aut.
3.-Execute transaction SWDD; check that workflow WS40000014 exists...
4.-SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Business Workflow->Process-Controlled Workflow->Technical Configuration->Generalize Tasks
execute task for default
5.-SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Business Workflow->Process-Controlled Workflow->Technical Configuration->Check Task Generalization
check it "/SAPSRM/WF_CFG"
6.- SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->Business Workflow->Process-Controlled Workflow->Technical Configuration->Copy BRF Objects

CHECK this point of customizing, here is where you must indicate to system that follow on document create for the shopping cart...exist several options...

Can I Control Follow Up Transactions based on the Status ?

I have created follow-up transaction (Quote) for main transaction Opportunity (this is custom defined transaction). I am able to create the follow-up transaction alright. However, now I would want to restrict the creation of follow up transaction based on the status of Opportunity. E.g if the Opportunity status is "Open" then I should not be able to create the follow-up transaction, wheras if the Opportunity status is "Won" then I should be able to create the follow-up transaction.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Write this restricting condition in COPY or OPPORT_H method of CRM_COPY_BADI. Raise an error message when status is not as desired which will stop the creation of follow up document. Do not forget to filter for transaction type i.e. process type. Also to make it exclusive for creation of follow up document (not code for copy control also), put some other condition checking docflow or something.

Newly created follow-up document is inactive

Hi Forum,
I have just created a follow-up document for my service order and created a target transaction as another serv order document through copy control.
The target Service order is showing in the create follow up documents in the main menu, but it is inactive, rest other follow up documents for the source service order transaction are active.
Please help me by letting me know how to make this follow up document active.
Another workaround that i have checked in SAP help is that we have made this in the same organisation unit.

Have you maintained all the copy control settings like
1. copy control for transaction types
2. copy control for item categories
3. copy control for target transaction and item categories
Also check whether the permitted channels is not maintained for the target transaction.

Need help writing script to change version control for all document libraries in all sites

Sorry, I agree. It will update Style Library and other out of the box ones. Include the library titles in a collection and run the update against them provided these libraries are common across all sites. If not, you will have to first get an extract of
all such libraries in all sites say in a CSV file and then update the script below to refer to the CSV records.

Installing 9iAS on Orcale9i - Followed the document published in OTN -Error in SQLLDR

I followed the document published in http://portalcenter.oracle.com that describes installing Orcle9iAS 10222 on Oracle9i database.
However, in the last step (just before installing the patch 30982), I am supposed to use Portal configuration Assistant to create PORTAL30 and other accounts. (Win2K)
The PCA stops with the error. INSTALL.LOG gives the following error:

However, the previous steps (which uses SQLPLUS (DESCRIPTION=..._ ) works fine. Looks SQLLDR.exe 0ra9ias/bin directory does not understand this type of database descriptor address.
Is there a document which will help me in installing the remaining steps manually? Is there a fix for this without the manual steps.

I had a net configuration error in my tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora. I fixed it and I was able to install Oracle9iAS 10222 in Oracle9i 9011 database. everything works fine, however, I am having some trouble installing online help.
The release notes in metalink describes a few steps in getting it installed, however, I cannot the very first step working.

CRM_ORDER_DELETE does not delete salesorders with follow-up documents

Hi All,
in my CRM 5.2 i have to delte many sales orders exchanged in past from R/3 to CRM via middleware.
There is report CRM_ORDER_DELETE to delete sales document filtering with transacion type and sales order code, and it is ok;
but the problem is all the sales orders that have one or more follow-up documents (visbile in CRMD_ORDER transaction) are not deleted by the program and the message is as follow:
The following document could not be deleted:                 8101167607
Object ORDERADM_I cannot be deleted
Number of documents deleted:                                      0
Number of documents not deleted:                                1
How can I delete them ?

Hi
you should in first iteration delete last documents from documents' flows,
and later your sales orders.
You cannot delete documents that are in the middle or beginning of doc flow.
